The first solicitor I was allocated who has since left Scott Rees was virtually impossible to contact and gave me no progress reports at all for several months until Gemma Green took over my case. Gemma is so professional and will take time and trouble to speak to me and give me advice. Gemma returned any calls I made to her promptly. Unlike I am afraid to say the first solicitor I had. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from Scott Rees and would recommend them to family and friends
