I went there for the buffet and wad very impressed with the food choices. The only thing that was missing was the crab legs.
It was kinda cool but honestly, the Red Coach Inn is half the price and twice as nice. Just saying is all
My second disappointment in as many visits. My husband and I are both select members, so we have enjoyed SN in the past. However, in May we had dinner at the Western Door. Worst service ever. Never got my meal until everyone else was done, so they packed it to go, and STILL charged me $48.00.I took a survey and noted how unhappy we were (it was a family birthday celebration) and have heard nothing back.
On July 5th we went to the casino for the fireworks. We got their early, as did many others, and when the fireworks began we went outside to watch. Except they had blocked the exit in a way that did not allow anyone exititng the casino to see the fireworks. An official I questioned about this was fully aware this would happen. They planned it that way. Amazing. Canada here I come.
Easter Sunday we went to the buffet for dinner and the food was amazing and very fast service and we were seated quickly as well. The only negative thing I have to say is that on the website their prices were different there it says 24 for dinner however, it was actually 29 with the players club award.
It is really pretty inside and there is a smoking section since it is on Indian land so if that's your thing it is great for you.
It's a nice place to have fun but there could be some improvements made at this casino.
Great view, comfortable beds. That being said, smoke throughout the whole place killed us. Even on the elevators. Came with kids, they left with headaches and coughs. Did not use hotel amenities, again because of the smoke, even in the restaurants. Also, pool closes to kids early. Summary, if you really want a hotel you can smoke at while you game and eat, this one is good. For a family, go elsewhere.
Resort is beautifully and offered the best view of Niagara Falls and the fire works for Memorial Day. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had to escort my 2 sons through the casino to the park. My IRD server was also great. However, this resort is not that kid friendly so I will have to take that into consideration when I visit the falls again. Also, they offer free valet parking for hotel guest which is great but when I asked about parking the valet guy didn't tell me that. Why? I do not know. I would recommend for adults and couples.
The casino had a good selection of slot and card games. Even though we didn't win anything, we had a great time!
First timers-choice of free buffet or $15 slot play. Dinner was $16.95 so we took it. Three large food stations-Grill, Mediterranean, Asian, plus soup/salad, desserts. Yummy all! Pasta station, several mixed salads, grilled peppers 12" long. Casino large, two big rooms plus non-smoking. Free parking structure. Tons of slot varieties!
Not only free soft drinks while you play - free good wine too!
Rooms very clean, & relaxing place to stay for vacation
Horrible! Long lines. Apathetic staff. Tobacco smoke throughout.
Plus, my wife and I came here expressly for Keno, and as of a few days ago, without warning, they terminated all Keno games.
Unlikely that we'll ever be back.
Me and My husband went to the Three Sisters for breakfast on Sunday morning March 4th 2018. Natalie Cave ,the manager came to our table and greeted us. She is very friendly and personable as well as the servers. And the food is always delicious. Keep up the good work!
Nice place to visit, conference attended with good food.
Had a wonderful dinner. The staff brought my husband a cake plate for his birthday and we came out a little ahead at the casino!!
Great place to stay when visiting Niagara falls. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Had a great time at casino, dinner at three sisters was good
It is very smoky. It is a health concern for everybody!!!!. There should be a non-smoking zone.
Beautiful place, great food & tons of slots & games.
I forget my id but have pictures and all my back card but wss not available to go in
Didn't win any money so it sucked. The buffet was good though.
Great evening out. The dealers know their game and there is something for everyone. Even with the exchange rate your dollar will go further.
alot more shops, compared to the one in new york, but very nice, also.still takes your order for drinks while playing slots, Nice!
Had a blast. Won a few bucks. Played for hours. Buffett was excellent.
A little to.smokey but we enjoyed the bar and tables
Very nice and clean
Great tome
the steakhouse was out of this world. service excellent. porkbelly scallops are what i reccomend you must try. pricey but worth it.
It is a nice casino and their buffet I ls really good. It has a wide variety and the night we stayed there they had snow crab legs..... Unlimited crab legs...
The room was great, saw a fun show while we were there. Was bothered by the bad attitude we received from a few of the employees in the hotel and casino.
It was an awesome place. We loved the dining and the staff was very friendly!!
Awesome hotel and scenic views too from 26th floor!
Still charging resort fees but the facilities are closed. 30 min wait to get into the hotel due to covid testing. Very poorly ran. Avoid.
Management told me the resort fee covers "sanation of your room"... Weird. I thought my hotel fee paid that.
We entered the resort to check out the restaurants and casino. We didn't stay. We were planning to return to the casino for some gambling fun, but didn't.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel stay. Spoke with reservations and drove 2 hours. Advised them we are from Ohio but have been in state for 3 weeks adhering to covid guidelines and had online forms showing proof. Girl in reservations advised they had 0 restrictions as we drove 2 hours from where we had been staying for work and was turned away even though we called ahead and made reservations even making sure before we drove that distance. If they had any kind of decency they would have at least tried accommodating us in some manner. Never again....
My late great grandfather went to the casino every week. I am getting married tomorrow and me and my family went up to celebrate his life and remember him.
Very nice place to visit. Food is very good. 3 Sisters open 24/7..steak house is beyond Excellent..5 stars for steak..very accommodating. Fun casino..short walk to the falls. Very clean..staff is excellent cant do enough for you..hot and pool are great.just about everything open..2 things need improving coffee is horrible and beds on the really firm side..other than that pretty near perfect..will go back.love it there.
Have a promotional event when you make a new membership card. Free buffet or $20 free play. Smoking smell wasn't pleasure experience.
From the restaurant's, pool, hotel room's, to the gaming floor I've always had a good experience! Let's face it, we don't always come out a winner but I always have the best time and I'm not sure who has more fun? Us guests or the workers? These smiles and positive "can do" attitude from the staff ultimately makes us all a winner in a beautifully recently remodeled HUGE gaming facility. I strongly recommend upgrading to a corner jacuzzi suite if you can, omg it's the best!
We enjoyed our room and view very much. The casino was smokey but we knew that ahead of time. The food and the Western door was pricey but good.
Thunder's fall buffet the best i had ever been restaurant in its class , attentive staff ,very clean, spectacular pressentation , excellent food flavors , and the desserts a match made in heaven.
Lunch buffet had a decent selection, good food. Too expensive, but went with a gift card.
Couldn't think of a better place to eat, drink, watch the game, and do some gambling. Had a great time!
Excellent view of nigiara falls down town close to casino and bars
I locked my car keys inside my car and the valet people were somewhat nice, but were too busy to help me unlock the car. And of course I lost at gambling... big ol money sucker
Went to the casino for the buffet and the food was good like usual. Played some slots before heading back. Overall a good time!
Great casino, good selection of games, great poker room, food and drinks were great also!
Was in town for two days, stopped by and did some gambling and ate at the buffet. Great gambling and the food is pretty good.
Excellent rooms, comfortable and luxurious. Front entrance was undergoing renovation and there were no directions of how to get in. The parking attendant at the casino entrance was unhelpful. Corridors in the hotel had the smell of smoking even on the 12th floor.
Clean.. convince to Niagara State Park and all the Falls. Staff very friendly and will make themselves available to answer any questions.
Tiny smoky casino. You get slammed with a wall of cigarette smoke before you even walk in the door. Terrible inattentive waitresses. Worst casino I have ever been in.
I love the buffet. Great deal Mondays and Fridays 2 can dine for 25(12 something each) with a member card. Always great service
Great drink service! Casino waitresses very sweet and attentive and on a Saturday even better. Gambling was ok but it honestly just depends on your luck. Most of the store attendants did not make any effort to acknowledge me (which means I did not spend a dime there), Tim Hortons was terrible (both the service and the drinks), but the casino was nice.
Beautiful place. I went for a poker tournament, and everyone was professional and nice.
Rooms are extremely overpriced. Already run down quite a bit since opening. Big plus is they have smoking rooms. It's convenient to stay at the hotel after a night at the casino
Super nice! Although, disappointed they took out the 18 year old area... they should've sent out notifications to their under 21 players. Server at 3 sister cafe this morning was overly accommodating, especially when I didn't feel good!
Games do not payout. Didnt see anyone win anything the enrire time.
It's the best we got on the American side, cause it's the only thing we got close to the falls... The good news... if you're a indoor Cigar smoking type... this is the place for you, none of that in Canadian Casinos. I'd give it 4 stars if it wasn't for the fact that every year I go they seem to reduce lounge space more and more. It used to be worse before their big renovation, but it seems that revenues are not hitting projections so they're forced to eat into lounge space by adding more slots. Amenities have reduced slightly as well. Great staff all around though and I genuinely like this casino. Margins are tight even in Vegas these days so "it is what it is"
