Staff really don't know much here. I visited 2 times on seperate occasions to find out some plan options. I was directed to their phone support on both occasions. Why even have an outlet if you get directed to call customer support each time. Staff need some serious training. T-Mobile just opposite had all the answers and were extremely helpful. AT&T Staff seemed like I was bothering them.

Kelly at Concord Mall was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so that I understood. I even went back to verify something that I wasn t clear about and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable with it.

Kelly and Ryan and Lily helped me figure out what kind of phone I needed over the course of three days. They were each very informative and knowledgeable, as well as patient and kind. They walked me through everything I needed to do to set up my phone and my phone plan. I would recommend them and their store to everyone.

If you can, go to a corporate store. These folks accepted my trade in and bobbled the paperwork so I could not be reimbursed. The do not answer the phone at this location, so calls are routed to the AT&T customer service center who. The customer service center cannot help because they are not a corporate store. The only way to get results is to physically go there. STAY AWAY

I went to the store to be helped. I was welcomed with a friendly rep named Khalil who needs a raised. He answered everything I needed and made sure I was taken care of. Will be spreading the word about the excellent service your store provides.

I had the worst experience at this AT&T. I wish I got his name, but the customer service I received at this location was terrible. I walk in looking to buy a new iPhone and was treated like garbage by a young black man (maybe around 30) who flat out refused to sell the iPhone X to me. Is your job not commission based? His tone and arrogance were so rude that I didn t even want to buy the 8 from him. I walked out with a bad taste in my mouth and took my business to Christiana mall. I was much happier with my experience there. Save yourself the trouble and don t go to the Concord mall location.

I purchased a new Apple Watch to replace my old watch last year. A few employees in this store set up the new watch. A year later I am now realizing that they added another Apple Watch line when they set up my watch and that I ve been paying on this line for a year. I called att and was told that they could only refund me $30.00 of the money that I ve been paying ( free money to the company) for the last year considering I was never using this second Apple Watch line.

Josh was great in assisting us with setting up new services bringing 4 lines to the company . He was able to assist us in choosing the best plan that works for our budget. In addition to josh awesome customer service , his teammate Matthew offered help to us as well. I love the fact that they were able to work well as a team. Oh and Thanks Josh for the pink headphones lol.

Nick Caldwell did a fantastic job.

Nick Caldwell did a fantastic job.
He was patient, professional and extremely helpful.
His interpersonal skills are remarkable.
What a nice young man.
He did all this while balancing other potential customers as he was the only one available for some time.
He is now our go to guy! Very knowledgeable of the product line. Including our very old phones.
Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

We went in on Friday to get the new iPhone X. Charles assisted us with the transition from the iPhone 6. He helped set up my new phone, updated our account, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Charles!
