I bought online a gift to my gf. Week later item never arrived, because of their error as they said. After 5 calls and spending more than 2 hours on phone with "Customer service" They decided to do refund which is to wait another 3 working days for my money to be back to my acc.
I requested to have credit note so i will not need to wait another 3 days and I could finally deliver my late gift to my GF, But they rejected it and said this is their procedure and they will not help me. As they do not give F*** about customer, they care about them self. Selfish, selfish and again selfish. Customer service is appalling. This is my last time i purchase something from them. Big company with most useless customer service ever.
