Seneca Resorts & Casinos Review

The atmosphere is so comfortable it's like a home away from home. I've been visiting here since the first day they opened, brought my new year's in here...

This visit was fine. I was happy with everything. My son really enjoyed swimming.

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Wonderful view from the 25th floor.

A wonderful experience, though I don't gamble but I've seen people win 9000 it was Splendid I was happy for the people but I know that that's an addiction but I had a great time it was wonderful.

My husband and I stopped in one afternoon to check it out. It's and average casino but very smelly from all the cigarettes/cigars. The slots don't seem to pay off much. We did play the roulette game and won at that. There weren't many tables open while we were there so we had to pass on that.

Great service! Most of the staff is friendly. Table dealers all seem to have a great sense of humor, as they are taking our money! Great time, even losing! ;)

Very Beautiful inside but outside needs work and needs more attractions well upgrade

Stayed for weekend. Fridge leaked. TV kept shutting down. Machines are to tight. Wasn't very exciting. But food at steakhouse was excellent. So was the service .

Food was real good at the casino the all-you-can-eat buffet but the casino machines won't let you play very long for a hundred bucks

Loved the Hotel and Casino. The spa was also very nice and my husband said pool was nice. The hotel is pet friendly and we did bring our little dog.

when they first opened the stir bar it was a big improvement over the old bar. Very upscale and classy. Now the two arrogant miserable brushcut bartenders they have belong as far away from customers as you can get them. Bitching, making wrong drinks, nasty to customers, eating pizza, much less a thank you or smile. Shame on management for putting these guys at you premier bar that im sure you spent millions building.

This Canadian girl isn't used to all that nasty smoke in the casino! Still had a good time and enough winnings to pay for our weekend!

Ehhh. Smokey, one giant room of slots with restaurants on the perimeter. Loses something after being in Vegas.

As of I think, April or May 2019, they stopped the 'All you can eat crab legs on Tuesdays' because, as you can guess...people WASTED so much food!!!I think THEY should have been charged EXTRA because of their waste and greed !!! THEY ruined it for others that eat the WHOLE ( besides the shells!!) crab leg!!! I am disgusted and upset by this!!! The deserts are good and plenty but the other food selections are not a lot and aren't, for us, good. Maybe the meatballs...probably wont be going back....such a shame....

Had a great experience....won within 5 minutes and left with the money.
Tried to play roulette but the dealer was too busy gossiping with a customer for most of the time about a baby shower.
The table customers were not pleased as was i.
I probably would have stayed longer but left.

They were too rude to my son . we didn't know. You need to be 21 to enter . in new york if you are 18 is ok . we didn't enjoy anything at all .

Not many restaurants and too much smoking. Location isnt bad but this casino is for the older crowd.

Went there with my wife an uncle for a bus trip to the casino an enjoyed the buffet.

It's a good place to loose money. Mostly old people playing.

Be careful not to get hurt there. Wife fell and they said she had to go to the hospital and they would pay for the ambulance and er visit otherwise if something was wrong they would not be responsible. Cost around $3000 and they refused to cover it! Not worth the risk.

It would be nice to have a cashiers cage open in the
east part of the casino so people wirh walking issues don't have to walk so far

My family and I loved the buffet it has a variety of food they seat you fast and Mondays and Fridays is a reduced price , just weird that this place still has a smoking section because of it being reservation land. I always choose non smoking but to each is own. The food is fresh and I love the pasta station.

I went there last week to go there for the buffet with my kid and I got there after driving 45 minutes and the buffet was getting remodeled so they sent this to the other side of the casino where they had the buffet set up and we got there and there was a handful of hot plates I just left it wasn't worth paying the same amount of money for half the amount of food thanks for the posted something on the website that they were under construction

Descent restaurants inside and typical gambling. Seems nice enough.

The room was exactly as i imagined. Looked just like it was advertised on their website. Clean, spacious, and the Jacuzzi in the middle onlf the room surrounded by windows from top to ceiling with a view you only see in movies!! Staff were friendly and attentive. And i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good casino and great buffet, but go for lunch is better and affordable.

This casino easily defeats Fallsview. Why?

Not because they offer comped drinks
Not because their slots are fun and new

No. The main reason is their service. After coming here for more than 12 years, I can honestly say I ve never had a bad experience with a dealer, bartender, server, security guard, front desk, gift shop...etc. All of the employees here do an amazing job to earn your dollar. Seneca s high level of service to guests is better than most casinos in Vegas, Atlantic City and about 3 times better than Fallsview.

Most people in town seem to be here if you're looking for something more lively.

Saw this casino after visiting Niagra Falls..was about 2 minutes away..decided to stop and check it out, have a drink and relax. This Casino was quite large and hd a very vast majority of slots and also card tables. There were 3 different bars, great music, and wonderful service. I would recommend if your in the area you have to stop in. Also there are restaurants and small shops in the hallways right outside of where the slots are. Definitely a must see!

Used to be a great place to spend your evening and win some money, now it's mostly losses and large crowds of drunk people. Don't really mind happy people but constant losses are not fair and even if you get a bonus it pays nothing even on the higher bet.( Talking about slots) I hear Lots of complains from people so it's not just me.

The meal was phenomenal at the Western Door. Perfect food, excellent service.

Casino is clean. Hotel, restaurants and bars are very clean. Crowded in weekends, specially Friday and Saturdays. Staffs are courteous however for a big hotel the number of staffs doesn't look optimal. You can notice stress on each of them obviously. Casino slots payout is better on Thrusdays. Or the days which have low turnovers like Easter's , Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve. Table games are okay. However blackjack table shoe games are all 8 decks. So compared to other casinos, odds for player are low. However it is only casino in Erie county or nearby counties with many tables starting from 10 $ minimum. They comp comparative well than many other casinos. Their gifts for player cards are okay. For black card holders food is free and don't need to pay for drinks. Drink is free for players. Smoking is only allowed in casino. They have a small non smoking area with slots and table games. Variety of games are really good. For Chinese food lovers, Koi restaurant is really good. Outside drinks or coolers are not allowed in this Casino if you are planning to stay.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The casino was nice. Nice little shops in the hotel as well. Close to the falls.

Wow. Pretty good for a Casino not on the Vegas strip. Could have been a bit cleaner, but we had fun!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I always hear horror stories about hotels on the US Niagara side. But the room was clean and modern, walking distance to the Casino, and close to the falls. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sign or warning that the pedestrian bridge was under construction and you have to go outside to get to the casino. Otherwise very clean and modern hotel and quick and efficient staff at front desk.

Time after time, I lose there. Before the recession in 2008, it was fun. No more!

The casino is so very smokey. Could only stay a couple hours because smoke was so bad. Small non smoking section but all the tables were closed on a Friday night. Waitress never came once while playing 2 hours at the table.

Waitressing on floor worse than ever. When u did manage to see waitress she would say be right back and never come . In 10 hours at slots managed to actually get service twice

This is a great motel to see the falls from your room. We were on the 17th floor. Every night at 10pm we could see the fireworks Over Niagra. Absolutely beautiful! The room was very spacious. It had a jacuzzi tub next to the windows. Make sure they check your ac filter before you get to your room.

Enjoyed my stay and loved everything that the hotel staff did for us then you have this wonderful hotel and casiso

I loved my time there. I had wished they had a room available so i could of stayed longer. I still enjoyed myself. I will be back.

Turn over rooms per 11:00am check out time are NEVER READY for the next guest unlike most hotels ..say like buy 2:00pm check in, it's entirely TOOL LATE in the afternoon/early evening (anywhere from 5pm-6pm); for the price your paying , or More

We had to wait for our room to be cleaned, but it was worth it. Paid extra for view of the Falls. Room is gorgeous as well as view. Buffet is really good too. Reminds me of being on a cruise ship. Highly recommend

We went for the Hendrix experience concert in this resort. After the concert finished, my boyfriend apporch to the stage and politely asked where could see the one of the musician to the security, but the security not only called my boyfriend racist but also tazered him in his tyigh badly without any reason. My boyfriend couldn t even walk normally after that. This is so bad as intentionally murder!

Nice hotel. Beautiful rooms. Get one with a even number for falls viewing
