I wish to thank Travis Wilson for going that extra distance in securing a loan so that I could purchase the Corolla. It is really a very good and economical vehicle. It is my second Toyota. I drove my first Toyota Camry for sixteen years without any problems. I am confident that this one will give me the same service. Thank you again.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for my 2015 Highlander at 4:15 & called to say I would be 10-min late. Checked in at 4:25 with Mohamed & was told it will be less than 2-hours. At 6:45pm Mohamed said nothing has been done to my vehicle & would I like a loaner car & pickup my Highlander tomorrow. i said no I would like my vehicle & decide if I m coming back again. They offer me a free oils change & assured it would be high priority service less than an hour when I come back. So I came back at 10:20 the next day & at 12:30 the service tech Fitz comes out to say they ve done nothing yet would I like to go for a test drive to listen for a noise I said I heard in the frontend when I checked in. An hour later at 1:30 my car was ready and the oil change was done no charge for the 2-day 3-1/2 hour delay ! I ll never go back again the worst customer service ever !

She is an absolute gem and Scott Clark is lucky to have her !! Our family (total of 4 Toyotas) I will be loyal Scott Clark patrons so long as she and her service team are servicing our vehicles.

My biggest complaint is I usually wait about 10 minutes or more once I enter service department before an advisor approaches me even if they're not busy... I roll down my Windows and get outside my vehicle to make sure they see me . Previous time I complain I was told maybe they don't see me because of tinted windows!!!

I went to Scott Clark, we worked with Larry... I have to honestly say the next car and our kids cars will come from this dealership. I was waiting to do a survey but I seriously feel like everyone needs to know how great we were treated before, during, and afterwards. I have to say that I ve never been to a dealership where you are helped so much and where everyone is so great with the kids! They also have a kids area for them to play and my kids loved that place... my daughter asks to go there just so she can play. I really appreciate Larry for helping us find a car but also Phillip in finance and sweet little Abbie who helped me set everything up and ran through everything in the car with me. Hands down I felt like I could give this place 100

First time car buyer, Mike Delanty was my salesper...

First time car buyer, Mike Delanty was my salesperson, he did a good job at trying to get the price that was reasonable and negotiable. It went back and forth for 1 to 2 hrs and his manager Mike, both their name are Mike, came in to help negotiate the price and apr. Finally, we agreed upon the price and apr but I think I could have got a better price and apr that I have now. Overall, its not too bad with the price and apr its affordable. I say it was a good first time car buyer negotiating price battle experience!

The finance manager, Matthew Floyd, was a awesome person. He helped us with our paperwork and made everything clear with what steps to take upon how to affordably pay for the car.

The person that detail my car helped navigated me through the infotainment and helped me with question I needed to know about the car before I drove the car off home.

Overall, experiences I recommend this place if you are looking to buy a new or used car. Just make sure you research before hand about the specific car's price, apr, deals, and etc.

We initially met with Rex Hastings who was very personable and helpful, getting details on what we were looking for. We found the vehicle onsite that suited our needs and then George Smith went over the pricing. We came to an agreement and signed the paperwork. Next, we met with Ben Garner, who finalized the paperwork. Although it did take some time, we were able to leave with our new vehicle!
It is quite an operation! And everyone is very friendly.

Just moved from Pennsylvania. Been buying Toyotas forever. Had to go to Scott Clark for a service issue. Their service was incredible. Mark, the service person who worked with me was fabulous. Overall experience was more then I could ask for. Very friendly staff all around. Helps make our move to the Carolinas much easier when you get service like this. Thanks Again.

Everything was great until it was time to go. After my service was complete, I paid, and was directed to wait outside where my car will be pulled up. I walked outside and waited for about 5 mins while looking at my car that was parked across the street. I went inside the service area and asked if I could just have my keys and was told that someone would be right out. After waiting for another 10-12 minutes, the key lady finally came out and drove my car around. I was not the only one that was concerned about the long wait time. Once service and complete and paid for, your car should be ready to go as well.

Well I ll start by saying I bought a car here, not because of the service or anything other than it was a good price, the people that handled my sale weren t very personable or friendly, was told a couple times I would get a call back about the car because I had some questions about it, never got a call, was also told that car would be put in the garage so they wouldn t sell it while I traveled all the way there, I get there and the car is on the lot, the man helping me was busy with another customer which was fine and understandable but he could ve got the credit sheet for my co signer to fill out while we were waiting on him, we already had Pre approval from a bank of my choice but they still ran credit through multiple other banks like Wells Fargo, sun trust, Toyota financial etc. which I m not sure if that s something that s required or not was just annoying to have all those credit inquiries when I had a bank chosen... get the car back to Raleigh and noticed that the interior was not very clean, especially the windows on the inside of the car, I had to replace the wiper blades ASAP because the ones on the car were in horrible condition, I was told all the service was up to date on the car and it wouldn t need an oil change for 10k miles, the sticker in the car says the next service was due at 23k miles and the car only has 19k on it, another issue is an idle problem with the transmission, simple fix at any Toyota dealership that I m stuck with fixing myself..... I would not recommend you buying a car from Scott Clark! Buyer beware they are only out to make a quick buck off of people and clearly don t care about customer service. Thanks for the car but I see in the end why the price was so good.

This dealership is top notch, first class. I had an unfortunate situation occur previously. General Manager, Jimmy Cline worked with me as he promised he would do, and got me in a great car and a lot better situation. Le Tran was AWESOME as a salesman, and really took the time to understand our needs and help us find the right fit. They really took an unfortunate situation that I was feeling really pessimistic about, and did all they could for me. I left feeling very positive, and was grateful for the way this team handled everything. If they tell you that they will do something for you, they will do it. Great guys. Ask for Le Tran.

I recently bought a 2014 Highlander from Scott Clark Toyota. I worked with Ray Mehringer to understand my options and test drive the car. Ray was easy going, low pressure, and very helpful in the process. He was also kind enough to move our alma mater's sticker from the car we were trading in, to our new car! It was a nice surprise when we walked out of financing.

Once we made the decision to purchase, we wanted DVD players added to the car. George Smith took over and made the process effortless in the service department. George was very responsive in terms of scheduling and then the work was done quickly while we waited.

It has been a great end to end car buying experience!

The parts department leaves a lot to desire: will not answer calls 7/10 of the time; give false expectations in terms of delivery times; are quick to retort to the customer that there are no orders in their system (because lazy or unwilling to verify), only to go digging in their stock to find orders sitting there; are unfazed by customers WAITING.

Had a great experience at Scott Clark Toyota when I purchased a used 2020 Camry SE at the end of December. I was not planning to purchase a vehicle but unfortunately hit a deer 3 days before Christmas and totaled my car. Rashid Gregory was an extremely pleasant salesperson and Mike Miller is a phenomenal Internet Sales Manager. I worked with Corey Riggle in Finance who was able to beat the low rate from my credit union and Mallory McDaniel made sure I knew how to work all the technology in the car before I left the lot. I was able to get a used vehicle with very low miles, plenty of warranty, and at a cost that was reasonable. Very happy with my purchase.

Update: We were finally able to get a response to our situation and were able to work things out in our favor. The time it took for the matter to be resolved was a little longer than anyone would like, but at least it's been handled. Thank you to Leo Rojas at this location, as he is the one that has provided us with excellent service this whole time. If you go to this location look for Leo! He's awesome!

If I could leave no stars I would. My husband and I recently purchase a "certified used car" from their location and have had nothing but issues from the start. Incorrect paperwork, incomplete and less than satisfactory service repairs, miscommunications on payment arrangements, and still no response from anyone on the emails that we've sent to numerous people regarding our account. Will not refer anyone to this location.

My appointment was scheduled on Saturday morning and I reached there on time. Chase Petty (one of the employee) welcomed me and I explained him why I was there. Anthony Marciano is my service adviser. He has been wonderfully helpful both times I've seen him. I recently moved from Los Angeles to Charlotte. Prior to my move, I bought a new 2015 Sienna. It's the first new car I've ever had and is my "baby." When a "service is needed soon" message appeared in the display, I chose to go to Scott Clark on the advice of a friend. Anthony was the first person I met. He was honest and forthright in telling me the displayed message was a courtesy only, and that I could wait until the Sienna had 5000 miles or close to it before bringing it in for first service under warranty. Yesterday I brought the vehicle in and Anthony took very good care of me again.

I also want to give an honorable mention to George Smith. Mine is a Sienna LE, so it doesn't have the nav app installed. I wanted to know (1) if it could be installed in an LE, and (2) how much it would cost. George quickly and pleasantly obtained the information for me. I plan to have the nav app installed as soon as possible once I'm fully settled in Charlotte.

Superior car buying experience.

I was in the market for a Toyota 4Runner and found Scott Clark had one at a very fair price. When I went for a test drive, I was greeted by Harold Cruz who was a fantastic resource to learn more about the vehicle. He and a team of folks provided excellent service which was the main reason I decided to buy the vehicle. Harold was responsive, listened and wasn't pushy during the entire car buying experience. I couldn't me happier with the way the day went and the end result....a new vehicle!

Dealt with Clark. Told him what I was working with, brought right to the right car.
Car buying can be stressful, used car buying can be more so. Nope, not today. In. Out. Drove away.

The service department here sucks. I have taken my...

The service department here sucks. I have taken my car here multiple times and they never seem to get the problem 100% fixed. I tried to get the airbag recall fixed a while back and they did not have one of the parts. We got it half fixed along with other maintenance that it needed. The airbag light was left on and blinking. When I asked about it, they said it had to do with the recall and would go off when we got the rest of it fixed. We took my car in today to get the airbag recall fixed (after specially ordering the part we needed). They fixed the recall and called me to have it picked up. When I turned my car on to leave, the airbag light was still on. I went back in to ask about it and after waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone, I was told that the airbag light is the result of additional problems not related to the airbag recall. I don't know why this was not brought up BEFORE I came to get my car. Did it not occur to them that I might want my airbag fully functioning? Their excuse to not fixing it was that I told them that I only wanted the recall fixed. This is true however, after telling me the airbag light was on because of the recall and then seeing it still on after the repair they should have called me to ask if I wanted the additional repair. They could not even tell me what was wrong with my airbag. I now have to take time out of my busy schedule to go back next week because I did not have time to sit around for the "few hours" that it would take to find and fix the problem. This is just one of many bad experiences my family and I have had with the Scott Clark Toyota service department. (We own 3 Toyotas)

1.When I was looking for a vehicle, the salesman told me anything I wanted to hear about the vehicle, but when asked to show me documentation he couldn't. Caught him in a specific inaccuracy which made me question everything he said, and I ended up being right. Typical salesman. Back it up Scott Clark!
2. Regardless of misinformation, I knew enough externally to get the vehicle I was looking for and purchased it. Their service is incompetent. I am glad I decided to lease, because I have made multiple trips for the same situation and my most recent trip had several lights burned out, and they did a "full safety inspection" and sent me on my way. Not all lights were repaired. What else did they miss in their "full inspection".
3. Purchasing from them I now receive constant email promotions & phone calls to a work number I have repetitively told them not to call. Even called on my birthday to "wish me a happy birthday" and "oh yeah, looking for a new car yet?"!? Your a dealership and not my friend. Are people blind to the bait and switch? Even now when I am ready to get a new car they constantly badger me to "come in" and we will do what is necessary. I am looking for a specific model and the salesman latterly says, "I don't have that model, but I have X" "come in" and ill set you up. (on a car im not looking for.) Bait and switch.
4. Tired of all the above run around I ask for a manager and surprise, he is one! Ok, let me talk to your manager. Hello, I'm a manager, can you come in as see this car so I can "get you in it"! (Did they listen to anything I said?) Can I talk to your manager? "Oh he is not available right now." What can I do for you.

WORST stereotypical example of a used car salesman... Hate doing business and every time I need service and dread the promotions email spam and constant badgering of sales trying to "get me in" a car im not looking for.

The salesman that worked with me his name is Jeffrey he is the best salesman I ever spoke to. He helped me get the best car that fits me and that was in my budget. He was not pushy at all. He even dropped the price on a brand new 2019 Toyota Corolla SE. Thank you Scott Clark Toyota for making a bad week turn for the better. I recommend them to anyone!

He walked me through every detail and even contacted me post purchase to ensure my wife and I were happy with our purchase experience and with our new car. We recently got a Tundra from Scott Clark Toyota. Mike was our salesman. We came in without an appointment and although he was was very busy, he and Rashid went out of their way to assist us. Jimmy, the manager, was also fantastic when it came to negotiating a price on the truck we wanted. We let them know we were in a time crunch and had to be out of there ASAP. I have never purchased a car so fast in my life. Jenny in finance got our paper work done in about 3 minutes. The truck was waiting for us outside already detailed and ready to go. Our stuff was easily moved into the new vehicle and off we were! They also worked with us on our trade in vehicle and gave us what we wanted for it. Car buying can be a stressful experience no matter where you go. This was the smoothest transaction we have ever experienced when it came to getting a new vehicle. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever, unprofessional, dishonest and unorganized. I would like to warn everyone to steer clear of this place. This dealership is the kind that gives car salesmen a bad wrap. I am a business woman and negotiate daily but have never seen the sleezy, primal tactics used by the folks here....mainly Paul the Finance Manager. I am shocked this man has a job with as unethical as he operates. Scott Clark Toyota is horrible, filled with snakes.....BEWARE!!!!!

I replied that I was familiar with the car and I needed a price. I didn't care to drive 75 miles each way to get it. Long story short, never got the price, and I told Ms. Lunn to forget it.

I would 100% recommend getting Christopher as your sales man. He helped me out a lot and I m very thankful for that. One of the managers were rude and not patient and thats not good for a company this big. Be more respectful towards teens who want to purchase a vehicle there and are serious about it. But other then that I had a good experience b/c of Chris who helped me out. patience is key when trying to sell a car folks . And stop trying to sell us the customers old cars that do not even cost that much amount of money. U guys be asking for way too much. U want an honest opinion then there u have it your welcome *no offense* just do better!

i ve taken my truck in a couple times. they always over book service appointments. what you think might be a 30 minute service appt turns into 2 hours because you ll be waiting in line to pull into the service bay for 45 minutes (literally). the first time i took my truck in, after 30 minutes past the time they said my truck would be done, i finally went out to the garage to see what the delay was, and my truck was done and nobody had told me! the reason is probably because there were 40 or 50 others waiting in the waiting area. other than that, the actual operation is professional.

The car was well prepped, very clean. The price was reasonable, given the excellent condition of the vehicle and the added warranty.

Shawn Butler is an excellent advisor. My mother was heading up north for a trip in the morning and her rear brake lines had rusted through leaving brake fluid everywhere with no brakes at all. Luckily, Shawn and his crew were able to order the parts necessary and get her back on the road the following day. Shawn is very caring and showed us that he really cares for the customer. They even went the extra mile to pick up my mother when the car was ready. Thanks again.

Everything was great! There was exceptional service overall and Chris O'Mahony made sure everything would be fixed. He explained everything to me on exactly what needs to be service on my vehicle and assured me that everything will be fine.
