One of my favorite theme parks in the Orlando Area, Can get quite busy but the rides are great! the admission price isn't terrible and getting the meal pass is definitely worth it! If you're not a person who likes roller coasters there are tons of great shows for you to see!

I spent at least seven hours at Sea World and it still wasn t enough! My first trip to Sea World was many years ago and this time was even better! It s the perfect place for children to learn while having a good time and it s great for adult big kids too!

The park was a lot of fun and there was so much to do! I love the unique ocean/aquatic theme on everything from the rides to the special shows and exhibits. From watching the giant Sea Turtles swim in huge tanks, to the whale show and touching the gentle gliding Sting Rays, there were so many memorable experiences!

There was something for everyone to do! Walking through the huge aquarium during Shark Encounter was eerily cool! There were sharks above our heads and all around us along with other sea life! Although I m a thrill ride junkie, it was nice to enjoy other special events, shows and exhibits, too. My absolute favorite one was the Dolphin Days show. I couldn t stop smiling!

The Dolphins were so so cute, especially when they splashed water with their fins on everyone on the rows close to the tank! The show was full of surprising Dolphin tricks and acrobatics and the trainers were amazing performers, too! I love animals, so it was nice to see the trainers treating the Dolphins with so much love and respect!

Before the show began, one of the trainers asked Military Active Duty service members and Veterans to stand up and we were honored to be standing alongside many other military members! Sea World thanked us for our service that day with complimentary tickets!

I am very grateful for such a gracious honor! From the moment we walked it, the staff was helpful and professional and when we got a little lost, a staff member, Jardonnay or Nay walked with us to make sure we got to our location! Sea World is a great place I will enjoy visiting again and again!

Went with friends.Had lot of fun. All the animal shows were really enjoyable. Didn't like the lunch we had within the park.

We had a toddler and had taken food in glass container. They don't allow glass container but thankfully they allowed us once as it was for kid.so plan packing ur kids food accordingly.

Sine it was holiday season we got to see the light dance in the evening it was beautiful. Not sure if its available all arround the year.

SeaWorld Orlando is great! Customer Service on the other hand is very poor. Bought the platinum pass online. However, when logging on, I was unable to get discounted items with the pass. They said it was a glitch in the system and they would have to send it to IT. This process would take at least a week. I was trying to go this weekend. Asking if I could purchase tickets through them, they said they are not able and that I would have to wait in line at the park to get the discounted passes. I explained my situation and they said it does not matter they cannot do anything. Then they just said goodbye. Not sure if they submitted IT request or not. What is the point of buying these passes if you cannot use them and takes weeks to get resolved? Customer service is useless. They have no power to help the guest. I am annual pass member at other parks and I have never had this situation.
SeaWorld is always wonderful though. Give the park 5 stars! Customer service 2 stars because the first gentlemen was nice. Supervisor not so much

We enjoyed SeaWorld. We were able to touch the sting rays as they swam by. The dolphins had a great show that we really enjoyed. There were rides, shows, and exhibits so everyone had something to do. Nice, clean baby station available for young ones.

Really great park! The seven seas food festival is the best value of all the local dining festivals. They could get five stars by bringing in more local beer but the food options are perfect and tasted amazing.

The worst experience we had today, people without masks, we could not enter any attraction, every time we made the line they closed the attraction and at the end we decided to leave without having enjoyed the park.

There's a clear difference between the areas related to the animals and the rides. The areas and employees related to animals are organized and the staff is very cordial. Unfortunately the rides are not so organized, there's no single rider queue and not all employees were uniforms, which makes more complicated to identify them. In the other hand, they have the best rides and first row dedicated lines.

If you haven't been at Christmas, you're really missing out! It is so festive...all the regular fun, but the music, decor, lights, seasonal food/bev., the added shows...all makes this a magical time at the park. Well done, SeaWorld! We also added on the Beluga Whale experience which was priceless...to be up close with these two amazing fellows and have the trainers work with us to carefully interact...I'll never forget it.

Fun place for all. Look ahead and pre plan if you have kids so you can make the shows. Not sure what was going on with the entrance, but we parked at the water park next door and took the bus over the sea world. That's why I gave it a four. We sat in line for 30 minutes before finding out more about parking in the water park.

Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurants and restrooms. Bought the all day dining pass and was only able to go to two restaurants that had fried cold food. My phone did not pick up the map and there is no paper maps and few directions to get around making it difficult to get anywhere around the park. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Of the big 3 in Orlando, Sea World is definitely the most affordable. They don't have as many rides as the other parks, but your family will enjoy their day and share fond memories of their visit for years to come. Killer whale and dolphin shows are a must. The park is clean and the young staff are amazing.... When purchasing a beer the attendant noticed that I was a military member. He felt bad he didn't offer a discount, instead he offered a free beer; small example of the friendly staff. Also, the chicken platter at the undersea grill was delicious and reasonably priced for a theme park. You really haven't done Orlando until you've experienced Sea World.

This is the best theme park that we were at all week. I went on Wednesday, and the place was pretty empty, so my son and I walked onto most of the rides. My family had the dolphin up close encounter and it was awesome. If you only have time for one theme park, this is the one. The rides are great and the animals are awesome.

Anytime during the holidays is a great time to visit SeaWorld but New Year's Eve is the best. Come early, have dinner and wander over to the fire place in the Christmas Village for a drink and some great music. Sit, sip watch the flames and enjoy the light show on the lake at 6 PM. Don't wait. By 8 PM there is a solid line of cars trying to get in and they are starting to ship people to overflow parking. Our favorite shows were the ice skating at the lakeside amphitheatre and Shamu at night.

Disjointed, Disorganized, Disappointing. The layout is not very cohesive, my group ended up wandering in circles. You also have to pay to use lockers, whereas in other parks they're free for the first hour.

I will say that Mako is terrific, and I'm sure Kraken is too but it was down for refurbishment for the new VR experience. Mantis was experiencing technical difficulties.

Plenty of food and nice atmosphere, the shows were cute too (when they were working). Overall though this place could really use some maintenance.

I highly recommend going to SeaWorld. I was surprised by how many attractions they have and also the amount of interactive events that you are able to do. As you can see, I made a new friend while at SeaWorld. I highly recommend doing the behind the scene tours. I did the sea lion, penguin, shark. and Shamu dinner show. They are definitely worth the price.

The walk ways can be pretty narrow not giving much room for the amount of people trying to pass to stop and check maps. The park was nice though. The electric chairs are 60 but be careful if you have neck problems because the chairs stop abruptly enough to make your neck jerk

Sea World is not the happiest place on earth like Disney. The employees are not very friendly and some I would even consider rude. At Disney the food package covers just about everything and the food is pretty good. At Sea World the food is par and it only covers maybe a 1/3 of the places that has food. The drinking pass is only worth it if you are willing to try different types draft beers, which are only offered at some of the eating places. Bottom line, they have great rides and shows, but don t waste your money on the food or beer passes. I would recommend the fast passes, it is reasonably priced. Don t expect great service from the staff at Sea World.

I absolutely loved it here! my husband and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary and this was definitely the place to be for it! Everyone here was so nice to us! They helped us out with questions we had or if we got lost on our way to go to an encounter with the animals, they took the time to get us a map and show us where we needed to be. We did think coming on a Tuesday would be better so that there wouldn't be a lot of people but it was kinda sad because things we wanted to go do or wanted to try were closed and would only open on the busy weekend so that was kinda a bummer but overall it was a wonderful day we did the all day dinning pass and it was so great it definitely something I will recommend to anyone, I wish I could have tried more, but I know we'll be back soon enough!!!

Love the rides, the short wait times, the animal experiences and shows.Love the Seven Seas Food Festival and different concerts they have. The new Sesame Street for kids is awesome and the upgrade was very much needed, including the new SS parade!!

One of the best theme parks in Florida. Just plan your day before you go. It took me many visits before I could appreciate this park to the fullest. But if you plan your day and go during a special event, you will love it!
