Awful customer service!! I order gift voucher last...

Awful customer service!! I order gift voucher last minute on Wednesday and receive the email said will be arrive on Friday.
Nothing happened on Friday and I m hope it s will arrive on Saturday for my niece 30th birthday. Again it s not arrive on Saturday.
I phone them to make complaints and they said it s will arrive on Monday. I send apologies to my niece post are delay.
Unfortunately I still not receive the post on Monday. I was fuming and they are so rude to hang up! Won t send money back until I receive the gift card will arrive at my home. It s so horrible experience I have with them! Won t order with them again through postage!
