SeaWorld Orlando was AWESOME!! My family & I had a WONDERFUL TIME!! What a GREAT place for Family Fun!! Also staying @t the Fairfield Inn & Suites @ SeaWorld made the experience soOooo much more FUN!! We CAN'T WAIT until OUR NeXt Family Vacay!! Thanks SeaWorld Orlando & Fairfield Inn for such an AWESOME TRIP, until neXt time, GOD BLESS!!

Big change since I was here last. The shows are the best part. Glad we got the black Friday tickets. And definately get the dinner package. Otherwise you will pay
$18 for a burger.

Had a great time here cassy was very helpful we kept running into here and she told us a lot about the animals and the shows to watch.

This was the first time my family visited Sea World Orlando and we all had a great time. You definitely need some time management to get the shows in but we had lots of fun.

Still one of the most fun and fascinating places in Orlando. The Penguin encounter is incredible.

We loved it! The dolphin and whale shows were so cool! They weren't joking when they said you get VERY wet! The lines for the rides were crazy long though, I recommend the quick que!

One downside was the restaurants didn't open until 11 am which made the all day dinning a waste to us as we had to leave at 4 pm. The shows and rides were fun. The habitats were amazing.

The One Star is for customer service, I called and I waited 2 hours, no answer, decided to hang up, too much wait, Do better Seaworld!!!

Shows, customer service, food, cleaness of the park and a lot more than excellent. It exceed my expectations.

I have been enjoying this park since I was just a little boy. I am now married with two young girls and to this day I am still frequenting this park. My family and I love popping in for a fun day amongst the animals, catching a show, having a snack or riding a ride. The park annual passes are very affordable and the lines are never very long. You really get your moneys worth out of a day at SeaWorld. The parking is easy in and easy out. Everything within the park is affordable as well. If you re looking for something fun to do on the weekends get the annual pass, it s just a few bucks a month and always a fun place to go hang out or bring the little ones.

Easter Sunrise Service - Z88.3. One year we happened to attend this service on my birthday and was able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast. This year our Lord Jesus also blessed us for rising up early to commemorate his resurrection, with SeaWorld Park tickets (2019). The roller coasters seemed better than Disneys', Universals', IOAs', & Busch Gardens. We also didn't have to wait 2 hours in line like we did at Disney (Dec 2018). My only hang up was that the Penguins seemed sad being in captivity and all, but it was nice to be able to see them in Florida for the first time in my life.

I've been going to Sea World for the past 30 years or more. I hadn't been in 3 or 4 years, but this trip did not disappoint. We bought a two day ticket through the resort where we lodged. The fist day had minimal crowds and we rode as much and did as many activities as we could handle. The kids loved the shows and the kids amusement area. We went back for our second visit on a Saturday evening and watched the Christmas special ice show. The kids enjoyed the show and then wanted to go back to the children's amusement area. The kids played until the area was closed (around 9PM) and then we made our way back to the front of the park. I still feel like Sea World is one of the best values with respect to amusement parks. I have sworn off Disney and Universal due to the crowds.

Great family fun day out. Loved the dolphin show, don't miss it ! Killer whales are awesome too. Great place for all ages.

A gorgeous park with 4 great coasters. There is air conditioning in most of the queues and all of the shops.

I was very disappointed with it. Lines were unbelievable long for rides or closed for maintenance.
We did a lot more at Disney Magic Kingdom in less time. They were more organized.

Haven't been since I was a kid!!! They have really made a lot of great changes. The rides, the parades, the Christmas decorations, lovely

This was an amazing experience! I loved the shows and even was able to have a dolphin encounter, where I got to interact with a dolphin. There was minimal wait time for the rides and the crowds were not too bad. Definitely make sure you see all of the shows offered and take the opportunity to do one of the animal encounters. 100% worth it.
Also the new Sesame Street area is really cute and great for kids, it even has a little splash park for kids to run around in and a few parades during the day.

Nice park and well laid out, although signage could be improved. Staff were polite and informative and the shows were well put together. Only downside for myself was not being able to see the penguins without queueing for a ride in excess of a 1hr wait.

Not at all reasonable pricing, many worn and or messy facilities, company is very scummy itself and negligent to orcas and employees alike

This park is amazing! I know... Animal-wise, they keep captive and it breaks my heart too, although Sea World contribute and directly works in Marine care programs and other very cool and helpful stuff! Roller coasters-wise, by far one of the most amazing anamaly roller coasters. Best sensation? Just ride Manta! It's an amazing new sensation, is like been carried by a real Manta! For those who likes more powerful stuff just go for Mako! The most powerful and faster roller coaster there! Give it a try!

The three stars aren't to discourage people from going to SeaWorld, we had a great time, and our young kids loved it! Tons of things for kids with the addition the Sesame Street portion. Plenty of shows and rides to keep you busy.
The three stars are for the overall customer service experience. So many employees on their phones, and either poorly informed or poorly trained.

Great Park with fun rides, something for everyone in the family. Relaxed atmosphere compared to the hectic Disney parks.

I can't begin to say how much I love SeaWorld. The care and love they show to the animals is amazing. They strive to educate on the effects of pollution on the planet and animals welfare. In no way do I think that those animals are abused in any way. I try to go once a year. If I lived in Florida, I would go once a week.

I really enjoyed my visit. The wait times were very reasonable the food we had on the all day dining was great. The people there were helpful and friendly. Cant wait to go back.

I went Monday the 19th. Was a rainy day.
If the weather is bad close the park! The park is open, but 85% of the things inside the park are closed, closed!!!!
For example the kids carousel on sesame street it is covered from rain however they keep it closed, and was not raining in that moment.
Horrible day! Not much that is indoor at all if the weather is bad.
At least at Disney if the weather is bad you have way more indoor options.

There is so much to see here and learn too. A good combination of rides shows and education. Also if you are going to watch a dolphin or manatee show then sit in the splash zone because if you don t you are missing out on lots and lots of fun. I loved it here I learned a lot and had lots of fun so I would definitely recommend

I highly recommend this amazing park, as there are so many things to do. From the aquariums and killer wale shows to the high quality food, you will not be upset with what you pay for.

I have mixed feelings giving 3 stars review, since it was our last day of 5 different parks and we might have been just tired. On the other hand, we had a lot to compare to. So what I did like was the animals and the shows, and the food at Waterway grill and unique selection at the souvenir shops. The frustrations were with how the park was organized. The signs were insufficient and we found ourselves walking in circles many times. And it can be frustrating in a big park with a toddler. We missed a show, cause we simply couldn't find our way to navigate there. The app's map is inconvenient too, since it does not integrate with the GPS and does not show you where you are. The shamu stadium dining experience was also frustrating. Nowhere on the map it says that it is only opened at specific hours for lunch. After doing circles around the stadium with a hungry toddler asking for the promised mac and cheese.. On the printed map from the park we finally noticed that the place is only open for couple hours at lunch. What a frustration! Another think that stroke me was that there were so many things for extra pay, like the paddle boats. And all the vending machines through the park with the stupid games. Like the didn't have enough attractions for people and put those all over. But whatever. It was just weird. To summarize, we loved the park, but it was very different from others. And fixing at least the map navigation subject would be a great benefit.

Don't go during the summer. I about passed out from having to wear a mask.

Ride the manta. I didn't. I regreted it. And the water ride is more than one drop. Dont get played.

Kinda expensive but we went with husband's company. The staff was friendly and helpful .Seemed to be pretty clean too

All of the employees are so kind and nice. The 30 dollar food pass for the day totally worth it, along with paying for fish for the sea lions, and a very reasonable price on the dolphin interaction. We will be back for a week in the near future

Love the encounters with the animals, especially the sea lions!!

Not what it use to be, in the past it was focused on the animals, now shops , themed restaurants and coasters dominate, and the sea life is hidden away in the corners.
Way too many people for the small walkways because they added several coasters which have made navigating through the park a night mare.
Food service stations are understaffed crowded and slow, I walked away from several that were not moving.
Best way to summarize Sea World is waist your time waiting

Animals are beautiful. Everything was clean. My family had a great time and my children insisted on going back. Best day of our vacation.

An oasis of lights and great shows...very reasonable price packages..family friendly...new changes with animal rights in mind are being enacted...as this will restore the rep of Seaworld as a place of animal rescue and learning

I can t believe this monstrosity is still open. Animals deserve better than to swim in a tub and stare at concrete walls their entire life.

We love coming here when we get the chance. The shows are always fun and different. Never too long of lines or wait times for rides and attractions. Prices are a bit high, but nothing that isn't expected of a theme park.

Favorite theme park! Great place to learn about the world and the animals that inhabit it!

We enjoyed ourselves. Plenty to do and enjoy. The shows were well done and staff was friendly. We are new annual pass holders and are so glad we are.

I was blown away by the killer whales. By wife loved the shark tunnel and her daughter thought Infinity Falls was the best ride ever!

Took granddaughters to Orlando for fall break. SeaWorld was great today. They had their Halloween Spooktacular going on. The girls loved. They dressed up and went down trick and treat trail. They got lots of goodies. They loved the rides and the longest wait time was 35 minutes. No problems getting into the shows. Just a great day!

Dont waste your money. After you pay for parking and locker space you are welcomed by 90% of the rides and park closed. Some areas open and others close at random times. Go to universal or disney.

I have been here more than one time and all I have to say is "wonderful". The shows are a great entertainment and they make sure that they keep rewarding the animals and doesn't make them do things they can't do.
The food is on the expensive side, but that is to be expected. The suveniers are great and the things you learn stick with you. I hope to go again and I hope that the staff can look a whole lot more happier. You guys are working where any person would dream of working. Be proud.

Absolutely incredible time petting and seeing penguins. Keep in mind lids and plastic straws are not a thing on drinks here unless you get a collectible cup. To pet a penguin and get an amazing walk through the behind the scenes please be aware it is a separate ticket required beyond general admission ticket. If you want to swim with a dolphin I recommend calling ahead or visiting their site to see if the option exists. On the day we had went the option was not available. All in all a great time none the less for fans of Penguin and Turtle.

Fun park with lots of rides and shows. Get to the shows early. In June, when we were there, they fill to capacity.

Great experience and fun for the kids. Only disappointed the new Infinity ride malfunctioned and needed repairs. Wasn't open...kids very sad. Other than that great time.

Amazing place A Must visit place. The Dolphin show was top of the world. Amazingly trend Dolphins.

I brought annual passes that I was not able to use ONCE even after they reopened. My pass expired but my son pass was still active. Both passes purchased at the same time. I was told the matter would be sent to their IT department and I would receive a email which I never did. When I called to check on the passes the representative wouldn't let me speak so I asked to speak with a supervisor who placed me on a 40 minute hold and never returned to the call. I spent almost $600 on those passes and won t be able to use them receive a refund. Not even a partial refund. I don t recommend Seaworld passes. If you plan on going I suggest paying a ticket for that day and park. Representatives are rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give them a -5 stars.

This review isn t based on the activities of the park, it s based on my online experience. This is my first time going to SeaWorld, online they are offering a fifth night free with your vacation package which includes a hotel( in addition is placing an extra $50/per night hold on your card at check-in for damages etc. and the hold won t be released until up to 15 days AFTER you leave the hotel). When I purchased my four nights Monday-Friday(checkout) verses checking out on Saturday(the 5th night) there was a $245 difference. If the fifth night is free why should I have to pay and extra $245. After I paid for my four nights ONLY, I realized in my email confirmation that I still didn t get my fifth night free. After being on a long call with a manager I was told in order to get that fifth night free I now have to pay an extra $20. Smh wow really SeaWorld. I just went back online to check and they have corrected the error but now I won t be getting my fifth night free unless I pay an extra $20. This is my first trip and will be my last. Hopefully DisneyWorld will treat me better. If I wasn t taking a big group of people including kids I would have definitely made other arrangements.

Fun place for the family plus it has Great roller coasters for teenagers. Great combination of things to do for all the family.

Rides were amazing. Less animals than I expected though. Many tanks were considerably less impressive than expected.

People would not social distance. Felt very uncomfortable.

SeaWorld was awesome. Suggestion if anyone wants to go on infinity falls go on but during the Shamu show after the shamu show was over me and my cousins ran to infinity falls and it was 2min or 5min can't remember and I got to meet some of my senior friends from highschool.

The park is nice once you spend over an hour to get everything you need to get in! We spent an hour being sent back and forth from one service station to another because no one was telling us the correct information. We waited in line at guest services to be told we didn't need a band for our dining and then sent to front for our bands for priority seating to be sent right back to guest services to get bands! Plus we were told we could get bottles for drink refills at the front store to find out at the locker station that the bottles would be cheaper if we got the bottles with the locker purchase! SeaWorld definitely needs training on guest services and customer relations from Disney or even Chick-fil-A!

Great experience and the park is very clean and friendly helpful staff. Lines for rides are fast and even if the lines are long well worth the wait time.

New attractions Infinity Fall was horrible. We stood in line from 5 pm to 7:15 to get on it. People were scipping lines and jumping to Express lines without passes and nobody checked their passes. The ride broke twice while standing in line, and reopened. The staff didn't control the situation with tickets properly. The ride itself was great. But I don't think I would be going again.

always love to bring the family here and this time our first grandson came. shame our 2 week holiday has been but down to a very quick 4 days.

Well I'm in the military an couldn't even use my one free family pass. We got our tickets from waives of honor site a week before we got to sea world and they said we couldn't use the passes. So not only we didn't get in to the park we came all the way from Colorado on vacation to pay $22 to park just for me my wife an 3 kids to get back in the car an do nothing that day. All we got was a picture of the front gate. WOW!!!

It's just amazing and so beautiful at Christmas time! My grand daughter loved the experience!

The animal shows are fun and exciting. The foods we ate were very good; our favorite was the large soft pretzel. The lines for the rides were unbearably long until evening, but the online guide that posts the wait time and rain closures was very helpful.

Wasn't that impressed, would not spend the money for the behind the scenes tours for sure. Maybe wouldn't go again. The dolphin and killer whale shows were good. They spend a lot of time being very preachy. The zoo is better, or go to the Sheds Aquarium in Chicago

There was a lot to do and see. My kids, (11, 8, 5) really enjoyed it.

We had a great trip to SeaWorld. At first, I was feeling very sorry for my younger children because it seemed there was little for them to do. All of that changed when we discovered Sesame Street on the map. Granted, it was a long (very long) walk over to that area, but this provided rides for those who were too small to enjoy the extreme rides.

I'm going to have to give it to you straight though .. be prepared to spend A LOT of money. This is the only reason I'm taking away a star. I was impressed with getting a good deal of tickets, but yeah, I was about to learn a lesson. The food is outrageously expensive. The parking is insane @ $25 per car. You even have to pay to get dried off after water rides. The kiddie carts cost a fortune and they are terrible, just terrible. There is no room for purchases on it. The canopy sags onto the children's heads. If you put anything on top of it, it's back heavy and flips over. The tires are at a terrible angle so they roll wider than expected and not smoothly. So yeah, those stink!

Would I do it again? Absolutely! Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. There was something for everyone.
