Pretty big casino. Sign up for the players card for a free buffet. Download the app for a $10 credit. Everyone was really nice. Low limits on a lot of the table games. Buffet was solid. Nice pit stop on the way to Niagra falls.

Fun place for slots or roulette and good buffet. Also good place to see a band

We had a great time visiting this casino. Our room was spacious and clean. The ventilation system kept the smoke smell at a minimum both in our room and through out the casino ( I really couldn't smell it). The buffet was very good. Food was hot and plentiful. Because we were new members we received two free buffet tickets. We even won some $$$. Great way to spend a few days.

I left with a migraine as I am not used to being in a smoking building. Also, from my room, the window was filthy, so much so that I couldn't open the curtains. The environment was decent enough though.

Very nice. We don't gamble but love to visit restaurants.

Love the updates done to the inside of the casino. The live music was great. Very clean and fun place. The drink people where very quick to serve. Have dreamt about staying at the hotel. The rooms have to be great with how great the casino looks.

Pretty cool looking place. Gambled a tiny bit. Was pleasently surprised that the parking was free and you get a free buffet voucher when signing up with the casino card. The buffet was ok. Some stuff was unpleasant. The desserts were amazing though.

The buffet is great, but the casino is rough with all the smoking.. I always leave with a sore throat and headaches just from being there.

We re actually in the hotel right now. We d love to be on the floor gambling but the casino is so cold we couldn t take it. Totally not enjoyable

My husband and I Love coming here...We visit The Falls often and the Seneca is one of our Favorite places to relax...I play the slot machines a little....I Love dancing on the Seneca Pulse dance floor...I would Love to dance there everynight...Hoping that they will have live bands at Seneca Pulse everynight...(suggestion)

Now.....About 1 or 2 months later....We still love coming here, but had a little trouble with an Indian security guard at Stir....The bar/club inside the casino where the dance floor is...Used to be Seneca Pulse
We were kicked out by this emotionless security guard for not buying alcoholic drinks....We usually get 2 bottled water....Which a a healthier choice....They want us to buy drinks and the drinks are overpriced....Its said that all they care about is money and they are promoting alcoholism

The most important thing a hotel and casino can provide its guests is the service, and Seneca can be up and down in that regard. We had really great and attentive service in some parts of the casino and other times it was not as great.

Very tight slot machines,it's getting worse and worse,stay away, can't win anything

Dark, under construction, smoking indoors, wait at restaurants with empty tables, all around this experience is better on the Canadian side

I made arrangements for a corner suite with view got a corner suite with view of a building on 6th floor! At very beginning I told them on a Tuesday I didn't want the room, I was told my room would be changed! IT WAS NOT! I was told by Brandy (manager) that I should cancel my reservation and make a new reservations and hope I get another corner suite! Long story short, I stayed Tuesday 18 August to Saturday
morning August 21, 2020 looking at a building when across the hall we saw a suite get cleaned 3 times! I would love to talk to someone about how my ordeal at the hotel was!

Gonna stick to the Canadian Casinos in future... Not sure why they are so different, being so close but Seneca felt more like a low-end seedy casino where most of the guests were down on their luck, vs the more upbeat attitude across the river.

Stayed on the top floor, incredible views. Clean. Pool access. Excellent place to stay and gamble!

Horrible experience. The cocktail servers are no where to be found, the dealers get 20 or 21 every hand, and valet takes 30 min to get you your car. I will NEVER go here AGAIN!!!

Huge screen for watching NFL playoff games. Live band and afterward DJ. It was a fun Saturday night. Plus we won money.

Only really walked in the public area as my wife and poked our heads around. Very bright, colorful and clean! I guess if I gambled, I would feel decent about gambling there?

The resort is awesome! I wish we could have earned more than just 1 free buffet.

Food at Thunderfalls Buffet was very good today....salmon at dinner was outstanding. ....a quite busy and noisy....

This place has changed. The buffet is totally different. They dropped the price because people are not coming as much. I had a ok time. The entertainment is not that good. The stage is way up in the ski and the singers are older white woman. Each to e I have been it has been boring. Felt like I was in a airport. I was born and raised here and it has changed. No excitement.

I've stayed a Seneca Niagra several times hospitality it great.house keeping does a great job.any request are handled with graciousness.the spa does wonderful massages..

Went to the buffet. Excellent service and a variety of food available. Highly recommend.

No good need to loosen the machines, tired of losing even if I win I promise I will give it back. Lol!!

The smoke was a bit much. Could have a better beer selection; they only had one local option. Free parking was nice

I never get to win anything it always takes all of my money everytime I go.
