Apparently fall into an Abofalle .. Each month about 4 euros deducted for allegedly free information, terminations by registered mail are ignored, and the phone call with the Schufa "Soein large companies like the Schufa has no need to ignore their terminations", apparently yes .. Just plain brash and unfriendly.
