Seneca Resorts & Casinos Review

1st class hotel, casino and amenities. Highly recommend.

It is a fun place to go. Lots of choices of games. The buffet had a wide variety of different types of food. Everything was hot and well checked on often to ensure a good quality of food was available. It makes a great little day trip by driving up yourself or by taking a bus trip.

Room was great slots are very tight, great place to stay when visiting falls but wouldn't gamble.

I give it higher ratings when I win. It is nice & clean with a variety of slot machines. Staff is helpful and friendly

Gigantic Fun. Great buffet for $22. Clean. Live band was awesome too

A plethora of games to choose from. Was quite the sight to behold. The dj/go-go dancer area was off-putting but other than that a pleasant experience.

The alcohol waitresses never come back around after you order....I even tipped one before my drink and she never came back.

The most inconsiderate so called hotel I've been in for some time. They couldn't find my reservation for some time, they made my guest and I show ID EVERYTIME we re-entered the hotel, even though I showed them our room keys. They said it was because of COVID19, I guess ID's double as a vaccine....... They also won't even consider a late checkout, even though they were not anywhere near being fully booked. I did not feel welcomed here, and will not EVER spend my money to stay here again!!!!!!!

Not good experience the bar tender treated me and my party with no respect

Best hotel in Niagara falls area(USA)..The food at Thunder Falls and Koi was awesome too!! All you need in a vacation hotel!!

Seneca Niagara is a very nice place to go. Will be going back very soon.

Excellent room, excellent staff, excellent steak house

Went for a short visit. Alot of construction going on so it was very different.

**I am not a gambler. This review is about all else. We first had a baked potato and salad at the steak house on the second floor. From there there's an amazing view (I'll attach pics). Once in the casino we realised you needed a card and went to the far back first floor to get it and I am so glad we did. The card tracks your activity and comes loaded with $15. I used the $15 to win $25 and left with $10. Lol. The free drink waitresses make themselves scarse but can be found. It could be less smokey but it wasn't dreadful and I'm very sensitive to smoke. Overall we had a great time.

It was okay! The hotel room was the whole highlight of the trip. New York know they need to clean up the Niagara area.....

Social distancing was great! There were stations everywhere and the staff was cleaning off all the machines.

Wednesday in August are promo days, and you can win free play and/or vouchers for food or retail!

Go earlier in the evenings for a lower volume of people, and a better experience.

After several different visits I have to say it's probably the tightest slots around...

The staff is nice and it's always a fun time. While the majority of it is smoking allowed, it's well ventilated.

Thunder falls buffee was very good the service was amazing

Mechanics are turned way down be ready to loose a lot

My partner Paul laduca can I go to the casino once a month and stay overnight it's a wonderful experience and I always have a great time with a great staff in the restaurants are wonderful 5 stars

Casino is nice and it's in a great location. Machines don't pay out great and food is ok.

I love this place. We go every Thanksgiving. It's decorated so nicely, great restaurants, casino, shops.

Overall experience of the stay was good. The room was neat and clean. Great views of the Canadian side if you get a room above 17 th floor. Would have a deserved a 5 star if not for the front desk concierge. My experience with her was below industry standards. She didn't even let me complete my sentence while checking in. Very mean and least courteous.

Good casino, fun atmosphere. Not crazy about the automatic shuffle machines on the black jack tables. Drinks are free for gamblers. Good live music on Friday night, close to Canada and Niagara falls.

Very nice casino! Great variety of slot games with a vast amount of machines. Large indoor smoking playing area. Nice sized non smoking area as well. Staff is friendly. Handicap parking available.

We went to the buffet for dinner after Christmas shopping. Everything was great. The food was wonderful and the service amazing. I especially enjoyed that they had sliced turkey right before Christmas and it was nice and juicy not dry and overcooked

the casino was great good table games and machines, the buffet on the o3hand was not so great for $30 the food could have been done alot better but it was free so we ate it

Expensive to overnight there, partly due to the U.S./Canada exchange rate and partly just because of their rates. There to see a concert and access to it was very good. But like so many places that offer concerts, they could improve the acoustics. Need a lower ceiling so the sound stays in the room rather than floating off into the sky. Overall, a good place to be.

Check in was horrible. For the price of the room, a microwave would have been nice. If your not a "seasoned" gambler, make sure you FULLY understand the slot machines. We lost $40, because the machines were not properly explained. Even though I got an email that said my "resort fee" was $20 per day, at check out I was charged $30 per day. Overall my experience was horrible. I suggest to stay at a nearby cheaper hotel, and drive over to the casino if you want to gamble. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Great resort and casino! The rooms were very clean and the service was exceptional. We also had a great view of the city of Niagara Falls, after a day of sightseeing and shopping it was nice to come back and relax and have some fun at the casino which offers machines and entertainment for different styles. Overall had a great experience with my family.

It's bigger with NEW GAMES, and there so many different games to play. Today I ate at the hamburger restaurant,and I had the loaded french fries it had sour cream bacon jalapenos cheese it was delicious and it only cost $5 it was more than enough to eat for one person and I enjoyed it. But the best place for me to eat is at Three Sisters I love that restaurant they give you so much food. try the fish fry you will love it. PLEASE BELIEVE ME!

Good location, massive hotel built for Casino visitors. The lobby bar claims to be non smoking but the smoke from the Casino floor is over powering. If you don't like smoking, avoid this hotel.

One waitress for whole floor forget getting a drink, the bartenders are very slow, the buffet is so, so

Hotel rooms are very nice room 1428 awesome view! The three sisters restaurant has awesome food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Kids is allowed in this Hotel. Lots do and distance to the falls on the US side, They also have a curtousy & golf cart for up to six people to the falls

So much to do in this hotel/casino it's like a mini resort.

Rooms were clean and modern. Room service was prompt and beds we very comfortable

Its a casino without all the perks of a vegas casino. No free dinners or comps, don't see car giveaways anymore and the buffet only serves crab legs on Fridays. Its a night out but at a very high expense. Save yiur money for a vacation to a place that offers more then just slots and no excitement.

The casino was OK. Xmas decorations were pretty. Food at the 3 Sisters was awful. Not a great experience.

Attended a professional gala in the ballroom. Was very pleased with the food and all services provided. After, visited the bar, Pulse, where I enjoyed the live entertainment and did some gambling. Great experience.

Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino is the best place to stay friendly staff always! This a must go for the Best food in Niagara falls NY! So many slots to choose from they just added a whole lot of brand new slots. There is also lots of table games! So if you're looking for a the best food around and beautiful hotel room and also to try your luck! This is my number 1 pick!
