Seneca Resorts & Casinos Review

Rooms are nice and clean. The whole place is beautiful. The food at the restaurants is good.

I had a massage after doing the Buffalo half marathon, it was great!

Attended Stir night club. Great music and atmosphere. Drinks expensive.

I really enjoyed this place especially the rooms. All new!

What great customer service !!!! I would like to acknowledge Christian Printup and Jill (at the will call/customer service area) this past Saturday, 1/26/19. I had ordered tickets on my phone for the Price is Right show they had at the casino. At 1:48pm, I mistakenly ordered 2 tickets for the 2pm show, when I meant to order tickets for the 8pm show. Obviously I could not get there in 12 minutes. When I realized the mistake, I immediately called Ticketmaster to explain what happened. They could . not do anything because the tickets said "no refund/exchanges", gave me a phone # for Seneca Niagara to see if they could help. I then spoke to a customer service rep and explained my situation and she emailed the Senior Executive of Entertainment, Mr. Christian Printup. He contacted me not long after I spoke to the rep. I explained my situation to him and he said "Not a problem. I will have new tickets in the same section available for you at the Will Call desk. Ask for Jill." So, I go there, ask for Jill, she gives me new tickets in an envelope and off we go to eat. I pulled out the tickets and realize they were not in the same section, so I go back to Jill and explain that Christian said they would be in the same section. Showed her my notes from talking with him and she did not hesitate to give me new tickets in the original section that I had ordered tickets. Awesome service!!!!! The show was excellent and the crowd had fun, especially the people who won. So, after we went to play some slots. That was fun and the machines are mesmerizing, so much so that, that we moved from one machine to another at the other end of the room.........and I left my purse behind on the floor. I immediately found a security guard, told him what happened, my husband went back to the machine we were previously at and came back with nothing. The security guard called the girl at the Lost & Found, walked us over there, and miracuously, someone turned my purse in. She made me check my purse to see that nothing was missing. Nothing was missing. We went back and played some more slots...and I held onto my purse the whole time. We had a lot of fun that night, had excellent customer service and plan on coming back, maybe even stay over. So, again, thank you so much to Christian Printup, Jill, the security guard and the girl at the Lost & Found.
You all made our first visit there a night to remember.

Lots of amenities! Great place! Only downside was the room only had a shower and not a bath. Also, I thought the bottled water in my room was complimentary because it's so common for places to provide complimentary bottled water. Turns out, they're $2 a piece.

I went to the casino on Wednesday night with my friend while we were on vacation.We recieved vouches from our hotel,the Wyndham, for $25.When we first arrived at the casino, our IDs were checked 3 times before we got in and multiple times after.I understand that we look young, but it is pretty annoying to get constantly surveillanced while we were just trying to enjoy our night.After we signed up and joined their free club so we could cash in our vouches, the woman at the counter told us all drinks there were free.We were shocked,but excited.We went to the bar to order our drinks and after the waiter made them he handed them to us and said Drinks aren t free at the bar, that ll be $28. $28????!!For two hastily maken drinks.We were lied to about the drinks and were taken advantage of the entire night, I m assuming because we are young women.This place is a scam,don t waste your money.

Smoky, you have to walk through the smoking section to get to the non smoking which is dumb. Not many people smoke now, they should put those people in the small section and let non smokers have the bigger area. Food at the buffet was alright.

Location was great and the hotel suite was beautiful. However, the staff was rude, a d when we asked for an extra hour to check out we were charged for a half of day. We travel frequently and of all the hotels we've stayed at we never have a problem with staying an extra hour. We will not be staying here again.

Enjoyed the buffet, the bus ride with play give back on my card. Changes seem to have better flow of traffic on game floor. Free by one get one buffet draws players as we noticed bigger crowds. Have not tried slot tourn. But may next time.

The only reason this hotel didn t get a 1 star is because of the lady in the front desk she is the nicest person there and the only good thing they had. I came to this hotel because it was my girlfriends birthday I got room number 2502 and wanted to get the top one that they had on Priceline but did not expect the bathroom to have mold and the wallpaper to be ripped and the hot tub had oxidation I understand the hotel has been around for a while but you should at least do your maintenance I didn t expect it because of the reviews and the ratings. The automatic curtains did not work only 1 side world and we couldn t close them some of the lights were burnt out it. If I would have know it was going to be this bad I would have went to the doubletree

Have been here a number of times before; this was different bc Seneca Niagara offered a Veterans day free buffet and my friend and I took advantage and dined here. The food is always exceptional and varied with friendly service. Bit of a queue at this hour tho.

Great dinners at lacascasada. Got to enjoy one with our hostess Alexis. She is beyond exceptional. Center suite was great as stay for two nights. Really enjoy it and amenities . My only frustration was purchased gas grill in store which needed to be shipped. Bought two but needed to return one. I brought it back to be told it must be shipped back. It was large and heavy to carry. I was never told it must be shipped back. Manager asked long time sales associate if she told customers and she stayed she wrote # on top but did not say what it was for. Associate I worked with never said anything . I told them I would just exchange it for gifts for veterans fundraiser I was chairing, but unable to do. I had to take home and call. Wouldn't have minded if I had been made aware as I have purchased many items in all your stores without problems. Other than this great weekend . Once again Alexis makes sure all needs are met. She is one big reason we continue to return. Sandra Dudley

Great string of luck so far. Certain alcoholic drinks (chardonnay but not pinot grigio) are free if you are gambling. Buffet is good. Saturday's there is a DJ and dancers.

Only downside (for me) is smokers everywhere. Smoke free section is like 20 slots stuck between the two smoking sections.

Always a fun trip... win some n lose some... cousin went up $7.50 and was happy as hell... nice few hours out

Their buffet is one of the best in the area. Games pay out and the customer service is awesome.

I went in for the buffet which used to be great. It was very heavily guarded and made me feel uncomfortable. Food was just okay.

Limited slots no signs of cleaning going on or sanitizing machines

Nice get away when you get free rooms, but the casino itself isn't as nice as it used to be!

we came here for my daughters birthday, checked in around 730, headed to the pool. Random women at pool decided to take it upon herself to be the lifeguard on duty (they don t have anyone watching pool area) and started with my family. It got so bad to the point she physically assaulted me and we ended up fighting. (Children everywhere) cops were called security was called, I was told they watched the cameras and confirmed the women put her hands on me first. Then proceeded to tell us both parties needed to stay in they re rooms for 12 hours. Like HELL our room was expensive and this altercation we absolutely did not start. so we asked for our money back to stay at a different hotel for the night or a room upgrade. Front desk supervisor said absolutely not. It was our first time here and We were treated BEYOND poorly. We ve been assaulted by one of they re guests, embarrassed in the lobby, never got to even swim nothing. No refund and ended up leaving around 9pm. (Mind you, it was a blizzard outside) security and front desk employees were DISGUSTING. I will never be returning and I plan on going out of my way to make it known how poorly we were treated here.

Staff was nice but information on the website is incorrect regarding gambling ages. The age to gamble is 21. They removed the 18 gambling floor last year

Absolutly love western door steak house and Stir is always a great place to grab a drink.

Our group had dinner at the Italian restuarant (sorry, don't remember the name.) The food was excellent. We also enjoyed some gambling and drinks while we were there. Nothing special about that; same as any other casino I've been to in the past.

This is a very nice hotel! Despite some construction, it was very clean. We felt very secure while we were there. The staff was very helpful. It's only 4 blocks from the falls.

This was the best place I have ever been. Very professional when it comes to asking about covid19 symptoms. Fun staff that made you feel like family.
Don't ever hesitate to spend time here.

It was a good, typical, casino hotel.
Perfect for visiting the falls.
There were plenty of food places in the hotel.
We were told that there is work going on and it wouldn't start until 9am but it actually started just after 7 every day.
Staff were good and friendly.
If you have kids be prepared to be escorted across the casino every time you want to go out and come back.. it was a bit frustrating.

Weird that one has to walk through the smoking part of the casino to get to the non smoking parts. Otherwise, a great casino! Buffet is the best value in the area.

Always fun....great casino ..lovely hotel...getting even better as they are working in numerous upgrades- only complaint would be the smoking :(

We didn't stay at the hotel but wanted to play blackjack.The cheapest table was $10.
It was so stinky because people were smoking around. A lot of old slot games. No virtual tables. Could be cleaner. Bar has stupid policies there and they serve 1drink in 20 min. You can't buy a drink for your friend or spouse without them being present at the bar. Pricey drinks too. The manager is nice but staff was rude .

Smoking is limited to the casino floor now so you are no longer bowled over by smoke when you walk through the doors. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The more you go the better the deals (i.e. free rooms, food vouchers). You have to stay at least twice a year and gamble to get the deals as far as I can tell.

A good place to visit. You can enjoy food and their complementary food in casino.

Casino and games were good quality and had good variety. Buffet is always consistent and good.

It was another losing experience for me, but I did get receive $150. For the Macy's event. I haven't received any post cards for the events, so I had to wait until 4:00 pm.

The family went to the breakfast buffet and had a great meal and wonderful service.

Loved it! Clean environment, helpful staff, and great pay outs! Also, if you sign up for the players club, you get a FREE buffet voucher! The buffet is very good and very appetizing!

I got a hot stone massage here today. It was great. There facilities are very nice. You don't have to be staying at the hotel to be able to use the spa services. You have to at least be 18. The bead heated up, the blankets were supper comfortable and soft. It was more than I usually pay but worth it. Whirlpool, dry sauna and steam Susan are available as anematies.

So I m not a gambler or a smoker which makes this place a bit of a dud for me. However I do appreciate that there s others things to do - a gym, a spa, several restaurants etc. the staff for hotel check in were very understanding when they booked us into a room that wasn t going to work and quickly switched us to another. However they don t seem to allow much anymore like late check out or perks for the gamblers I was with. Is this a place I want to return to? No. Is it somewhere if a group wanted to do an overnight at I might consider? I guess. Maybe if it coincided with an event.

Came from Michigan just to see the Dal Bouey Show! The staff was friendly, and facility beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

If you go get a number to spend and nothing more. I won a hundred dollars but my kids spent it lol

Stayed overnight on comp at Seneca Niagara. Location is perfect, rooms are wonderfully appointed and comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working. They quickly sent a very polite service technician and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant and I'll definitely be returning. As long as it's comped... the cost is a bit prohibitive for locals.

Enjoyed Our Dinner! I even Won a few bucks! If your in a hurry. Contact Valet Early if you want your car.....No a huge deal but it took 20 minutes to get my car....I started laughing and said the reason they're taking so long as cuz they know I'll go back inside and lose the money I just WON! Lol..Enjoy... buffet was to die for...
