Selfridges is the epitome of London. An absolute must visit.
It's okay. Nothing special. Just a luxury department store.
Interesting place even for its history; located in the heart of Oxford street,...it seems the twin of.........Harrods.
Ps: I will come back when I will be a millionaire.........maybe in the next life
My favourite department store in the world. They sell everything!
I would call it as an younger sibling of Harrods. You could find all super luxury and expensive items on same roof. Don't forget to visit their foodhall, they cater halal and vegetarian food as well.
Brilliant for designer goods. Always love shopping here.
High-end designer products. Good selection and the prices are just the same as everywhere else for the same product. Nice staff.
It's hell. Everything is so badly organized that you never find what are you looking for...
Used to be nice, but getting too crowded with these high value concession stores! Not much of a shopping experience now
Has some really nice events every now and then, however it's full of tasteless, overpriced and low quality shiny things. Queues for the toilets are endless
You can find more brands here than other shopping malls however the customer service needs lot more imprivement.
Staff wasn't helpful even though they weren't busy.
Oh if only I had the money! I would buy every item in this place. I only refrain from five stars because they apparently don't have air conditioning, or even circulation, and it can be quite unpleasant. But if the mugginess doesn't bother you - wow can you find things to eat! Gifts for friends. Endless! Do stop in and spend at least an hour or more to see it properly.
Great store, word's can't describe how freat it is.
Free staff happy to help on every floor. Very busy no matter when you go as expected!
Lovely store, shame about the attitude of some staff members, really expected more from such a high end chain.
Everything from extremely expensive to almost affordable. A great place to browse.
Growing up Selfridges was superb. Now Selfridges has become a hub for snobby show offs. Its no longer the magical it place it was once.
I made an exchange today and the lady in charge of the store was extremely patient and helpful. It's hard making someone's day that bit more difficult, but she was so polite and gracious to the end.
Loved it here, great day out with my mum and sister to see Xmas lights. Ended up eating lunch there and it was lovely, caters for most tastes and staff find a vacant table for you! Loved the Xmas decs too.
This is the only place I can go shopping with my wife without getting bored. Everything under one roof that a man needs for clothing essentials!
Shopping exclusive products on a London high street is bound to empty your wallet rapidly, but we know that already. Perhaps this place shouldn't be judged by the products it offers, but rather by the majestic design within. I would recommend a visit on the basis of it being a more accessible (i.e. closer to the city's centre) version of Harrod's.
Excellent place to complete yours wardrobe with fashion and style.
Flying visit this time but am always happy to walk through this store.
A big and fancy department store with a rich history that isn't so intimidating you don't feel like you can enter just for window shopping.
Selfridges is a wonderful place, you can spend hours between clothes and a thousand other things, super recommended.
The setting was perfect for a night out with the girls. Great food, service and totally instagrammable.
Big department store - huge selection - amazing food court but expensive.
Very great store with huge selections of perfumes. They have exclusive perfumes only in Selfridges. They also have makeup, bags, home section and more. Collect all your receipts and do the tax free one time for your convenient. Very great place for personalized gift with special engraving in some of the shops.
An iconic London department store at the middle of Oxford Street, don't miss the food department for some good options
What can i say , its where you get all the elegant in london
Nice big shop with rediculous prices but very nice items.
Great shopping centre, had the best facial at face gym.
Went to the food hall and had a coffee and sadly disappointed.
It's a fantastic place mall for all the high end brands you can think off, all under one roof!!!
Super lovely staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products 'as the sales assistant said he is the 'tall skinny black guy' if you want the low down on travel luggage then he is definitely the guy to see in the basement. Thanks for all the help
Great place to shop and dine but may be out of budget for many who are looking to ether eat or shop for cloths home and living or cosmetics!
One of the best shopping places contains the most famous brands
They should have more seats for people to sit and use
Very pleasant staff, the best of cheese.
Wonderful Norwegian salmon ect.
Very welcoming and Covid safe. A great store to shop in for top quality products with a great choice of selection to choose from.
Good shopping experience in general. BUT the very snooty and annoying sales assistant Ravinda is literally disgusting! (Ground floor women's contemporary bags & accessories) I can't believe someone like her can be on the shop floor to destroy customer's experience. I don't know where the attitude of them are from... They are just selling cheap stuff how can they be so rude! Generally all the assistants in that section are very bad. Whereas the staffs at Michael Kors which is opposite to that section are so lovely. The manager Rachel is very annoying as well!
Shoe floor is the best part - but it is going downhill as they let lower quality brands take over rather than showcasing independents.
Awful website. No menu. Filters don t work. To find dresses I have to do a search rather than picking from a menu. I filtered by blue dresses (not many options to filter by, I was just trying to narrow it down as I don t have time to look through 2700 dresses). The filter didn t work, I hit apply on half a dozen attempts.
Went to John Lewis instead, a website that works.
It's the retail mothership. If for nothing else, come for the architecture. It's a palace to consumption.
Good shop, staff up themselves should not judge a book comes to mind. I had serious money to spend for my sons wedding, stupid girl, wish i got her name Sales assistant in sweaty Bettie outlet needs a customer service course in fact they all did, i got better service at Primark , for such a large store yous should be a shamed.
Super. Plenty of early Christmas shopping accomplished.
Good shop I have enjoyed shopping at selfridges London today
Nothing but perfect, everything is easy to find, there is a great atmosphere and all stuff members have smiles on their faces.
Very busy, lots of high end products at expensive prices, good store layout which was easy to navigate
Department store full of all kinds of luxury brands. There is also different places inside where you can eat or have a drink. You could easily spend a day just in this place without getting bored. Have a look!
Great place to shop top international brands under one floor. Must visit whenever you are in London at Oxford Street.
Sells a variety of products and provides good service to customers, well worth a visit when touring Great Britain. The foodhall has some interesting ways to display products. All of you who enjoy shopping experiences will be delighted.
