BE CAREFUL

BE CAREFUL

They ask you to commit insurance fraud.

Have you had an accident in the last 3 years? Were not injured? Don't want to claim? Scott Rees and their Claim Team will phone you every day for months on end until you've had enough, give in and listen to them tell you how to commit insurance fraud.

Its very easy. They tell you what injuries to say you had (usually back/neck pains), how long you have had them (min 3 months) and how much you suffered (hard to bend down, pain when lifting).


They will phone you on many landlines stretching from Jersey to Scotland but never on their actual business line. If you upset them, tell them you don't want to claim, you want to cancel the claim, they will phone you on their mobiles (as these are not recorded) and try and bully you back into making a claim by telling you you've made a fraudulent claim, go figure?

Keep hanging up.

AVOID AVOID!!
It s so funny how staff or close mates leave 5* review. Avoid Scott Reece solicitor they re time waster the worse and unprofessional solicitors I ve ever came across. I gave them a claim back in Nov 2014 and they dragged the claim all the way to Nov 2017, the only thing they re good at is filling out all the scam paperwork to start of your claim, they are so bad the third party had to phone me (which is not even allowed) and informed me that it was there clients fault!! Because Scott Rees never answered there phone or return calls!! First Sarah Ryan was dealing with my case (misleading me with the wrong info) then it was transferred to Rebecca Thorpe no one informed me about that at all!! Can Scott rees get any worse!! (2 different solicitors were giving me different information regarding the same case.

I ve made a formal complained but I feel like I m not gonna get anywhere with it!! All they do is referred you back to Legal Ombudsman (they re just as bad as Scot Rees & co) AVOID, AVOID , AVOID

Absolutely shocking firm I have sent them the same begining accident forms by email 7 times now (no joke). Even went to the medical they sent me to. Yet they still send me every week or so the same accident forms to submit by post and by email. We had another insurance company come around because we thought it was them (called us said they were loking into our claim!) they told us how terrible scott rees are dealing with us and it shouldn't happen! 5 months since the car accident!. They also told us we were entitled to 1000s! Scott rees havnt updated us in about 3/4 months! But we are signed into a contract and can't leave them. We are still attending phsyio. We email we call and they ignore us completely! Then they send the same FORMS again! Im losing my mind!

Although it took more than one year to settle my claim, Lee Givnan was excelling handling with my claim. I also want to thank Jason, he always provided sound advice, kept me up to date at every stage when requested. Efficient service with regular contact to keep me updated on proceedings etc. Thanks again Lee Givnan and his team.

Starting to get abit worried now with some of the ...

Starting to get abit worried now with some of the bad reviews posted.. hoping I've picked the right company for my personal injury claim some of the bad reviews do not add up as from the day I first rang them this company as been so professional,polite and told me everything I needed to know. It's only been 2 weeks but they've kept me updated and made me aware that it's not just a quick process which is understandable, they have told me what happens next as I was confused as didn't know what happens but they told me everything I needed to. Sent me documents that I needed within an hour of our first ever phone call and then I got an email after my claim got accepted by the managers in one week and they emailed me to say they will get process started and I will hear off them again within 2 weeks so all in all I think they've been excellent so far. It was lovely of them to keep me informed of time scales. And every time I've called I've had my questions answered. Hope this continues in the future. Very polite and professional team

Scott Rees have recently settled my claim. From initial call through to settlement the service delivered was first class. Contrary to some other opinions I've read, I found the communication to be excellent. I was kept up to date throughout the process and all actions were completed by when it was said they were going to be. Leanne Smith handled my claim and was always available at the end of the phone for my (many) questions.

Very happy with the service received off Scott Ree...

Very happy with the service received off Scott Rees & Co, Joseph Lee dealt with my issue and ensured me that everything would be sorted which is has, Joseph contacted me with any new information that was provided and made sure I knew all details about my case.
I am disgusted with the way Tesco reacted to what they had caused and how long it had took them to admit what damage they had done (14 months.)
5* for Ioseph Lee's work and I will be using again if needed.

Been 8yrs my boys claim still isn't done I av never heard of anyone else who waits so long for his claim ridiculous. They also do opposite to you arrange so be fully aware these arnt about there money a hell of a lot more that your money. Sorry 1/10

Scott Rees pay agencies such as the National Accident Helpline to promote them. DO NOT FALL FOR IT and go elsewhere before you regret it. It is the most unprofessional firm I have dealt with and has inexperienced solicitors who just care about the how much your claim is worth. They do NOT care about your injury or justice. Go to a firm who will actually fight for your case and communicate well with you instead of taking months to get back to you. I regret ever taking my case to them so do not make the same mistake.

contacted this company in September last year after a road traffic accident where it was obvious I was non-fault driver, even the police report agrees. Still have no result. Im assuming they're dragging it out as long as they can to take more commission from me. No response from the many emails I've sent.

Well where do i begin 1st of all i reported my accident over a year ago coming to nearly 2 years i recive no infomation about my claim but when i do its the same questions regarding medical notes from my hospital but it does state i attended A+E in my GP records. i have been told by 3rd party that my claim has been paid out and the company that did the falut admitted to it but yet i have waited nearly 2 years for anything still not seen a penny. This accident had gave me bad depperison ,, anexity and im even scared to go back working as im scared that it might happen again. BUT to this company all that cares is money i know you have been payed and i know roughly how much if nothing gets done within the next week i shall be ringing trading standards !!!!

I am very pleased with the work done by Scott Rees and Co Solicitors who represented me for my car crash and compensation claim. I was hit from the front while driving down a main road from a car coming from a side road (As a passenger) and even though the whole thing seemed scary at first Lee Givnan guided me through the whole process and kept me up-to-date throughout! I got the treatment I needed and the claim was settled soon after and I couldnt be happier! Thank you!

Jacqueline was my conveyancer and she was very understanding when I wanted to postpone due to the current climate. She was also very quick to get things started again when I decided to go ahead. The first solicitor I was allocated who has since left Scott Rees was virtually impossible to contact and gave me no progress reports at all for several months until Gemma Green took over my case. Gemma is so professional and will take time and trouble to speak to me and give me advice. Gemma returned any calls I made to her promptly. Unlike I am afraid to say the first solicitor I had. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from Scott Rees and would recommend them to family and friends

Horrendous. Started my claim 10 months ago for a minor car collision, it took so long to proces. 3 months ago I got given a medical appointment to attend, I couldn't attend as I work and there was only 1 day per week they have available. Because the venue was more than an hour away from where I live and It is impossible for me to get to the venue on a Saturday, Scott Rees and Co have completely washed their hands with me (without further notice to me). 10 months down the line I am still completely in the dark about what is going on with my claim. I advise getting a solicitor elsewhere!

A Brilliant Set of People - They Act In Your Best Interest

In December 2016 I was in a very bad road traffic accident in which I suffered amongst other medical issues - broken ribs, one of my lungs collapsed and the other bruised, memory loss due to a head collision I was also told I was in an induced coma state for over one week.

I decided not to go with the legal team my insurance company provided and decided to allow Scott Rees and Company to represent my interest in this matter - this is one of the best decision I have made in my life.
I will use one work to describe my experience with Scott Rees & Company - Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! Absolutely Brilliant. Apologies make that seven words.

From the onset I felt a level of comfort and confidence that my case was being handled by the right set of people. My first contact with Scott Rees & Company was with a young man Mr Chris Walker (I later learned that he is a partner at the company) - This young man and the team of persons he work with are absolutely brilliant.

Chris Walker - was a GOD Sent
Chris Walker took the time to explain the procedure of handling my case to me and what would happen next. Chris did not just treat me like a client his approach was humane and at all times with respect and dignity. He introduced me to his team who along with himself will be having direct contact with my case (Sam Walker, Naomi Conner and Gillian Yates).

This team organised my medical treatment, transport etc. as a matter of fact they organised everything. I was give frequent updates on how the case was progressing. These update was done through telephone, email or a letter and at time all three medium of communication were used to inform me. Chris Walker even responded to my queries on weekends or when he is on holidays.

The medical care I received through Chris Walker and his Team was first class. I did not have to do anything but get better. The medical care was done through a third party and managed by a case manager Kelly Rudd. Kelly Rudd was very meticulous and tenacious with my case and how she wrote my reports she was absolutely brilliant, she came to all my appointments and her encouragement during a difficult time thank you is not enough . A doctor with the critical care team mention to me that my healing progress was well in advance by a few months, because legal wise and medical treatment I did not have to worry myself about anything.

I will share some of the phenomenal achievements of my case done through Chris Walker; Sam Walker; Naomi Conner; Gillian Yates and Kelly Rudd:
I received 2307.69 percentage more in compensation than I was told I would have received (that was the reason I did not go with the legal team my insurance company proposed)
I was privilege to information I was told I would never see or get (that was the reason I did not go with the legal team my insurance company proposed)
I was making advance medical progress - though I am still not there 100%

One thing I would like to say to a fantastic team Thank You. Mr Chris Walker if I was wearing a hat I would tilt it to you sir Thank you.

Absolutely useless, avoid at all costs unless you like being messed about and chase people up for updates etc. They never reply to emails or answer the phone and you basically have to do the work for them then they will have the nerve to take 25% of any compensation your entitled too. Really wish I never went with them.

I have used scott and rees twice for my road traffic accidents and on both times they have helped quickly and efficiently. They stay in contact with you regularly so you know about the update of your case at all times. They are always available to speak whether it is via email or over the phone. Very friendly staff and I have recommended them to my family members also.

The person in charge of my case was Lesley Walker! A very helpful person and helped me thoroughly through my case! Sorted things quickly and effectively!

I recently had a personal injury claim dealt with by Scott Rees, my handler Lucy Ashbrook was very informative and available when ever I called. I did have a problem with the success fee which had not been mentioned to me at the start of my claim but this was dealt with quickly and effectively.

The response rate was incredibly poor - sometimes I would have to email my contact four times before getting a response. My case was passed onto someone else, which caused a huge delay and left me not knowing who to contact, or with a direct contact email. On two occasions, it took four weeks to action documents I submitted. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Couldn't recommend them enough... This was the first time I've had to use a solicitors, and what a great first impression they created for me. Laura Shaw who dealt with my case was brilliant, she definitely turned a stressful situation into a hassle-free one. Since my accident, almost 5 months ago, in which the other party have accepted full liability, nobody has called me , written to me, emailed me.
My emails asking for updates are never/ rarely answered. Telephone calls are always terminated automatically .
I understand that personal injury claims can take a long time to progress but I honestly believe that my case has not even been started. Hopefully this will now be rectified shortly.

Still got an ongoing claim over a year don't keep you updated at all! When you ask for an update make you feel as though you shouldn't or don't get a reply.. Say still waiting for offer and have deadlines to start court proceedings on more than one occasion.... Ask for an update after the said deadline to be told... We're still waiting for an offer from third party. So when is the actual deadline date as they are still waiting when they've given 2 deadline dates for offers.
