I have been thoroughly impressed with Scott Rees and their quick resolution of my claim. I was particularly impressed by the patience and professionalism of Claire McDonnell who kept me updated throughout the procedure and was always on hand to answer my questions. Great work.

Stay away!

Stay away!
We were poached via social media by claims team a sub division of scott rees and co in May, i gathered all the info for them and then the gentleman ignored me until i called their head office in July. This gentlemen then called me up again as he had left the company to work for another firm and he slated scott rees and co to the ground and i know wish i had taken notice lf them.
Claim was not represented properly, i was ignored and interuppted on most calls, information was wrong, things were backwards and forwards all the time, i was lied too by my claims handler and a team manager. I have now cancelled the claim after a year and half. Gone through their complaints which basically i was just called a liar. So going through the ombudsman now and possibly small claims court as i refuse to pay the fees if the ETA insurance does not cover it. And i have asked for all the recorded calls twice to be sent to me but suprise this has not happened yet.

I had a bicycle accident and I put a personal accident claim in with Scott Rees & co they organised a very professional physiotherapist to deal with with my injuries sustained for the accident to get me back on my feet.they were also very efficient in getting me the best possible results for my claim if I had any questions or quires they were more than happy to help me and inform me at what stage we were at with my claim in my own personal opinion it was a quick reliable service I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy company to deal with and deliver a great service thank you to all the team who dealt with my claim you were fantastic in your job and would definitely recommend and use your services in the future if I need it touch wood I won t be getting injured on my bike in future

If I could give no, Stars I would. Basically, they will cost you a fortune, but not tell you this until the end of the claim. Steer Clear !!! Most Solicitors will do this kind of work for nothing, claiming all the costs from the third party responsible. This company will charge you the maximum they can, and you will not find out until it is too late to change.

AVOID AVOID AVOID...One of the worst accident injury soliticors in UK. They passed my file to 21 file handlers and each time each of them asked me for the same info, i got tired of sending them the same info 21 times, they made me do more work than they ever did, then finaly there final stage guy named Adam who is very annoying, never answers phone calls, never replies to emails, always questions too much, always on holiday. This was my longest few years of my injury claim. This scottsrees gave me more stress than the actual third party. Please people do not fall for all the good ratings here, these good ratings must have been done by themselves. Go for single file handler in any soliticors firm and you save time and energy....

Can not fault this company at all specially ben gill who was dealing with my case everything was straight forward he was always on top of replies calls etc overall recieved a great service from the company highly recommend them thanks for everything

My insurers were Admiral and they were supposed to...

My insurers were Admiral and they were supposed to process my no-fault claim due to an accident on 03 November 2017 when a van hit my car at the back. I had legal cover with Admiral and my claim was supposed to be dealt with by Admiral Law (allegedly an independent company with the same logo as Admiral Insurance) which claimed to be Admiral's "preferred solicitors" but they were useless. I am not even sure whether Admiral law is really a firm of solicitors. Admiral was awful on every count, from arranging to obtain an engineer's survey for the damage to my car to sending me to some dodgy 'expert' for my physiotherapy for my whiplash injury WITHOUT a doctor's report.

I complained to Admiral and dismissed:
1.Their preferred preferred Repair and Hire Firm AUXILLIS.
2. Auxillis preferred repair firm GBTS COACHWORK LTD in Enfield
3. Their preferred 'solicitors' ADMIRAL LAW.
4. Admiral Law's preferred physiotherapist, so-called Vasileios Papangelopoulos from THE INTEGRATED CARE CLINICS (TICCS).

I also complained to Admiral Insurance & the DVLA after Ms Tanaya from Admiral put me in a conference call to Mr Gordon at the DVLA to confirm my identity details on my driving licence when, in truth, Ms Tanaya wanted to know if I had any points and conviction on my licence. Mr Gordon volunteered information to Ms Tanaya that I had a clean licence when this was not the purpose of the call. I complained to the DVLA also and the matter was referred to Mr Gordon's Manager and the procedures tightened to prevent such abuse by Admiral.

Being dissatisfied with ADMIRAL INSURANCE, I was put in contact with Mr Amjad Pervez of Crystal Car Hire, who recommended Scott Rees & Co to deal with my no fault claim. I informed Admiral that I had appointed my own solicitors. This was the best thing I ever did.

My contact at Scott Rees & Co was Ms RACHEL MURRAY. She dealt with my claim methodically with attention to detail. She kept me informed at every step. Because she was not receiving any joy form the party at fault, she had to issue proceedings. She explained the procedure to me clearly. After proceedings were issued and court papers served, she informed me that the insurers of the party at fault had made an offer. Rachel Murray called me and explained to me every detail again. I accepted the offer and the other side's insurers have now sent the cheque.

I am very pleased with their services would highly recommend SCOTT REES & CO.

I am just at the start of my claim but Gareth Griffin has been great, spending a long time on the phone with me ensuring I understand all the legal jargon, being very patient when I have queried numerous points and helping me to fully understand the full terms of business. Scott & rees solicitor firm is an absolute nightmare
they are very incompetent! they've took so long for my small claim which was so simple claim most solicitors are trainee working for the firm and they are very rude and arrogant! I will never recommend anyone they will bump! People for money that's one thing for sure they are known for conman!

My case got moved from agent to agent as I complained no one was dealing with my case and returning any of my calls or emails. I rang up and complained but then I still had my next 3 emails ignored. So I rang up again to see where my claim was at and also complained that there had been no response to my emails again, to which I was then told I've taken your call now haven't I ? By far the worst company / solicitors I have ever worked with. I have reported this back to my insurance company as well. Steer well clear if you get a choice.

Communication is AWFUL!!!! I have had my case passed to three different people (without being told). Trying to communicate with Steven Campbell has been like getting blood from a stone. When I ve spoken to him on the phone he is rude. April 29th I was told I would receive my compensation in 7 business days. It is now July 17th and I still HAVEN T received my compensation. I have sent numerous emails (none have been returned). I am now contacting ANOTHER attorney to sue Scott Rees & Co for my compensation owed to me.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic company. Will bend over backwards to make sure you get the best outcome as possible! Would highly recommend anyone to use these services. I had an accident back in february this year and by this month its all done and cheque in the post. Really could not praise them enough. Every solicitor is happy, friendly and helpful!!!
I would especially like to praise my solicitor Carly Morris who was very professional and always got back to me as soon as possible.

I ve had a Traffic Accident Case ongoing for a Year and a half and I must admit, I was unsure whether it was going to be successful or not throughout the duration. That was until Victoria Spark took over my Case and gave it her absolute best efforts to ensure my Case was successful. As my Collision took place nearly 3 Years ago, there were difficulties in my Case, but Victoria worked her hardest and found ways to overcome these difficulties. Victoria ensured that every step of the Case was explained to me whether it be via Phone Call or E-mail (which was very helpful due to me working away, so I was not always available for Phone Calls). I was actually summoned to Court with a given date, but with another effort from Victoria obtaining a Letter from my Employer, the other Party agreed to pay the Settlement Fee in full. This was an amazing result to what felt like a long process, but overall very worthwhile. I would like to thank Scott Rees & Co for their help, but especially Victoria Spark for her constant hard work, dedication to the Case, support throughout the Case and giving me any advice/guidance I needed throughout.

My personal experience with this company is very poor and 1 star is generous as personally I would of rated 0. There is a serious lack of communication for example numberous messages asking for information from one of the claims handlers whilst I was away with limited access to emails, phone etc. I made the handler aware that I was away during this time before I left. Also a previous handler kept giving information that was incorrect or he was lying in order to make it sound like he was progressing my claim. There is many more issues I have had with this company my advice is stay clear.

I would highly commend and recommend Scott Rees & Co for their high professionalism and frantic efforts in ensuring that my daughter got the compensation she deserve when she was involved in a car accident more than three years ago. My case has been going on since the beginning of F...

My case has been going on since the beginning of February and hardly got any closer, I ve filed a complaint with the company but surprise surprise I ve not received a reply so my next step is to call the ombudsman and change companies, they are a joke, they lie, I m waiting resiculous amounts of time for a reply, their phone system re directs me to about 5 different people, I m always emailing asking for updates and it has just been the longest and stressful experience. The whole point of a claim is for loss of earnings, I m currently un able to work from my accident and scraping by, I thought this would be well over by now. My partner went through with them also, he signed an agreement saying they take 20%, they took nearly 45%. I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy, stay well away.
