Very bad. Service ! Do not do gift shopping here ! They dont warp your shopping even expensive designer items as gift ! They send you to 4th floor to a paid kiosk for warap, you wait about 20 Minutes in cue and then up to 45 minutes waiting time for your gift to be wrapped in avery standard way, and u pay 7 to 13 GBP for it depending the size of item. Totally unacceptable !!
