Since my accident, almost 5 months ago, in which the other party have accepted full liability, nobody has called me , written to me, emailed me.
My emails asking for updates are never/ rarely answered. Telephone calls are always terminated automatically .
I understand that personal injury claims can take a long time to progress but I honestly believe that my case has not even been started. Hopefully this will now be rectified shortly.
