Although the case was quite complicated but dedication & hard work of Mr. David Bannister make it possible. I am really happy with his behavior and professionalism.

Been processing a claim for over 20 months now, ive been put with someone who wont post me with updates, or keep me updated in any way shape or form, everytime i try and ring the phone always goes to voicemail. Not happy with how long weve had to wait and we still havent had any news about the whole process.

I had a non fault accident and got in contact with Scott Rees and Co. I was very nervous to start with as I've never had to make a claim and didn't know what to expect. Nicola Kenyon my solicitor was very helpful and confident that she could help with my personal injury claim. What looked initially like a very straightforward case turned into a nightmare as the police were unable to identify the other driver in my incident. Excellent company very helpful and great at what they do

RELUCTANTLY I was persuaded to join the "Get money for your Injury from an Accident" brigade. The only way to stem the endless tide of phone calls seemed to be "If you cant beat them, then join them!"
The advice given in the early stages was hardly convincing and my main concerns were brushed aside. The estimate of likely compensation was marginal at best. I had "lost" a treasured vehicle [as my fight with my insurers would confirm] but the psychological suffering was dismissed as irrelevant and worthless. However -- thanks to Mr Daniel King of Scott Rees & Co I was made aware that this aspect was highly relevant to the courts, making the process -- and the likely recompense -- more worthwhile. NOTHING can/will repair my feelings even after 3 years. That feeling returns every time I pass the spot where it happened. The professional assistance Mr King gave me has eased my worries, far more than he will realise. The financial settlement is appreciated but the sense of JUSTICE he gave me overrides it all.

I used Scott Rees and inparticular John Dry for an RTC and he has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish with a very awkward third party. It has been brought to a very satisfactory conclusion just 2 days before the Court Hearing...

I had a case that had a chance. This company did not bother. Instead they looked at it from the employers prospective. It took so long for this company to put energy in my case and the original person dealing with my case i never got to speak to. Its now been 3 years since my accident im still trying to recover with my body and am being refered back to physiotherapy yet again. Wasnt happy at all with this company. I first explained outline of my case, they then sent a guy out who didnt let me get a word in at all during signing the papers. I waited ages months before being transfered to a different person who looked at the case and details in the wrong light than i actually described from the begining. Why am i leaving this review now? Because i finally recently got online as a google guide and felt i had no help from this company.

This is my first ever claim so didn t know what to expect, when i first started my claim I thought it would be done quickly however this was not the case as there was a lot of things such as operations that i had to go through. As a lot of reviews on here i was not happy at the start, I didn t get enough information which led me to thinking that this was a joke, i think ive had 2/3 people deal with my case and did not feel they were keeping me informed or even responded to me at times. However, when my solicitor John Dry took over the case everything changed, he kept me updated with everything and answered my calls sent me emails he really went above and beyond and made me feel more comfortable with my claim. As it s been over 5 years we got a settlement that i am more than happy with and I would definitely recommend scott rees.
PS i learnt when taking out a claim you got to look at how complicated your claim will be and how many other claims they have to deal with sometimes it s a lot to keep on top of things so you might not get a response that quick.

I dont think this firm deserve any stars due to the terrible expercience my grandson as had with them .

The case dragged on for years withvery little corospondance from them My grandson emailed is caseworker name BEN stating he wanted to stop the claim his request was ignored.

2018 3 years after Ben informed my grandson the case would go to court
my grandson was annoyed with Ben.the solicitor had ignored is request he told Ben he felt Ben wanted it to go to court for for is own gain

Really wish I had never taken their cold call after my accident, but that's what I get for being 23 and in ,my first car crash. Should never have gone with them, they did not represent me well at all, I received way less money than I should have, and am left with a long term injury which they then tried to say was not from the crash, as they didn't seek appropriate medical treatment at the beginning and I waited over 3 years for an MRI scan for their evidence. Their fees are extortionate for the little representation they actually did, as well it taken 4 years to settle something which was blatantly a non fault claim. DO NOT USE THEM GO TO A SOLICITOR YOU CAN SEE IN PERSON

I had two claims with Scott Rees .First one I am happy with the way was dealt but second no therefore I will never use this company again.My claim handler wanted to finish the claims as soon as possible.He didn't put any effort to get higher compensation, he put pressure on me to agree very low compensation just to avoid more work.I wait 3 months for medical report which never arrived.I have asked my solicitor to push the doctor to send us report but he didn't care only when I made formal complaint he decided to instruct another doctor to prepare report.If I din;t complaint I would wait for the report next few month.This was wast of 3 months time.Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff,no response for emails and promised call backs.
Also takes months to get recommendation fees states on their website.
If any one looking for professional solicitor please avoid this company they will don't care about your claim.They wont fight for highest compensation for You .

by far the worste solicitor I have ever used they took 5 years for a simple compensation claim of whip lash to pay me out 400 pound..

This company is extremely terrible with professionalism and communication. I am trying to close a situation just because they are so bad. It is worst that I made a complaint and the compliance officer still hasn't contacted me after a month plus. Would never recommend. I also will be making my concerns know to the law society. Initially the progress of my claim dragged on for over a year with no progress. Then Luke Pilkington took over and I got compensation and full costs pretty quickly. The money was promised by the end of the month and is now in my account.

One of the worst solicitors in England. Me and my 3 family members had very very bad experience about these so called solicitors. They dont even know that how to handle a client related to any claim. Same bogus and ridiculous copy paste emails about if ask for any update r status of your claim. If you really want to waste your time then consider them on top of the list. M accident was on jan 1 and liability was admitted by other insurance but these solicitors kept my money on hold for about 10 months by telling me that liability is not admitted.
