Went there to try the buffet restaurant. The one where we live is great, with that we thought it would be the same and better since they allow children. We all ended up getting sick. They have a good selection if you don't mind being sick the rest of the day and night.

It's a nice place. The buffet is serviceable, the staff is fantastic though. Lots of different gaming machines and tables, if you like to gamble, and quite a good number of shops that line the main hallway of the old Convention Center. Did not stay at the hotel.
Food is wonderful. Couldn't stop eating. Big variety of foods to choose from.

Room was clean although being located a few rooms away from the elevator, there was lots of noise as the elevator was in operation. I'd advise getting a room at least -4 rooms away from the elevator.
We went to the casino. No teaser machines here. I plan on loosing. Just not any fun when all you do is feed a machine with 0 hits. I guess thats how they pay for all the glitz. Sorry. Im going back.

One big slot machine. Many look to play kino but only a few kino machines and min bet 50 cents. Pay for the location. Being in downtown Niagara. Enjoy the scenery, not so much the casino. Just my point of view.
Always a great time had by all. Food is fantastic and the tables are hot. I always come ahead when I play here, not like the CDN tables. The fact that all this fun comes with drinks included is bonus.

King suite with jacuzzi tub for the win! Awesome views of the city and falls plume, amazingly comfortable beds, endless available amenities. Superior customer service from Manager Tom, and front desk representatives Megan & Diane. Highly recommend.
The casino was very busy when we were there because of the holiday weekend . however it was a, Good time and we will definitely go back !
Awesome place to stay while your visiting Niagara Falls!! Super easy walk to both American and Canadian side of falls!! Great food at Seneca, awesome concert..Kool and Gang... Lots of machines to play and excellent staff members and customer service. If I had to say anything bad... it was hard to find a person for a drink...just wanted water or a soda. Wish they had at least one soda, water bar someplace in the building. Highly recommend staying here!!

Money $100,00 Bill got stuck in the change machine had to wate for 1hr for m saintenance man and the guy with the key to open the machine could not find it at this time after five minutes woman from the money caqe saw it was stuck on top of the bow
Played in the poker room, which is much better than those in the Canadian side. The room is quiet and easy to play in.
We got the room at a very good price and it was very nice. We felt like we were at a ritzy hotel in Las Vegas. Enjoyed our stay very much.
even tho i hadnt a BIG win, still huge place a fun to be at.
Top notch customer service. We enjoyed the buffet and we're very impressed with the wait staff. Susan was attentive and we even had some nice conversation with her. She made us feel welcome and not like "just another table" on this very busy day. She also didn't rush us through our meal and offered coffee with dessert.
It's a casino not unlike many other casinos. Nothing that stands out particularly about this one.

If you like choking on tobacco smoke...then this is the place for you. I don't like tobacco smoke at all...so it really eats into the fun. Machines are okay.. they're skimpy w drinks ... otherwise I have more fun at the smoke free Canadian casinos across the rainbow bridge. This facility does have a smoke free area ...BUT you have to walk thru the smoking area...and given the low ceiling in the smoke free zone...you can't really escape the smoke.
The room was fantastic and very clean. We were on the 17th floor with a view of the falls. Hotel staff were very friendly and helped with any questions.
The rooms were very nice and spacious. The view was incredible. The bed and pillows were really soft which I didn't like but they were obviously luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. The casino is huge and lots of fun and all the restaurants were amazing. Drinks are expensive so sign up for the Players Club card because you drink for free while you're playing games.

This place absolutely sucks. If you have a excursion booked here, cancel it, unless all your doing is drinking and gambling. Staff is rude, food not included, and the rooms aren't worth it. Do not come!!
Was very clean. Easy to play. Had alot fun. Only thing I had a problem with is the one cocktail waitresses attitude and poor service.
It's a beautiful casino even though we just tour did not play the casino slot machines. Did not like that they allow smoking and you can smell it in the air when you enter the casino.
Buffet food was really good, waitstaff was excellent and the whole group had a ton of fun!
I didnt spend much time in Seneca Resort . My kids wanted Cold Stone ice cream, so we ate and left. Outside is well lit from the parking lot until you reach the entrance. It appears that they have a nice selection of shops but at night (after 11p.m) everyone seems to be in the casion.
Amazing room. I asked for non smoking, as they allow smoking here, and my room smelled great. The bed was so comfortable. We had dinner at the buffet which was also very good.
They keep calling my house thinking we are the poker room. He have told them this but they keep redirecting people to our house. Wish i could give it 0 stars

Smoking environment.....cafeteria style restaurant.....cafeteria style ....coffee...plain and boring....If you are Canadian stay on the Canadian side and spend your money there! Not worth the exchange rate. And no dealing with miserable border crossing guards!!
We stayed only for a night to visit falls. Rooms were pretty decent and hotel is very near to the falls.
Great Casino!!! Tons of table games and video machines.
A good place to Gamble. If you are a first timer ,then they even give you 20$ free cash to Gamble on the machines.
