Dinner at the Italian restaurant was fabulous. Quiet, excellent service and the quality and presentation of our dinner was a 10+...The gaming machines left a lot to be desired, the casino really tightened things up, did not see many winners the 3 days we were there.

I was there today for 2 hours on the slot machines, not 1 server came by and asked if I would like a drink, the area around the machines was dirty with cig butt and ashes (I don't smoke) Man was smoking a nasty cigar which should not be allowed. It gets worse every time I go which is why I only go once a month if that instead of twice a week!!
5 stars experience. Rooms are nicely decorated and food is amazingly delicious. I'll go back again to stay and play at the casino. Must visit here too if you're casino players, just hour and half from Mississauga, Ontario Canada.
Returned after a few years, table games have been updated, and servers are still as friendly as ever. Paigow and blackjack will stay as my main games while there, but be careful as some dealers look as if they really don't want to be there.
Beautiful clean hotel rooms, well maintained bathrooms valet parking a little iffy should have a better system of knowing whose a hotel guest and whose not! Overall a fun experience!
This was an absolute horrible experience. I went with my husband and was immediately told we could not use our military ID in which have our DOB on them. We were embarrassed as 2 different security personnel and a long line behind us, who were getting aggregated because we were being interrogated. We were asked to pull up addresses of places we have lived! We are stationed on Drum and never had 1 business deny us of alcoholic beverages or casino entry. I will never be going to this Casino and highly recommend not attending as they treat active duty military like we are invalid.
Slot machines are too tight, poor payouts, dirty environment with the cigarette ashes frequently littering the machines. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often! Food is good, entertainment is usually good, the parties for the higher level patrons are nice.
Please be careful when you make a reservation to this hotel. They have false advertisement on their booking website so they can charge you extra money. There are two different types of rooms for more affordable price. One of them doesn't mention "fallside" and the other states very clear "fallside". Of course people expect to see fallside view when they choose to pay extra. So did I. When I spoke about it with the front desk and manager after, I regretted coming to this hotel. This manager (unfortunately didn't get his name)so rude, zero social skills. Would you believe HE LAUGHED when I said I'll put it all on review to this hotel... Complete disgrace! This is not the place I'd advice anyone to go for vacation. Stay away! I'm attaching photos of receipt (I stayed two nights) and a view so you can see if there's any "fallside" view I paid for...
I'm not a gamer per say, but I always frequent the casino for a variety of reasons. It's an impressive location, with many amenities, a hotel, and am excellent game room. There is also a showroom where they often host live performances, and they always sell out. It's such a shame that the rest of die town Niagara falls does not live up to being around such a prestigious casino, which attracts clientele from all corners of the world.
Although the room was nice, I couldn t get the temperature below 69 degrees. Maintenance came up and told me that was as good as it s going to get. They told me to just keep my curtains closed. It was stuffy and smoky in my room. I expected it to be smoky in the casino but not in my room. I smoked for 30 years, so I m not just some guy knocking someone else s choice. Way overpriced for such meager service. All said and done, $515 for one night plus all the tips. My wife and I couldn t get out of there fast enough. We went to Courtyard Marriot. Much nicer room ( 2 room king suite) for 1/3 the price. NEVER AGAIN Seneca.
Overall it's a nice casino. The thing that really annoys me is the location of non-smoking tables, you still have to walk thru the whole SMOKING area to get to them. Why can't non-smoking areas be by the entrances?!! The dealers were much friendlier than the ones at DL That alone, will keep me playing here.
I will never ever play at this casino again! Its obvious by the looks at the amount of people in the casino how they treat their guests. Haven't see anyone win there and thats unusual for a casino.
Hotel was the best part because the room was very big and housekeeping was very nice. Only thing is they will not clean your room during your stay. Thinking strange that is.
Ate at their burger restaurant, and the buffet. Both were pretty good, the burger restaurant was, in my opinion a slightly better experience, but the buffet had a good variety, good table assistance, and was a better overall value.
Great buffet, nice selection of slots. Too bad i couldn't enjoy them and unfortunately i wont be able to go back. The ciggerette smoke is awful. Sure they have a non smoking section and the buffet is non smoking too. So whats the problem? Smoke travels. The buffet and non smoking area is not closed off. Its all open.
Went for the weighted blanket offer but they were out by the tome we got there. Ordered a drink,at one of the machines, waited over a half hour but the waitress never came back.
I've only ever just dropped by to have a look at some of the restaurants (and buffet) but it looks like a decent casino. The only issue personally is that it smells of smoke, which is to be expected, I suppose. I'll definitely drop by to try out the buffet at some point as the selection of food and quality (visual at least) seemed quite good and I'll have to at least try out some of their slot machines as well. Very nice Christmas decorations throughout, nice selection of restaurants (including a Tim Horton's for the visiting Canadians) and just very pleasant and clean overall.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice casino. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. There is a fridge in the room but no microwave. Did not eat at the buffet or the steak or Italian restaurant. Ate at Three Sisters restaurant both evenings. My dinner was good, but my wife had a chicken salad and the chicken tasted old and tough. My friend got a sandwich that wasn't done and the waitress was so busy that when you tried to tell her the problem, she didn't give you a chance to order something else or explain she walked away before you could finish talking to her. Finally had to get the manager to solve the problem. Kitchen staff needs to be re trained, meals weren't done the way you ordered them. I was the only one at my table of four who got their meal the way it was ordered. Would not return to that restaurant.
The Casino is beautiful. We have eaten at every restaurant on our stays there and they are great. We have stayed there many times and the rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. The people at the Hotel and Casino are very helpful and friendly.
Would of rated 5 stars, room was perfect, casino was smoke free but machines were not paying out. Coffee, tea, soda and water served on floor but no alcohol. Don't eat at 3 Sisters, service terrible... food came out warm not hot, waitress advised then later came back and asked if wanted dessert, even told no thanks she said okay here's your bill, felt kicked out when we weren't done. Rarely complain but though apparently short staffed is no excuse for the not so great service.
Hotel is nice. Big casino and good restaurants. Good buffet. Not in a great area, but close to restaurants and Niagara state park. Short walk to/over the rainbow bridge to Canada!
I did not stay at this particular Hotel , but the Sheraton across the street. I went to the cemetery for their Buffet, which was very delicious and affordable
Went to the buffet on Friday night and the food was fantastic. Even though there was s long line to get in we waited roughly 15 minutes to get a table. We will go there again
They allow smoking in the casino. I'm not a smoker so it limited me experience. I had to leave after a while as some man was smoking a cigar. The buffet was good.
If you like smoke this is the place to go. Shame on the casino for contributing to lung disease. In the No Smoking are machines are old and very antiquated. Service to get a drink was exceptionally poor - but they want a tip!!! Valet needs improvement as well. Our last visit was over a year ago so we were hoping it had improved. Even though we did win on some machines we will NEVER visit this place again!! This is what happens when privately owned and has no governing body!
The hotel was beautiful, clean and well cared for. My only note is that some of the safety screenings during Covid varied from person to person. But overall everyone was very respectful, helpful and kind.
Well, it used to be so nice, but now its starting to show its age. The beds and linens were comfortable, but the shower that's big enough for 5 wasnt even good enough for 1... think they need to find some clr for the shower heads, or improve the water pressure...it was awful. Also the buffet was awful! I usually find the local casino buffets to be top notch, but this was beyond bad. The stuffing was so dry it was like croutons, everything was so dried out and old. It was so bad I had a hard time filling a plate, no less going back for seconds on anything...all you can eat, pretty bad when that really means all you can stomach. I understand we went in at 8pm, but that's a whole hour before close, and there were lots of people dining. It makes me sad to see this place looking the way it does, it used to be so nice! Looks like I'm gonna have to stay at the Allegheny resort next time. It is by far the superior of the Seneca Casinos, hopefully that hasn't changed!
