My friend and I have been going to Brass Rail for over 10 years. Never been disappointed with their salt beef or ox tongue sandwiches for years, till the last few months. The quality of the salt beef and ox tongue is no longer the same: the meat is overcooked and chewy. Tried it again today, but had to send the sandwiches back. Feedback from the manager was confusing, and after the manager pointed at our table, the person preparing the sandwiches kept staring at us in a nasty way. Very very disappointing for a restaurant boasting of its years of service, on Selfridges' premises.
