Very exciting shop to visit especially at Christmas But Expensive

Excellent store. You can walk around for hours. There is a nice restaurant with a view and the food section is amazing.

Had to wait a long time for service here (we were visiting at Christmas though so you would expect it to be busy). Staff were overwhelmed with people waiting, and there was no where for us to sit while we waited.

Gorgeous, clean and sophisticated. Extremely busy, queuing to get food or drink inside but a fun place to go if you have lots of time!

Amazing Christmas spirit in the store. Rather busy at this time of year but there is free champagne; sweets and popcorn on offer which make the shoppinh experience more enjoyable.

My friend and I have been going to Brass Rail for over 10 years. Never been disappointed with their salt beef or ox tongue sandwiches for years, till the last few months. The quality of the salt beef and ox tongue is no longer the same: the meat is overcooked and chewy. Tried it again today, but had to send the sandwiches back. Feedback from the manager was confusing, and after the manager pointed at our table, the person preparing the sandwiches kept staring at us in a nasty way. Very very disappointing for a restaurant boasting of its years of service, on Selfridges' premises.

Selfridges has all the top brands you can possibly imagine. Beautifully laid out, excellent customer service experience.

A very big department store but in the past few years has become a lot more 'mainstream' and many of the quirky & interesting goods have been declining.

Currently Selfridges is a mess. I believe they are doing some refurbishment work, but nothing is where it says it is on the signs and trying to find the technology department was impossible.

It's certainly not up to the standards of Harrods!

Favorite warehouse in London. Remarkable selection of designer brands as wells superb presentation. They even have a skatebowl!
Make sure to stop for extremely delicious Kith Treats in the men's contemporary designers floor and enjoy a spoon.

Best department store in London by far , Harvey Nichols looks dated and Harrods is lovely but full of false , rude , pretentious people , not the staff they are very helpful though

What an amazing store everything you could ask for from the world of retail. Just remember to rob a bank before you go you'll need plenty of cash or a big credit limit

Very posh and expensive items and staff are very friendly. Mostly consists of designer clothing but there is a cafe and toy shop with loads of different types of toys.

Very bad. Service ! Do not do gift shopping here ! They dont warp your shopping even expensive designer items as gift ! They send you to 4th floor to a paid kiosk for warap, you wait about 20 Minutes in cue and then up to 45 minutes waiting time for your gift to be wrapped in avery standard way, and u pay 7 to 13 GBP for it depending the size of item. Totally unacceptable !!

The perfume guy selling Creed was brilliant & demonstrated excellent product knowledge & Charisma

Massive store, would take all day to view everything, i like to go everytime im in london to try and see a new section.

I am just not a fan of places where you feel you have to talk to staff about products. When I say I'm just browsing thanks, I don't want to be taken through further questioning intended to close a sale.

Awful customer service!! I order gift voucher last minute on Wednesday and receive the email said will be arrive on Friday.
Nothing happened on Friday and I m hope it s will arrive on Saturday for my niece 30th birthday. Again it s not arrive on Saturday.
I phone them to make complaints and they said it s will arrive on Monday. I send apologies to my niece post are delay.
Unfortunately I still not receive the post on Monday. I was fuming and they are so rude to hang up! Won t send money back until I receive the gift card will arrive at my home. It s so horrible experience I have with them! Won t order with them again through postage!

Best department store ever...such class & style! Our fav is Forest ...Londons well kept secret rooftop cafe & bar at Selfridges. The bread & butter pudding is the best on earth!!!

Despite the overpriced items, one can't expect anything else. I do enjoy buying from the perfume section. I'd prefer Selfridges' perfumery over Harrods'.

I wasnt that impressed with selfridges but l dumont really like designer clothing but if you are a fan then this is the place for you .every designer under the sun is in here .clothes bags etc .its with a visit
