Obviously, SCHUFA's own confused system is no longer understood. Here, the citizens are wrongly denied the credit rating. With corresponding partly serious consequences for those affected. This mendacious and dubious shop belongs closed and demolished.

I can only advise everyone to contact a lawyer in such a case, to have SCHUFA contacted and, if necessary, to sue.

P.S. A change of residence, several mobile phone contracts and several current accounts lead to a sinking credit rating. Anyone who pays a mobile phone contract, has a SIM in their car and another SIM in their tablet is disadvantaged. And you can not change your place of residence too often. So it's better to sit at home instead of working, instead of moving away. And it is best to do securities transactions with your house bank, even if it has totally bad conditions. First of all, the shop is actually called Schufak. The online site is set up in such a way that you can't just click on the normal information, but instead get ridiculous Schufa subscriptions and premium accounts. It is a private institution that collects information about private people with a point system that does not have to be disclosed to anyone, Schufak is not controlled by anyone. They have already declared people dead several times who are still alive ... that something like this is still tolerated in today's society is unbelievable!

My bf and I requested SCHUGA a month ago, I never received SCHUFA. I even request 2 times (paid 2 times, 2 ppl totally 4 times!!!!) Tried to contact their customer service and wrote emails to them million times. Only getting automatic email, keeps asking to provide documents even I already did. right now still haven't received ...

Bad customer service when it comes to free data retrieval. Weeks of processing time and unnecessary queries. Frustrating & a shame.

I could cry, because this association is the essence of so much that is bad and unjust and the proof that you can make wonderful money with it. My deepest wish is that the people who work there on the lower floors will one day find respectable jobs. The mental decline is probably too advanced for all higher-level employees.

Some questions arose and I contacted Schufa over the phone.The colleagues on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful and answered all questions in detail and really well down to the last detail. That's why I give it 5 stars, excellent service!

A bit ridiculous that you get in the digital age for its just 30 only a Schufa information by mail and no additional PDF or directly a link to download ... In real estate scout you can download for the same money only a scaled-down version as a pdf has but again no document by mail. How about 29.95 with a version by post & pdf, dear Schufa?
