One of my favorite department stores. Especially enjoy the on site food options.

Nice place to shopping if you want to buy some luxury brands. My recommendation is to go there on week days between 12pm-5pm

Amazing store with everything you would want, clothes, food, alcohol, gadgets

Just pure awful, one of the circles of hell. The staff are rude and obnoxious and you need several mortgages to buy anything. Also their Jewish food range doesn't include matzoh ball soup, that's possibly the worst part of it all.

Got my hair curled there and I liked that you could get treatments there etc.

Good selection of clothes and jewellery ! Would say Westfield is better but if you're in the west end head here

Get super busy with tourists... locals should go during Thursday late night shopping to avoid crowds!

Having worked here from 1996 to 2011 its not a family store a over dressed up status driven business for mostly self ego shoppers Selfridges lost it Soul when Vitorio sold it he gave Selfridges life and fun for old and young alike

One of the most famous department stores in the world! Can't go wrong in regards to selection, stock and atmosphere. Great place to go shopping or for dining also. It is usually very busy due to the location, especially on weekends.

One of the most iconic department stores in London. I prefer it to Harrod's. The premises are nicer and brighter

Good brands and boutiques, but very overcrowded. Mostly friendly, but often too pushy sales assistants.

If you like high end fashion labels then Selfridges is definitely a must. I am regular shopper here and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Was trying to contact, after 25 min. Services picted up and asked, what am i looking for, i explained, and she told please hold i will contact you... i was waiting more then 30 min, and no one picked up. Awful service

Luxury shopping with a hint of fun. Lovely atmosphere and quiet&clean. Lovely place if you just wanna wonder and not actually shop. A lot to see

If I only had 1 day in London to shop and get a feel for what is 'in', this is where I'd go. No nonsense expensive, stylish stuff.

Over priced. Sadly no furniture or lighting department any more. Always used to buy here for the home but sadly no more! The food hall is good.

My favourite clothes shop in London. Love the atmosphere and every you could want is here. It's obviously a busy store especially during Christmas and sales time but the layout of the store means its never overly, can't-move-freely crowded that you get at Harrods or Macy's in NYC.

Great for designer gear. Quieter in evenings during the week though.

I have just been to purchase a birthday gift for my mom from the Monica Vinader counter in selfridges Oxford Street. I would like to tell you what a pleasure it was being served by Shakira. She was warm and very knowledgeable. I walked out of there smiling. Thank you Shakira for being so lovely.

Great store but has lost the excitement and variety of 10 years ago.

Visited the pharmacy and found it very unhelpful. They didn't want to help and and not too interested in their job to start with. After waiting for the pharmacist saw him sitting at the back on his mobile phone. Poor service.

Favourite store in London stocking items I'd never buy as well as items I buy all the time.I really like the fact that things change all the time. Particularly great for formal wear and food hall

Brilliant restaurants here. But the Psychic Sisters section in store the crystals are dull your know what I mean if you are into crystals, but the massage crystals they use feel full of life. Really disappointed so did not buy. Christmas section also comes early here so not into early Christmasis, but it's just a new choice

One of best high end department stores, only equaled by Bon Marche in Paris.

20th of July, the height of summer temperatures, and this billion pound store has no air conditioning! Disgraceful. Stop pocketing all the profits and turn on the AC.

One hidden gem in the food hall. They have this fabulous oyster bar which is very reasonable. Perfect finish to a busy day shopping. The staff especially in the assistants who work in the cosmetic & beauty section are really lovely. Great place for a girly shopping treat.

It definitely lack the elegance of Harrods. It's very crowded so it's not much pleasure to shop in here. However the food hall is quite nice with big variety of products
