I just purchased a new Prius V from Daniel Decicco and was very pleased with the experience that I had. Daniel was professional, understanding of my needs, very information and gave me excellent customer service. I have been a loyal customers of Toyota since 1968, long before Daniel's years with Toyota and we have purchased in many states but our experience with Daniel has been the best. Glad you have him on your staff. Daniel and Toyota are definitely 5 star with the Trombley household. Thank you for everything. Very pleased!

Justin Bustle is by far the best person to deal with when you are in need of service. He keeps you informed of the progress during your visit and gives you a full detail report at the end of the visit. I will not ever make a service appointment unless it is through Justin Bustle!
About three weeks ago, I purchased a Raven Black FR-S from the very enthusiastic Rob Van Alstyne at the enormous Scott Clark's Toyota City, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The man moved heaven and earth to get me the options I wanted (black, six speed, base trim), and he actually managed to get me the first manual off the lot.
Not only was Rob incredibly helpful in getting me the car I wanted at a price I could afford, he also took the time to teach me to drive it... before I even signed the paperwork. I fully admit that I had very little experience driving a manual transmission before purchasing the car, so major props to him for white-knuckling in the passenger seat as I figured it out.
The buying experience as a whole was totally painless, nothing like the horror stories you hear when you tell people you're buying a new car. Everyone I met at the dealership was perfectly friendly and willing to answer any question I had, and several people even took the time out of their day to sit down and chat with me about my new car.
Rob's exceptional customer service didn't stop when I signed the paperwork and drove it off the lot, either. He's followed up with me on a regular basis, ensuring that I am still happy with the car and everything is going well. He even got me some free swag!
I love the car, love love LOVE IT, and I wholeheartedly recommend everyone go buy a car from Rob Van Alstyne at Scott Clark's Toyota City. I know I'll be going back.
2nd time I cam e for routine maintenance, andafter specifically requesting the air get checked in my tires.I get my car back with the air still low. Last time I had already left and had to go to Costco to get air. This time I checked before I left and my service advisor Leaha. I think her name was, drove my car back and ensured the air was adjusted. She was great during the whole process. Here is the issue: How do I know ANYTHInG was done to my car for 63 dollars? Did they really rotate my tires? Or do a multipoint inspection? Or did my car just sit there for 45 minutes, ?
Despite making an appointment well in advance the service department failed to order the replacement part. It was not until an hour after I arrived that I was advised that there was a problem. This was supposed to be a 2 hour job so I was waiting and since my vehicle was torn apart I had to have a rental car and come back the next day. Two trips instead of one short one. Very poor planning and execution and not once did I see a manager to take responsibility. It all rested on the service specialist. The manager should have shown up and apologized for the inconvenience and offering a gift card to a local restaurant. Instead the service specialist received my discontent and it was me that was inconvenienced.
Bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado from Scott Clark,,nice looking and clean. My mistake:: did not notice that the warrenty sticker on the window stated no warrenty. Two days later it rained and low and behold the floor of the truck had water standing in it. Contacted Scott Clark and was told to come in and they would give me another good deal on another truck. they would not even attempt to look for the leak. Living in Wilmington I found a body shop that told me that the truck had been wrecked and not repaired correctly. My big mistake.. I just knew Scott Clark would have the leak repaired because they knew the truck leaked
good dealership. have been long term customers. the only reason not a five is it seems some of the service costs are high but that s fairly common at dealerships. at my last visit i was quoted $100 each for a couple fixes that i had done for $10 each. but still a good dealership. i will use them every time i m in the market for a toyota.
We recently bought a new Toyota Camry from Scott Clark Toyota. This car is the third Camry we have purched from Scott Clark Toyota over the past twenty years. Travis Wilson had been recommended to us, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience of working with him to get what we wanted. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient throughout our selection and purchase process. We would highly recommend him as the best salesman to see at Scott Clark Toyota. - Robert and Ann Stigall
Awesome experience doing a deal here with Bobby Hood on an Acura RDX. This dealership has great cars, people, and process. It was a friendly, efficient experience -- not high pressure at all. Give them a try.
We always have a pleasant experience at Scott Clarks Toyota. Our service writer, Archie Newton is very professional and pleasant to work with. He is very informative about our vehicles, and always works hard to provide the best service available. He works to the minute with scheduling and advising us how long to expect for our wait. Always advises us of the servicing that is needed, but leaves the decision up to us. We have worked with Archie Newton for many years and could not ask for a better service writer. Archie Newton is the best!
Good service. In and out as promised. Notified of a recall I didn t know about. Offered to have it done at this visit. I said I would make it next week. Good Service writer , Ashley.
Great experiences at Scott Clark Toyota. 3rd car bought from Travis Wilson who is phenomenal. We had to order this car due to the pandemic and the halt of manufacturing causing limited supply of cars. Travis followed up with a couple calls and more texts giving me updates about our car as it was being built. I just received my second phone call post purchase just asking me and my wife how we liked the car. This is how sales should be done before, during and after the sale. He was always available! Always returned calls and proactively called me with updates and post sale. As a whole, Scott Clark is an amazing facility that always does the right thing by me. Owning a car is expensive and it s nice when Archie Newton and Billy Carrol make sure to find deals where available in the service department and take care of things where necessary. Won t buy a car from anywhere else.
I understand that Black Friday caused the service area to become extremely busy, but I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated at 10 AM. They said it would take around 70 minutes for the service to be done. I did not end up getting my car returned until 3:15 PM. No one bothered to call and let me know that my service would be taking longer than expected. I called them back and they said my car would be done at 2:30. Like I said before, I didn t get my car back until 3:15. Horrible service.
I have been to this dealership twice for an oil change. Both times we had appointments. Our car was forgotten about which resulted in a 3 hour long wait BOTH TIMES. Don't come here for any type of service or maintenance unless you plan on spending your entire day here. They're unapologetic and do not care for your business. Even if its covered by warranty it's not worth the stress and lack of customer service.
My service tech, Mark was awesome! Thank you so much for all your help. Gary, the driver was also so nice and accommodating. I didn t get the young girl (brunette) name who initially helped me, but she was also so helpful, understanding, and accommodating. I was very impressed and will definitely come back.
Took my car in for auto butler cleaning. Timing was quicker than even expected and I had a loaner car during the service. Great job other than breaking a spring on gas door. They made it right the following day with no charge. My service tech Daniel did a great job of taking care of my vehicle.
They're supposed to top off all fluids at every service according to my FMMP warranty. Apparently they didn't and now my wife is on a trip during an ice storm with a salt covered windshield and no washer fluid. We have never even used the washer before so whats up Scott Clark Toyota? She doesn"t even know how to open the hood . Bad and dangerous situation. UPDATE! I was wrong. Upon inspection the fluid was apparently frozen because it worked yesterday when it was warmer but did not work this morning again. Added some isoprople alcohol and hope that fixes it. I never had this problem in northern Maine so I suggest you use a better washer fluid that won't freeze at 10 deg F. I hope nothing got cracked. 2013 Rav4.
I have worked with Rashid Gregory and bought 2 cars from him and his manager Mike Miller and they are both AMAZING!!!! I have sent several people to them and they have been nothing but SATISFIED!!!! This is truly a no pressure atmosphere
I have been having my car serviced for many years at Scott Clark Toyota. I will say that this is the first time I have had the pleasure of working with Neil Degraff. He was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like he was telling me the truth about what I needed done and didn't pressure me to do things that I wasn't sure I needed or not.
He is someone I will ask for personally the next time I need my car serviced.
First of all, I bought a new Toyota FRS and love this car! I had a list of cars I wanted to test drive and fell in love with the FRS. I get tons of compliments on it. Michael Mills was my sales guy and was very knowledgeable if I had any questions. My only hang up at the time was I had to have a particular color that was not in stock. Michael talked to his boss and they brought in an asphalt one for me. They also made sure it was as good as the white one on the showroom floor. It actually had a couple more features. Yeah! I have never bought a new car before, but everything was handled so professionally. These guys are really nice and listen to what you need. And free car washes!
Don't like that the service advisors are on commission. Also sales staff does know how to pick up the phone after the sales is made and someone has a question about something that was promised
My recommendation is to see Dennis Lee. Never pushy, not aggressive, and always with a great attitude. Bought a 4Runner for the wife at a great price and I ll be back in a few years for a truck for myself.
Cam was excellent to work with! He was patient and worked hard to get us the best deal. I would recommend you ask for him if you go there and tell him Terry Anderson sent you! We got the best deal with in an hour and 1/2 radius! I love my new Rave4! George Hatzel was great to find us a great rate for financing! Garrett in accessories was great to find what we needed and no high pressure to get what we didn't need. I suggest you try Scott Clark before any other dealership!
I have been using Scott Clark Toyota for more than 20 years. We have purchased two vehicles from them. They have always treated us with respect. I enjoy knowing that when my teenage daughter takes the car in for service, I can trust all the technician to treat her with the same respect..we also use their rental service for vacation and long tips. We enjoy renting a nice quality car that has satellite radio..the rental staff and service technician are all top notch.
Went in for enhanced warranty oil consumption test. The service advisor was helpful and informative, and it was good to know I might be able to have this fixed, even though it is a long time out of warranty. This "fix" was accepted by Toyota, and I received pistons and rings at no charge for parts or labor
Good experience. Went smoothly. I appreciated the advice on what needed to be done now and what could wait. Also appreciated the estimates on what needs to be done in the future, it helps me plan.
Firstly I want to say thank you for the whole experience buying my first hybrid car. Dealer look awesome, clean and huge. Front desk are friendly and kind. Customer service is 5 stars. Lee Tran and Cameron did a awesome job, I felt like VIP because they were checking on me constantly during the process. Thanks to Cam to called to set and appointment and be super friendly and a great energy. Lee Tran has a great knowledge about cars he changed my mind in a good way. Excellent salesperson, he listened my needs and was patient. Leudy walked me through all the paper work and explained me a lot details that I didn't know about it. You how hard is understand all the paper work, He was patient and friendly. Staci showed me the most important features at the Corolla hybrid. Was kind and sweet. Manager on duty went to congratulate me for my new car, that was super nice of him. Team Work that is waht I call a Team work with a high customer service. That makes the difference from others autodealers. After 2 days they called me to check how was everything with the car. Excellent follow up Thank you Team Scott Clark Toyota
It was excellent from the time I spoke to Archie Newton to the paying of my charges. Archie also assisted in getting a recall maintenance competed with the adjustable steering handle. He explained possible additional work needed and asked if I wanted to schedule it.
Tasha in the Toyota Rental Center was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was well taken care of. I truly appreciated that.
I began my search on Craigslist and ended up meeting D.J.Durst at Scott Clark Toyota. D.J. was probably the most helpful and understanding of all sales people that I had delt with on this journey to purchase a car. D.J.went over and beyond to make my purchase as smooth as possible.I rode my bike in and he made arangements for me to leave it there for a day or two until I was able to pick it up.When it comes time to purchase another auto Scott Clark Toyota and D.J. Durst will be my first and final stop. Outstanding could not be happier Robert K. Perkins
Jimmy Nguyen was the best salesman ever!!! Steve the finance manager was wonderful!!! Thank you making our experience at Scott Clark a memorable one!! We ll definitely be back!
I bought a used car from them. Overall I had a good experience. My only complain is that everything takes too long at this dealer. They are dealing with a lot of people at the same time and it becomes a slow process (do not know if it's, maybe, part of their selling tactics). I spent 3-4 hours there waiting for keys, waiting for sales people, waiting for paperwork.
Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I dropped off my van for a service on Friday. Used the drop box to give them the keys for a scheduled service. When I didn t receive a call telling me that my van was ready, I called them. They told me the service department was closed and unless I knew the name of whomever they assigned my van to they couldn t even tell me if it was done. Now they say I can t pick up my van until Monday meaning they are keeping my van for the whole weekend and causing me to miss time at work for their convenience. Worst experience I have ever had. I am getting charged full price for terrible treatment, but hey, they offered me a ride to the dealership on Monday when I have other things I need to do other than deal with them.
William Carroll provides excellent Customer Service every time I bring my car in for service. William explains in detail any problems with my car, and doesn't push me to repair a problem, unless it absolutely has to be repaired. For the last 4.5 years, William has been my contact at Scott Clark Toyota, and i'm looking forward to working with him in the future. Also, the service department has service my Camry very well. When I leave Scott Clark, i don't return until my next service is scheduled. Juron Dicks
I had a poor experience with the GM of the store as I was buying a new car. The owner has reached out sincerely wanting apologize and make things right. Service at this dealership has always been great. For me, the attitude of the GM has made me take my business elsewhere..
My wife Katya and I came to diagnose our Toyota Sienna 2007. We received amazing service from Casey Hollis, who talked us through all the technical issues and made it clear what it would take to fix our old vehicle. They would not even charge us for diagnostics it took over 2 hours.
Out of curiosity, we agreed to be referred to their exchange specialist, Nathan Gibson. Nathan's professionalism, willingness to work with our budget, and guidance through the whole process helped us exchange our old Toyota for the vehicle of my dreams, and help me bring my wife on board as well.
At the end of the day, it was certainly a sales experience. But I very much enjoyed it.
I've been bringing my Toyota here since the day I bought it from Scott Clark's! I absolutely LOVE working with Archie in the service department! He's wonderful to work with and completely transparent! I really appreciate his help with all of my car needs! 10/10 recommend working with Archie!
Took forever. But in the end I feel we got the car we wanted. The service was decent. The states preoccupied with other things leaving us to sit there half the time. Other than that it wasnt a horrible time.
Travis Wilson has made my car buying experience the most enjoyable to date. The level of customer service I received was well above outstanding and I would highly recommend Travis and this particular dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Travis was extremely professional, friendly, caring, and completely understood what I wanted and not once tried to push or talk me into something I was not truly interested in. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had and I cannot thank Travis enough. I absolutely love my new truck and I want to thank Jimmy Cline, Travis Wilson, and the team at Scott Clark Toyota. I have already had great experiences at Scott Clark Toyota and my most recent has surpassed all of them. Thank you again!
I was very pleased with the professionalism in which Crystaln Kush Handled my problem. My wife and arrived there with out an appointment andCrystal work us in and got us out in a very timely matter. I felt she she went out of the way to work us since we were from out of town ( South Carolina) and got us back on the road . My appreciate goes out to her. You should give her a pat on the back for us.
Paul is one of the most straight forward and transparent guys in the business. We purchased two Toyotas with him. The first was a Camry on the lot. What we appreciated was his willingness to accommodate, answer everything, and honesty to simply say he didn't know. The second was a chore. We had a specific, not so easy to come by vehicle in mind (Tacoma TRD Pro with specific options - these are still highly controlled out of Japan as of 2018). Paul found it and communicated every step of the way meeting every ask. I will be back specifically just to work with Paul Moore only.
We really appreciated the time and care Scott Clark did with the after sales and financing portion. What Paul didn't know, their vehicle instructors after certainly made up for. Financing was also wonderful. We wanted to be fully covered and warranted, including Gap. They walked us through everything and even made us feel at home with personal conversations. We worked with O and Michael. Top notch.
While we won't be needing to buy again for awhile, it was truly a memorable experience for the next time.
Chris Powe & Mr. Deadwylie were such awesome guys to work with, we were there most of the day and it was actually really pleasant. We got down to business but also had some laughs. I would recommend the two everyone!!! High five to both of them..
I had an incredible experience with Kannon during my Tundra purchase and trade in. Kannon took great care of me and I was in and out with an awesome deal! I will deal with him in the future.
I purchased my 4Runner here in 1998 and have only taken it to Scott Clark Toyota for any kind of maintenance or repair work. Prior to going out West on a road trip, I spent over $4,000 at 4 appointments in two months getting the brakes serviced, the AC issues I had and general service replacing fluids for my trip.
Today, I returned to Scott Clark for service because the AC went out again. I was told the prior AC work had nothing to do with today's problem and it would cost another $1,150 to repair. I reminded them the car has a blue book value of under $5,000 and the price today would put me in the red if I sold it. "Would you give me a break on labor, since I've spent so much in the last couple of months and have been a regular customer?" The service advisor (monitor) said the Service Manager ("the man behind the curtain" you never see) would take $110 off. This is the typical discount they offer if you've waited too long or you have otherwise been inconvenienced.
Apparently, all the smiles and thanks about being a loyal customer I received in the past don't translate into anything of substance and 19 years/$10,000+ over that time are appreciated in words only.
So, before I go in the red with this car that they said would probably run 300,000 miles, I will drive it until the Spring and hope Honda's Ridgeline has a lockable truck bed and few other missing features and trade it in for a few hundred bucks to a dealer who can do the remaining work at cost. For now, I have a well-maintained, expensive 4Runner that sounds like a John Deere tractor after spending a few thousand dollars recently on it.
So, they get 2 stars. No better and probably no worse than any other car dealer with the Service Advisors being the Gatekeepers preventing you from talking to your mechanic and the 2 men behind the curtain (a la Wizard of Oz), the Service Manager and General Manager (when you try to buy a car). Shop around and get references from friends. If you find a good Gatekeeper stay with them (however turnover here seems high).
Sales Manager worst of a kind, bought a new 2020 Camry while buying it they promised they would do exterior required protection package. but after taking the delivery since they only got 75% rating from the review. They said they never promised the exterior protection package. They also said in future also If you need any help they would behave like this only since you gave only 75% rating. well, at the end of the day I am paying for you pay check. Finance department was kind enough to explain the details of the program and patient!!! Not going back to Scott clark for buying again.
Very Disappointing. About a year ago, I gave their other dealer, a Nissan one, a chance for my business. My same exact experience was duplicated here at their Toyota dealer. They will NOT provide you a quote on a vehicle unless you are going to go forward that same day! Very disappointing. I take time out of my day to visit your dealer and wait 40 minutes for the sales manager to tell me "Since you've got quotes from other places, we dont need to give you one. Let us know when you are moving forward." It wasnt like I was going to wait a month to make a decision. Just needed a couple days. Will not be visiting again.
Had an awesome experience at Scott Clark's Toyota . Worked with Michael Miller who spent as much time with me as needed. Finally made a decision on a 2015 Highlander.
How s it going to rain on my first day of pretty car ?!!!! ;)
Thank you for dealing with me.. I know you were so TIRED of me last night. Ha-ha!!!
My husband said he loves the car!!
Just so you know.. I appreciate you "Bagels".. I felt comfortable with you.. and looking around the dealership, I m so glad you were my sales guy and no one else! Marvin typically wouldn t have sent me alone up there, nor would I have come back for round #2 if I didn t like you! Lol! I ll send more people your way!
Largest services facility in Southeast, free manicures 6 days a week and a putting green, yep. Also has best preowned prices you will find in the state.
Thankful for a TEAM of wonderful people who helped me in the process of buying my first car. Bruce and Shane were GEMS to work with, were patient with all of my questions and wants/needs. Harold in finance broke everything down in a simple form and made payment/finance a breeze! Diana was AWESOME and took the time to show me each feature of my new purchase. She answered all of my questions and followed up with an example. This was a seamless proccess. Couldn't sing their praises more!!! Oh- and there's free manicures in the lobby!
We recently bought a new truck our sales person DJ Durst was amazing. James the finance guy was great to us. The only bad thing I can say is we were told we got a free "detail" when we bought it. I would not describe that as a detail. The windows were horrible like they sprayed cleaner on them and left it to dry I had to clean them myself to be safe to drive when the glare hit it
It was that time again - I had to get my car service but no worries Archie Newton would be there. To me, going to the dealer to get my car serviced was like going to the dentist for a root canal, but not so with Archie Newton at Scott Clark Toyota. He makes this and all my trips for service on my car so painless it s like winning the lottery smooth sailing with all smiles. He is so easy to work with and he explains everything that s being done to my car in ENGLISH so that a female can understand it. He is definitely; by far, the best Assistant Service Manager at Scott Clark Toyota. Keep up the great work Archie, you are definitely a feather in Scott Clark Toyota s hat.
Can't say enough about the exceptional customer service Ive experienced @ SC Toyota! From the moment I purchased my new car & my scheduled maintenace visits have been amazing! They have my business for life!
I think I expect too much, these days. When I pull up to the open garage and wait inside my car for over 5 minutes to even be recognized, I was already not impressed. I expected to have someone greet me, as there was only one other car in the service center and at least a dozen workers. The service manager was sitting behind the big service desk, and I parked next to this desk. But not once did he make eye contact with me. There was a worker who approached my car to readily place the plastic liner on the seat, but he was waiting for a mechanic. So he did not speak to me. I figured, this being my first visit to the service center after buying my 2019 Highlander, I didn t know how things were supposed to go. So I got out of my car, and walked to the service desk. That is when the manager spoke! He said he had assigned someone to my service, and if I would wait near my car, then that would signal the staff that I was waiting..... The mechanic who did the work on my car, was fine. No complaint, but again, maybe I expect too much these days. When he called me to let me know my car was ready, it was not in fact, ready. He said, as he was fumbling through papers/receipts, it looks like they ve run your car through the wash . Well he should have confirmed that, before he said that; because they did not. He told me to walk 50 feet over to the service valet, hand them my receipts, and they would retrieve my car........ I did walk over to them. They both were involved in a conversation with a co-worker, and took my paperwork from me, not saying a word. They said, oh, the car is 304 , or something like that. They actually told me to wait outside, and someone would bring it to me. They, were too busy sitting, and waited until another worker/runner came back to the valet stand. They made him go get my car..... When he brought it to me, he actually said, here you are. The car has been taken through the car wash, and you are good to go . Well, I took him to the back of the car, where my window was still filthy and said, please tell me that you see the dirt. I don t think anyone washed my car. Overall, not an impressive first visit to your service center. I was amazed at how so many people worked so hard at looking busy, so they would not be called on to work. Maybe it was my mistake, for having work done on a Saturday when the A team was not working. But I don t think I will be back. When I bought my car, my sales manager convinced me that the service team was first rate.
Great sales people and Mr. Pichardo in finance (Mr. Pichardo is the reason this review is getting 4 stars vs 1star). Just don't deal with Richi one of the floor manager ask for different manager. Richi will lie in your face and then scream at you like you are 5 yrs old. Otherwise everyone is very friendly. Nino and Christian great and professional sales persons.
I m never disappointed with the customer service at Scott Clark. When I pull into the service center, almost immediately I m greeted by an agent. They are personable and professional. This time I worked with Crystal K. and she was great. I dropped off my car and within a couple of hours she contacted me to let me know it was ready. I am finding that the dealership service charges aren t much higher than other auto service centers and I know I m getting genuine Toyota parts.
We have now purchased our 9th vehicle from Scott Clark Toyota. Frank Bertuglia is our rep for all of them! The entire organization is world class. The facility. The car selection. Their teams. All of it. Highly recommend this dealership and Frank in particular.
Marshall Moore was awesome and very attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and I understand all that was going on including the multi-point inspection. I am a Toyota Fan period and Marshall helped keep it that way!!!!
Updating my most recent visit on 6 / 8/19. Had to have my 70k maintenance done. With no appointment I was in and out with in 1 hour and a half. They really took care of what was needed. I am changing my rating because the service department really showed up on this trip. Scott Clark is the only service department that I use for my car and will continue to go there for all of my cars needs. Thank you Matt Zajac you were awesome..
Took my 2013 Tacoma in for service; the truck then began making a noise under the hood after the service. After a quick peak under the hood I noticed the technician had left the drain jug under the hood that was used to trap the oil that escapes during oil filter removal. The noise was from the pulley rubbing the bottle. And the drain plug for the tray around the oil filter was failed to be reinstalled. Seems like a simple mistake but actually is a dangerous one considering the jug could have ended up getting in the belt and causing the belt to jump the pulley resulting in break booster failure, power steering failure, and other equipment failures that have a potential to cause an accident.
Excellent in all aspects from making an appointment thru write up, keeping customers appraised of findings and progress, to final billing. My service writer, Marshall Moore's professionalism is the reason I come back to Scott Clark Toyota.
So I went in to take a look at a pre-owned car I saw online. After calling to make an appointment I went in to meet Christian on the show floor. From the get go, Christian treated me like a friend and never in the sales process did I feel More
I just want to take the time to acknowledge a few. I normally have a wonderful experience renting from them, but this time they went above and beyond! I was absolutely wow'ed! When returning rental I came across a problem with my own vehicle in which they did not have to assist, but they did and made sure I was ok. They let me take the rental again so I can return to work while they work on mines. I'm not a customer of theirs I just rent from them that's why I felt a need to write this review for their outstanding and amazing customer service! The team itself is quite lovely, but I want to thank ms. Tasha from rental area and Mr. Lenny from the service department. There was 2 younger guys dont remember their names but thank you guys again yall the real mvps!!!
Scott Clark Toyota has professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff and management. They are personable and willing to help locate the right vehicle to meet and exceed your needs. They have an extensive inventory! A special "Thank you" to Jim Cline, the General Manager, who I met. Jim provided assistance with service for my vehicle! I highly recommend the Scott Clark Toyota staff and dealership to purchase a vehicle as well as to meet your vehicle service needs. You will be very pleased with the Scott Clark Toyota Team!!
