Came to check out FAO on the top floor, which is better in a third of the space than it's NYC counterpart. The rest of the store is cool, like a Macy's but with loads of more hipster options.

Very efficient service, needed to go to Tiffany and the staff were very knowledgeable. Saved me a lot of time.

As usual lively. I searched London city for a particular nail polish I took a fancy to. They didn't have it despite spending time searching their vast collection and offered me alternative. That's what I call exceptional customer service.

Brilliant personal shopping service and some of the most honest and kind staff work here - definitely a different mood to the ever-busy Harrods store. From an outside perspective, the 'Queen of Time' monument serves an amazing view and is one of the fantastic features of the store, whilst the dandy window displays never fail to dissapoint - especially during the festive seasons! The eateries here are simply exquisite and provide an all-round experience for shoppers.
However, as mentionned by a few, there isn't any air conditioning so that may detract from the whole experience for some.

Bought a pair of beats headphones some time ago and encountered countless problems since. Within 8 months I took it to Apple for repair and the entire product was replaced despite limited use and no damage. Less than 3 months later, the same problems with the replaced pair of headphones.

Before the warranty elapsed, I went back to Apple who refused to help any further. Neither Selfridges nor Apple took ownership of the compliant, with the former refusing to help despite my product being within warranty (I was told by an employee this was because Selfridges no longer stocked the product and there was nothing else they could do) After months of complaining to Selfridges, email exchanges and frustration, my complaint was finally acknowledged and the product taken in for a closer inspection.

The product was then replaced for a third time, and after 14 months later lost patience with beats altogether and the awful build quality. Gave up, stopped using them and bought a pair of Apple air pods instead.

Customer service wasn t as great as I expected or previously associated with Selfridges and only made half hearted attempts to resolve the issue after my persistent complaining.



Whilst the build quality may not be the fault of those that assisted me, it is a poor reflection on the brand and it s association with what is supposed to be a power house of technology.

I haven't shopped here since and my last experience probably has a lot to do with it. I tend to go to Apple for my technological needs now and have never had a problem. The term you get what you pay for doesn t necessarily apply in this case!

Great quality products. Lots of brands. Helpful staff.

Food hall has a wonderful range of treats. Some staff could try to look a bit less bored, but service generally good.

Service gets worse everyone I visit. The best service is on the electronics floor, where staff were always helpful. Go as early as possible as it is often rammed and difficult to get any help or have a relaxing shopping experience

Always worth popping into Selfridges. Family always pleased a department for everyone.

The first place to visit in London and the best in Oxford street

A large variety of brands, the staff is friendly in all shops.
I would recommend shopping here for tourists as the tax-free process is better than the Airportad Harrods.

The fanciest most well decorated mall in London I think, maybe second to Harrod's. You will certainly enjoy your visit here and pick up some item of clothing you love. I'd also definitely visit the Selfridges food court. They've got tons of really good unique (?) Food. You'll definitely find some unfamiliar eats there

When in London, this is one of the Nicest place to do your shopping. Wait for the Boxing Day Sales. Good bargain and choices to choose from. Love the book stall, food section and their friendly staffs.

As always no matter how large or small the purchase Selfridge's team members make you feel like you have made their day by shopping there.

Overly expensive for no reason! You can find the same things in other shops for a way better prices! +the service is not existent in many parts

Hours of endless fun! A price range for all pockets. Lucky for me none of the shoes fit my girlfriend!!!

The well known Selfidges sells plenty of high-end goods. It is worth visiting even though you might not want to buy something.
It is a large store with a lot of clothes and amazing decorative products for the house.

If you dont wear anything on "their level" they wont give you any credit. #sad

I bought online a gift to my gf. Week later item never arrived, because of their error as they said. After 5 calls and spending more than 2 hours on phone with "Customer service" They decided to do refund which is to wait another 3 working days for my money to be back to my acc.
I requested to have credit note so i will not need to wait another 3 days and I could finally deliver my late gift to my GF, But they rejected it and said this is their procedure and they will not help me. As they do not give F*** about customer, they care about them self. Selfish, selfish and again selfish. Customer service is appalling. This is my last time i purchase something from them. Big company with most useless customer service ever.

Perfect place, stop to find all branded makeups, perfumes, watches and yes they also got a nice food court where you can spend your time while your girlfriend is using your credit card for shopping

I always recommend to shop at Selfridges due to their top of the range products from fashion clothing to accessories, good quality stuff!

Went to buy a drone but the staff ignored me in the first place.. and they were quite impatient when I asked them questions about the drones..I know I didn't know anything about the drones and I asked silly questions... When I said I would buy it they became nice to me.........I know I don't look like someone who would buy a drone.. but come on, I did buy the drone!!!

Wow, this is what your heart feel when just entered for the first time, It's a dream huge is not enough to express the location, everything is made for your pleasure, everybody can buy whatever they want just make sure you have money to do it!

Lost it's charm for me. The window displays are a bit pretentious. Go to John Lewis for a better experience

Its okay. Not many staff around, especially in the skin care counter.

They have all the higher end retailers that one could want. We went there to grab a gift for a friend (makeup) and were treated extremely well by staff. It's a fun place to get lost in for a couple of hours or to discover something new. The cafe looked nice too but we didn't stop to eat. It also looked very busy so would recommend booking if possible.

muji store downstairs makes this place worth a visit alone...

I worked here very briefly last summer on the internal security team sadly my legs gave up on me but what a place and I miss it.
Met some great people including bosses.

The original department store... insane choice and luxurious feel... wandered in to browse the Body Studio and stumbled upon the Helmsley and Helmsley cafe which was a treat

Sells all the hip and trendy designer clothings and has an extensive selection of all the major and exclusive perfume brands.

Nothing good here only the food,the fashion and the rest of the place is garbage nothing worth paying for, most the staff are rude or know nothing about fashionable stuff,the guy in suit near Gucci section his English was terrible and on top of that he's so rude and jeluse I think he didn't help or know anything(he's a dummy good for nothing)

Huge collection of items. The verity is really wide and the collection is really good. The food items looked very fresh and tempting.

A brilliant department store.
Has all the good points of a traditional department store but is also modern, up to date with knowledgable, unstuffy and attentive customer service.
Love the food hall, confectionary and the various home, kitchen and tech departments in the basement most of all. Also one of the best selections of men's underwater in the country.
