Has everything you could think of, great place to spend 2-3 hours in. However, coffee shops are usually always busy and you must que in line as it gets really crowded in the afternoon. They should have a coffee stand for those who want to drink and walk. Huge food hall with lots of restaurant options inside, wide selection of products. Would recommend going in the early morning as it gets packed and noisy with arabs during night time. Regardless, spent almost everyday here while I was in London since everything is conveniently located in one place. However, the shoe galleries and ground floor were a mess, crowded with people. Especially the entrance with the perfume section. But still members of staff helped everyone anyway. Also love the window displays, nothing can beat Selfridges.

Very disappointing Christmas decor, 3 years ago I visited and was awed by their display between the different floors. This year just a massive, soulless silver tree! Couldn't figure out who thought this was ok! The greenery along the railings is good but I was so disappointed compared to 2016 when last I visited. I didn't find anything interesting to purchase so left empty handed! I also think the lights in Oxford St are a big let down, due to the light pollution the bulbs need to be big and bold and thousands of them, not the flimsy itsy bitsy stuff they currently put up. Frankly I think any other city puts us to shame 'could do much much better' would be my end of year report!

Modern and a little less "historic" than other famous London luxury department stores, Selfridges offers an extensive selection of everything. From fashion to food, it's worth a stop. Oasis for lovers of fashion and design.

One of my favourite department stores and first choice for make up, perfume and skincare products as it has all my best brands under one roof. Aside from the convenience of having (almost) everything I need, the service is always top notch and always fun to just browse when i want to check out new stuff from designers

The entire department store is quite overwhelming in a good way. They have all big name and designer brands and pretty much everything a normal department store should have and then some. Althought the staff were nice, I found them a bit less approachable then let's say Debenhams or other stores. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the market for quality products.

Lies about stuff. Asked if they had other sizes during the sale this morning. Told no, everything is out. Came back in the evening and there it was more sizes. Either the staff are lazy or they are trained to try to sell you unpopular sizes which you can't even exchange. Poor.

Amazing
