I brought annual passes that I was not able to use...

I brought annual passes that I was not able to use ONCE even after they reopened. My pass expired but my son pass was still active. Both passes purchased at the same time. I was told the matter would be sent to their IT department and I would receive a email which I never did. When I called to check on the passes the representative wouldn't let me speak so I asked to speak with a supervisor who placed me on a 40 minute hold and never returned to the call. I spent almost $600 on those passes and won t be able to use them receive a refund. Not even a partial refund. I don t recommend Seaworld passes. If you plan on going I suggest paying a ticket for that day and park. Representatives are rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give them a -5 stars.
