Wow... this is super premium store and worth visiting. Aston Martin display counter at entry is superb.

What can I say? It s Selfridges. Will take care of all your designer shopping needs

Always wonderful to shop there and nearby area for almost everything you need. Latest fashions, perfumery, teas, food, electronics, luggage and much much more. Food court and resturants are great to have either a quick bite or a full meal. Must see every floor to see the amound of stuff they have. Love this place.

Lovely department store, visited Christmas shop but bit disappointed to see 2 racks of decoration s only

Fantastic rock and roll Christmas windows this year. The floors were also very entertaining, I was surprised to see skate board lessons going on in the corner of one floor. The coffee cake was excellent and the fact that they always have something affordable to everyone in each section is significant in my mind.

Selfridges over the years has become very expensive. However, the department store is better arranged than before. They are very clever with the recruitment of staff, although I find this very disturbing ( I'm not going to elaborate). Overall, great for that special materialistic item that you so desire. Although, I do prefer the shopping experience at Harrods. Although, who really wants to be a consumer these days.

Went to visit the HighSnobiety Co.Lab pop up at Selfridges. Such a great company with innovative and fun ideas which is a great example on the future of shopping.

What can I say Selfridges & Co is a second to none retail experience. Make sure you have deep pockets, you'll spend a fortune but well worth every penny.

Certainly the biggest department store I've ever been in.

Whether you are a shopper or tourist, the iconic fashion store is a must visit if you are in London..

Their food hall has a kosher section that seems to be related to a fridge, but is fairly robust form London. Many eateries for those who do not keep kosher!

The kids floor (4th) I'd do much better than last year, well worth a visit lots of interactions

Shopped herefor years but sadly really bad experience in Fendi . Bought a 2k jacket that stained when it rained boy did we have one he'll of a job getting it sorted . Not the service you expect at all and very dismissive attitude of a so called manager . She wasn't having any of it so we asked her to sprinkle water on it herself shock horror it stained in front of her..did she apologise? No chance she had at one point suggested it was our mistreatment of the worn once only product .got a refund and went to harrords but wow thats not how to build brand loyalty

Friendly and helpful staff who don't pester you overly. Lots of display space but could be easier to find different brands/departments

Unfortunately I received a very poor level of service from Selfridges (order 68161112) . After returning shoes to them on 19/12/18 I had to wait over 34 days before I was refunded. This was despite making numerous calls to customer services. I didn't at any point receive an explanation why or an apology.

It's a department store. I can't be less excited to review it. If you're into shopping, a tourist visiting London and want to treat yourself to what is a... Go and see for yourself. The toilets is what I came for and they were awesome. However you can dine here and buy stuff too so I guess this could be the place for you. Also it save time going to different soulless shops I suppose this would give you more time to spend doing amazing London things.

The cowshed is a fantastic find. Jess my therapist, who conducted my CBD facial is amazing. Knowledgeable about all the products, friendly, approachable and I will be back. Thanks Jess for all the information x

So pungent of perfume. Felt I might faint. But the selection in store is very comprehensive

Good service but te music in that store is bad it s like a disco in Some Part s of the store I in person come not go back , horrible of a Nice Quality store i don t like if you ask the personal they say its for the youth bad store

All the Luxury brands under one roof. Gucci, Channel, LV ...ext. Accessories section, Ladies wear section, Men's wear section, Kids wear section and Toys section. A huge collection even some items are exclusively. You can spend a lot of money.

On Tuesday 3rd September one lady with long blonde hair in Chloe section was extremely rude, she was gossiping to her colleagues about customers instead of serving me this put me off. This is not the customer service I would expect from Selfridges.

Fabulous customer service and an outstanding range of designer brands. I make Selfridges a regular destination whenever I visit London.

Had a very decent experience, security are a little judgemental I think. Very good level of social distancing in place. Friendly staff over all. Beautiful from the inside. Not the easiest to navigate.

Brilliant Department store, covering most shoppers needs. Lovely building, and has a WH Smith inside !

Amazing selection of high end and mid range items ranging from homeware to the latest fashion, delivered with excellent service. The Food Hall is impressive as well.

Incredible traditional old style department store, well worth a visit

Good if you like this sort of thing. Hell if you don't. Cant fair the range and quality of the concessions, but it can all be a bit much.

Selfridge's is a know famous shop. This one everything a department store would need. You can get ordinary clothing like topshop and you can get designer clothing. I recommend it .

Great shopping place. All clothes/jewels/perfume & cosmetics brands are available with gift wrapping options. Service is GREAT and employees are very helpful.

It's much quieter than before pandemic, but this place own charismatic atmosphere, and all people who works there are amazing

Staff very friendly. I went to the CharlotteTilbury counter, I found the staff most helpful and cheerful. The staff at the perfume counter were lovely too.

Only the filthy rich can afford. However always open for window shopping

I think for a free post service for defective products would be fair? Not many people live within popping in to Selfridges range... I am not the proud owner of a unique pair of defective Diesel Jeans.

Great obviously for shopping but terrible facilities for mum and baby. There is no dedicated room for feeding in such a big department store, only a couple of chairs right next to the toilets! Extremely noisy for baby too with hand dryer going off regularly. Very disappointed.

I like Selfridge's. Well laid out department store with friendly and helpful staff.
