He's so much fun! Great pool, great food, great rooms! Not a good place for kids, but awesome for adults ready to have some fun. Staff is always so nice

Nothing too unexpected, was everything a casino should be. My main complaint was the waitresses take a long time to come around to get drink orders, and then quite awhile longer to being the drinks themselves.

We came to eat at the buffet, on a long vacation. The good was fresh and poetry good, service left something to be desired. Possibly through no fault of the employees, it was very crowded. Over all good experience, and the price was right (free) since we signed up for their club membership.

Decent payouts in a clean space. Make sure you have reservations ahead of time...

My bad review is a result of the staff at this hotel. I booked the rooms through Southwest Vacations which in turn used Expedia to book 2 rooms for 4 nights. I asked that the rooms be close by each other. I then called the hotel directly (I learned about the Expedia booking from a reservation agent, information that really shouldn't be shared with a guest because the agent made it sound like that was bad.) I again asked that the rooms be close together and that we have a handicap room for my mother. I also explained we would be getting there around midnight. I was transferred to a valet to ask if they have wheelchairs on the property and was told they did have loaner wheelchairs and that we could take it off property.
We got to the property and were given a suite (free upgrade) with one bed, I really don't want to sleep with my mother so my sister & her husband took that room. They then sent keys for the other room. The suite was on the 5th floor, our double bedded room was on the 18th floor (not close together at all) and as a final "thank you" we had to call and get the fee for the upgrade refunded because we were charged for the "free upgrade."
Finally, they would not allow us to take their wheelchairs off-property. I wish these were the only issues but I won't bore you with them.Sadly, there is a total lack of communication between departments and I would expect what is considered a 4-star property to treat guests better. I cannot recommend this property.

I didn't stay here. We needed to exchange currency so went in here. Looked nice. Seemed well maintained although casino was very smokey. I think I saw a sign for a non smoking casino room too though.

We always go for the free room that they offer, my kids love to swim in their indoor pool.

The spa was fantastic and little cash from the slots didn't hurt.

I don't know about the rooms but it is a beautiful hotel and Casino is huge. Security is great and helpful. Food was good

My husband and I love the atmosphere. The people are friendly the games are fun. The food is great and so is the service. Great for a weekend getaway or just a day trip away to relieve some stress

Had a lot off fun buffet was great. And so many options for slots and a non smoking section!

Rudest employees ever at the buffet.. not the servers pretty much always have good servers but the food employees...chinese station the worst ever has a whole basket of gyozas hanging and had to ask 3 times for them to replenish was too busy talking in another language rather than helping a poor little american....

Its a casino so slots table games and a poker room full of regulars. The restaurants in the casino are as follows. The western door is a high end steak house and its amazing. Koi (Chinese food) and La cassata (Italian) are over priced and ok at best you're better off going to a local restaurant of thats what you're in the mood for. Three sister is a 24hr diner and the food is solid diner food breakfast lunch dinner. Blues is a hamburger joint its good again I think a local place would be better. Since the place is native American owned its tax free and there's a gas station that state tax free. The hotel rooms are amazing especially the suites but because its a casino the rooms are a bit pricey but again if youre going to a casino you know what to expect.

The casino is very nice. It has any kind of slot you could want. The staff is friendly and the waitresses make regular rounds with complimentary drinks if your playing.

I've been travelling to Seneca since I was 11 with, so for 8 years I have been enjoying the services Seneca has to offer. Since the renovations the place has become a lot cleaner and refreshing. Only negative review I have for the resort would be the Thunderfalls Buffet. It has lost a lot of quality in foods, albeit the service has never failed to be up to par. From the valet and bellhop luxury to the security guards escorting the underage through the casino, I have not once met anyone impolite. I truly recommend staying at Seneca!

I had a good time. Only went for a few hours to try my luck at the casino but all in all it was pretty fun

The staff was very friendly and the free drinks are a nice touch. However I came here on a promotion from Groupon and the slot machine I was on took some of my credits. As well the machines were run down and old and they allow smoking so the place stunk. Not sure if I would return.

It was okay experience could have been a little better

Friendly staff. When I go to Seneca Niagara Casino I go to play poker. Win or lose I have a great time. Dealer's are top notch. Soap dispensers in the bathroom have motion sensors that activate too easily and make it difficult to wash/rinse your hands. That would be my only complaint. That being said, it does make your hands clean enough to perform surgery, so it could be by design.

Nice casino. Nothing negative to say except the cashier apparently thought she owned casino instead of remembering her place as a person who is supposed to smile, take the customer's money, and repeat. She apparently forgot to leave the chip on her shoulder at the trailer.

Spent New Years Eve at the casino. We had a great time. Machines don't pay out and we noticed that nobody was winning. So sit down, have a free drink and smoke a ciggerett.

Always have a good time at Seneca Niagara, Friday nights are the best..love the DJ, (Pino, I think) it was a good night!

Exquisite room and view. Lots of shops & restaurants. However it is a casino. It is super large and impersonal. It needs soul. No one seemed to know if there was a pool or gym there. Phoning from desk went unanswered. TV intro didn't help. It talks about a Spa.. & pampering.. No one, including concierge could talk about the nfta - metro buses. Its an expensive area all around. However, if you have time take the metro bus(40) back to Buff-niagara..change to airport express in Buffalo.. It takes apx 3 hours all told but you get to see Buffalo's architecture.. Tremendous.
Ensure you go to Cave of Winds to get up close to the Falls (Wear waterproofs if poss)Yes I would recommend the hotel.. Its beautiful.. but you need to be independent and have a car.

We went to see Niagara Falls and this casino was across from our hotel. We spent a lot of time here because we enjoyed it so much. Friendly staff and overall great experience!

An Extremely Unprofessional Environment/Uncaring/Unconcerned/ Unorthodox Arranged/ Establishment.....Disloyal to it's patrons

We wanted the highest room possible and the kind woman working the 4am shift was very kind to give us said room on the 26th floor! The view of Niagara and the Canada side was incredible! The king bed was very comfy, the bathroom shower was HUGE and honestly the best part about the room. There are plenty of restaurants in the Hotel as well as security who checks that you are indeed staying at the hotel before boarding the elevator which is AWESOME so random people aren t roaming the halls. Everyone was very kind!

Had an amazing time. Not as big as the one on the other side of the border in Canada but definitely worth visiting when you're in town. Dealers are friendly but waitresses don't seem to care much unless tipped well. Insider tip: park in the casino and walk to the falls too avoid paying for parking near the falls!

Honestly, this place is way too big. I am a frequent casino goer and was not very impressed. I lost, but i go to a casino with the intention on losing. On that note, this review is not based off what I won or lost. It was very clean and the little staff I came in contact with was extremely friendly. Restrooms were also very clean!

Casino is being remodeled which is nice. They should have a non smoking casino throughout realistically. Buffett was good as well.

Only visited the casino. It was nice. Like how they have non smoking section cause the smell of smoke does get over powering.

Been there many times. Good food, (wide selection), many slots to choose from and tables. Texas holdem is where I like to relax. Over all... nice place; just wish the surrounding Community would improve sometime soon.
