Although I really like the course and the facility as a whole, it gets too much play. The facility needs rangers to keep play moving. The other day there were nearly 3 groups on each hole. There were some people hitting 2nd shots from the tee box because they didn't like the first, while people were waiting. This is rude. On the par 3 water holes people kept hitting shots just to try and get across. A ranger could be very helpful here so all have a good time. Establish a drop area. Poor on customer service due to the above for not encouraging a good pace of play. It would be helpful for staff to remind players to fix ball marks on the greens, they were next to unplayable Saturday August 29, 2020. Also remind players not to touch the flag! I think I might gave played my last round at Glacier unless it is a weekday and they address getting a ranger for weekends.

Delicious. Great atmosphere. Thank you to our host at our table-Greg Loescher. I met some new people and had great conversations. Good job Chef Brandon, Nick, Staff, Central Waters. It was a fabulous event. Merry Christmas.

Absolutely the best value in the area. As a person who is able to play very nice courses, this place stands up. Very fun layout in good condition. Service is always great. If you play in the spring or fall in the afternoon you can cruise around. Just overall a great course that is an even better value. Was designed by the same person who designed the Copperhead Course near Tampa, Florida which is a PGA tour course.

Golf Digest 2009 Best WI Muni and well deserved. There are 2 or 3 adjacent fairways with other golfers in sight otherwise the generous fairways are separated by woods. A very well maintained, picturesque gem with a friendly staff.

This restaurant has the best food ever!! We have eaten here twice now on Friday afternoon and the food was exceptional! Service was good also, very friendly and helpful. The prices are comparable to Applebee's or Chili's. We wish every town had this restaurant!

Went to Iron Grill for dinner. Had the Friday night special (rock crab). Asperigus was tough, could not cut it with a fork and they did not offer any crab meat cracker or mallets to get the meat out of the shell. The shell was very difficult to pull apart/crack. After wrestling I probably left a lot of meat.

The Iron Grille restaurant that is at Glacier Wood Golf Club is incredible. The finest food in the area without a doubt. Tremendous variety and impeccable presentation and taste. Definitely worth the drive to the beautiful little town of Iola. The golf course is second to none as well. What a gem of a place.
