Staff not so friendly and some actually with a bad attitude. A storm showed up and without telling us what was happening the staff just kicked us out of the ride I had to ask 3 employees in order to figure out what was happening. Also you got to pay for the lockers they dont give you any grace period like other parks do....

Sea world has a history of doing great rescue and recovery work with animals. I'm not a huge fan of dolphins and whales in captivity but they are taking steps to do better in that regard. The park as a park is excellent and a great time for families. Amazing rollercoasters. Go have a good time. And donate to the rescue efforts.

Another great place for the whole family.

Another great place for the whole family.
Rollercoasters and great rides for all. Sesame street is terrific too. Entertainment and good food are always a hit. Make sure you take an umbrella as it rains frequently here in Florida. Thunderstorms pass over quickly. Be prepared for that. Looking forward to Aquatica.

Throughly enjoyed the park, walking distance from my hotel (Hampton inn)
The roller rides were amazing! Shows were too good. Good family gathering area
But really didnt line the fact that we couldnt store our bags for free.. and they charge you a lot for lockers.. so be prepared for those. Some of the rides were risky to even carry phones..

Definitely not as good as other theme parks in the area. I wanted to go and take my family to experience what I had experienced growing up. The park still does a great job with the sea life shows, in fact they have improved the conservation aspect and you can tell that those working with the sea life really enjoy their work. Other employees don t seem as customer oriented and management is very poor. Don t expect the hours posted for anything to be counted on. It s sad that people pay the all you can eat package and many restaurants close far earlier than posted. We had a restaurant we wanted to try and it closed at 4:30 even though it was posted 5:00. Also even though the parks hours were until 6:00 the day we attended most exhibits closed much earlier without notice. We were not the only guests who were confused why. We also found ourselves going down many pathways that the map shows as an open path near the end of the day that were closed with a rope after walking a considerable distance. They could have employees posted at key intersections directing people but no one was in site. We had to tell about a dozen different people that a pathway was closed as we were backtracking from it. The day actually didn t start off well either because my own mistake I didn t understand the free meal special that I purchased with my ticket and I tried to talk with customer service but, they really don t care about customers. After going to Disney parks and seeing there good customer care as well as dedication to animal conservation I would recommend skipping SeaWorld and spend time at Epcot or Animal Kingdom.

This park is doing a fantastic job with all covid safety precautions. Lines were short, and the park was clean. They also have knowledgeable staff around for questions about the animals.

Place was packed with large groups of teens everywhere but we still enjoyed the shows and eateries. The orcas and dolphins were amazing!!! The dolphin encounter was rushed and not worth it in my opinion.

Positive: Something for everyone to do. Plenty of parking. Lots of food choices. Orca show was nice even though the females seemed to want to "discuss" things instead of put on their show. Sea Lion High was funny only because the otter and sea lions were over the day by the time the 7pm show came and felt the need to do what they wanted to do and not participate in the show. Gave pass holders several perks.
Negative: Long waiting line just to park. Another long line to walk into the park. Wait times for mostly all rides, adult or child, ranged from 45 minutes to 100 minutes. That is ridiculous, so we didn't get to ride everything. Digital map is not park friendly. It doesn't tell you anything but the shows and some rides.
Personal opinion, not worth the price they charge. I would go back in 20 years, just like this time, just to see if they have improved.

I was expecting more. We just could see killer whale show and sea lion show. We went to Sesame street and saw a parade.
We could not see any other animals. Too much people, long waiting time in lines.
July 5 th.
Hard with 2 little kids 5 and 3 yo.
My opinion - there is so many choices gift shops, everything I could remember on my way - gift shops, food places and water/drinks refill. I did not see many animals.
But my kids got fun in Sesame.

Went in Jan 2020 experience was great, got discount tickets so price was good, no crowds so every show was attended without long waits, Would recommend to one and all. Have been several time in my life have never been disappointed.

Unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience. I made the lines for the few rides that they have in the park and I couldn't get in. They should work on post some sings with specifications on who can ride them. I went to celebrate my birthday at the park thinking that they will have something to celebrate their annual pass members but they didn't. I ended up just walking around the park. Also, a few rides were close.

Great place! I have an annual pass here so I go all the time. The employees who are NOT on mask patrol are some of the nicest people you'll meet. The most entertaining thing to watch is the sea lion/seal pool! You'll get great laughs there. Here's a challenge for you: Can you spot the seal who will wave for fish? Buy some fish to feed the sea lions/seals and see if you can find him! (Hint: wave at them and see who will wave back!)

Was a great day....bring your wallet. You will need it.!!
Get the quick Q and the dinning plan. It will save ya money.
The cost for reserved sitting at shows does not make a big difference. Unless you want to show up 5 min before show time.

The Christmas decorations are awesome! The Oh Wondrous Night program was amazing. Sea World is hands down the best for the Season. And the cost is very affordable! Will recommend it to friends and will surely come back next year

I love this place.. I love seeing how they take of the animals. My kids loves it, and my 7 year old does all the rides with no problems.. food is fast and good. And prices for toys and water bottles are comfortable.

Long lines for rides continued to get longer as the people waiting in line kept letting others join them. The group of 8 in front of us turned to a group of 20 during a half hour wait. Sea World needs to do a better job policing this abuse.

VIP Ultimate: Totally worth the money. Jessicalynn was our tour guide and she made the entire day like a dream for my fiancee and I. She felt like a member of the family by the time we part. You get to do so much and there is never any downtime . SeaWorld really does care about the animals and you learn about it more in depth if you go behind the scenes. We actually caught an otter getting his teeth cleaned! Check out all of the videos and pictures posted but they do not do the experience any justice at all! If you want to see everything, and go behind the scenes then just go for the VIP.

We had a great time !! The drink stations are pretty isolated to a couple areas for the unlimited cup and its hard to use the 40$ meal plan like you would at aquatica (every hour)because the participating restaurants are very spread limited to certain areas. The orca show was absolutely the best and it has changed a lot since I was a kid and saw it thats for sure !! The Antarctica exhibit is probably the best place to cool off while seeing the penguins !! We will definitely be back without the kiddo so we can enjoy the rides and take our time walking around shopping and enjoying the views !! Got lots of pictures and videos while we were there.

We went on the weekend for the inside look yours that they have for the month of January and it was great. They let their guests in to places that they have never been before. The waits were not to long for the experiences and we were able to do all 6 of them. The trainers at the dolphin nursery were very entertaining as well.

Waste of time and money for now. Dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, and alligator exhibits close at 12:00. Penguins close at 15:00. All restaurants except for a chicken sandwich shop and a grill are closed. DO NOT BUY THE ALL DAY FOOD armband. If you do you only have 2 restaurants and a hotdog stand to eat at. Masks must be worn at all times. I do not recommend going until covid is over and the park is fully open. Only 1 ride is currently active.

Arrived right at opening to fit in a couple rides only to discover that the ones we came for, Mako and Infinity Falls, weren t going to open until 12:00. I understand not opening some less popular rides until later during COVID, but two of the most popular is absurd. Tried again in the afternoon and Infinity Falls was still closed and mask wearing after entering the park was NOT being enforced at all. Disappointed.

Love SeaWorld. They ve been attacked a lot in the press, but nobody else is there when animals are in danger. I ve personally seen them show up for trapped manatees, stranded pigmy sperm whales, and injured sea turtles around Melbourne. I support them completely.

I have not been here in quite some time. Was pleasantly surprised on all the new attractions/roller coasters. It actually has the tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster in Orlando. The mako is top notch. We ate at the shark restaurant watching the sharks and other fish swim around while we ate. It's a bit pricey, but the food was good.

Parking is $20. Bag checking area should be more organized. ALOT of things to see and do! Take water!!! Food was good but some was cold. All the main shows are great to see. The penguins are great!!! You will be walking all day.

Everyone needs to stop giving Seaworld a bad name. It s a great park, superclean with friendly staff and reasonably priced. I love Disney, however, my family did a lot more in two hours than we did in a 12 hour day at Disney. SeaWorld rocks!

I really enjoyed the penguin and sea lion habitat. I felt that the dolphin and orca enclosures were just too small. About 50% of people were not wearing their masks. Absolutely no social distancing enforced. The employees seemed overwhelmed and understaffed to handle the rediculous amount of people in the park. Lines for the Sesame Street kid rides were 1+ hour. I loved the ice skating show. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

It was great. Enjoyed my time there most definitely. The dolphin show was a highlight for sure. There is even a place below the tanks to view the dolphins. The heat was an issue for a while but there are plenty of places to stop and take a break. There are tanks of touchable sting rays that you can feed.

A brilliant and wholesome experience, being as up close as one can get with endearing and frightening sea creatures. We managed to cover the entire area and every section other than the Nautilus Theatre... in 9 hours though... so be prepared in every way for a lot of walking but it's worth every moment !

Only 9 dispatched per hour. Thats really slow. Haha only so they can nickel and dime you for fast passes when the park is not busy. Bad management is why this company keeps loosing (money and customers). I gave it 2 stars because the only thing I enjoyed was the dolphin nursery.

The whole family enjoyed going here and can't wait to go back and add days on to spend time at the water park. This is definitely a place for all ages and the admission price is not horrible, especially compared to the other parks! I definitely recommend a full day or more here!

My family and I always enjoy going to SeaWorld. We went on Christmas Eve and their was barely anyone there. We jumped on the rides multiple times. We enjoyed the Christmas tree lights. The Gift rappers rap group were awesome to listen to. They made us laugh so hard! You just can't go wrong with SeaWorld. It's always fun.

Visited with family members with children ages 1 1/2-14. Everyone enjoyed our day, even though no one rode any of the roller coasters. Get your tickets online before going and save standing in line at the gate .

The locker policy at SeaWorld is horrible. The girl at the gate is literally fighting with every single person getting on the ride because they refuse to even allow you to bring a bag up even if someone is willing to hold it. It is a complete money grab unlike any other park in Orlando. Prepare to pay for every ride you go on or buy the day long locker that you will end up regretting because you didn t use a locker 5 times. Used to love Seaworld, this type of disregard for customers has made this the last time I will be here.

Excellent. Excellent. Great shows . Did the free refill cup. Deal best thing to do. Ate at Joe's and it was great food. Low cost. Something for everyone to eat. So many choices. Some gift shops prices were good. We will be going back again next year. $22. For parking.

Do not visit this park if you plan to go with children who cannot ride. Unlike Bush Gardens, child swap in this park is a JOKE, one of the parents has to enter as a REGULAR line. Most of the time the regular line is more than hour. However, in Busch Gardens they gave us a quick queue pass for each of us.

Great theme located in the heart of Orlando's tourist corridor. Lots of different attractions Shore to engage all members of the family and dozens of meal choices. SeaWorld has one of the best meal plans of any theme park in Florida based on price, options, and variety. You are strongly encouraged to come early as the park does not stay open as late as most other theme parks due to it being an almost entirely outside theme park. Regardless of the time of year you go, sunscreen is strongly encouraged.

I loved the experience at SeaWorld All the animals were so much fun to see. The performances and music is amazing. I am happy that they give a shout out to the military at every performance.

Phenomenal value when compared to prices on the other major theme parks in Orlando. Shows are incredible. Short lines on rides. My 4 year old spent almost the entire day at Sesame Street land. The Sesame Street parade is really terrific for younger kids. Very well done

Overall it was a good experience. We got the dinning deal for free. The food and service was generally good quality. The one exception was near the end of the day. When we were at The Panini stand the customer service was dismal. the park has a very nice mixture of roller coasters and aquarium / shows. This worked out great for our family.

The entrance today was a disaster SLOW DAY EVER, the ticket pickup on the machines another disaster, the rides waiting time not to bad between 30-40 min, Craft beer fest was awesome, some employees with long faces not happy at all

Had such a good time! Can t believe it s one of the cheapest parks in Orlando. The rides are tall, fast, and exhilarating and the animal encounters are amazing. I believe it was about $13 to feed the sea lions, but you can still go in the area even if you don t want to feed them. You can also pet the sting rays free of charge. The dolphin and whale shows were also amazing. We chose the all you can dine option and it is definitely worth it. Went to Voyagers Smokehouse and was able to get pulled pork, chicken, Mac and cheese, fries and a drink. No issues with parking. Lines for rides were between a 10-20 minute wait. It was a great experience!

Great place. Bringing towels and wear flip flop like footwear. Prepare where you want to go in advance. The place has very poor navigation. Very expansive. Be ready. Bring water and snacks. You can refill water bottle.

So much fun and lots to do! Feeding the dolphins was the best experience!

My only complaint was the shut downs due to weather... wish there was a way to make some of the shows indoor so they did not get shut down.

Be prepared for rain each day. Bring a poncho!

SeaWorld has taken a reputation beating in the last few years, but the crowds here seem to really enjoy the place. In fact, where Disney park crowds seem like extras from the "Walking Dead," the crowds here were engaged and actually appeared happy. The Killer Whale show was packed and the audience was clearly wowed by the behaviors demonstrated. The park was very busy, but lines for many of the awesome roller coaster rides averaged less than 10 minutes. You also don't have the sense of being bombarded by product placement and being brainwashed that you are having fun here compared to other Orlando attractions (Disney, talking about you). A great place for the family.

Absolutely stunning how they treat the animals with such care and appreciation. They have a real connection with the animals as well. Let's not for get about the roller coasters! Mako is a hyper coaster that'll have you begging for more. If you are looking for a fine dining experience, you should eat at SeaWorld's most exclusive restaurant sharks underwater grill where you sit in a restaurant that is surrounded by a shark aquarium from floor to ceiling. Surprisingly enough it's relatively affordable. Your filet mignon goes for around 25$. If your visit the stingray encounter rub your hand along the bottom of the tank along the sides you should feel hard skinny objects and those are stingray teeth!

With currently around 70k reviews on this amusement park, this globally-recognized oceanlife themed waterpark has provided a one-of-a-kind experience to millions of visitors. This park has enough rides, stores, and things to do to last longer than a day. Due to Covid, they are doing temperature screenings, cleaning more, social distancing, and requiring face coverings. My personal favorite ride is the Manta (it is more exhilarating if you ride towards the back). The parking was no problem and we did not have to walk far. The Orca Encounter performance was one of the most fascinating attractions. If you get the passes with included food, the food options are pretty decent, but you just have to look at your options while you are there. If you do plan on visiting, take your time, have fun, and enjoy everything that SeaWorld Orlando has to offer.

First time that I've been to a theme park in years and I genuinely had a great time.

Was hesitant after all the bad press Sea World has been getting recently, but all of the animals seemed to be well taken care of.

My personal favorite area was the manatee exhibit. These beautiful Giants were happy, munching on lettuce, and in general just being awesome

The Manta roller coaster is the best ride I've had in years (don't tell my wife)

Enjoyed so much that I recommend SeaWorld for everyone who tour Orlando. It's good for both kids and grown ups. The ride organisers are particularly magnanimous in allowing rides with slightest improvement in weather. Indoor attractions are worth visiting without missing
