Ordered 8 rodeo burgers and they had little to anything on them and not even warm. Never had no issues or complaints from this location so idk what happened this time around.

The line was backed up around the building... Took 17 minutes to get the WRONG FOOD, even with the correct receipt... They need to be more efficient and pay attention to what is being ordered.

Chicken sandwich was not prepared well. Had a double whopper too, the burger was good, I 4 stars because the manager refunded both meals.

Busy but the crew was up to speed and I got my order much faster than one would think given the number of cars ahead of me. Great drive up so did service. Yummy food. What more can one ask for?

The Whopper was fantastic, but the service was kind of slow.

Half of my order was wrong like allways. Either i get shorted somthing or my order is not right

Need more employees for nite shift... Team work make dream work.

As "fast" food goes these days they're about on par. Which is to say they suck for walk-in customers. Given 3 stars because 1 in ever 3 visits I feel like I'm slightly more important than the 20 cars that have already gone through the drive through while I wait.

Would give zero rating the one on Normandy, they don't wear gloves while touching the fries, after touching computers, not wearing masks, and also waited over 45 minutes to get my food after mobile ordering.

Staff.... Service. Paid for 2orders of 10 PC's nuggets but got 8 on each bag.

This place has gone down , managers acting up and staff just carrying on , food nasty , don't give receipts and tea nasty tasting I won't return !

Management problems. Nothing more rude then waiting in line then when your turn the phone call takes priority, and you are waiting, only to hear what seemed like a personal call. The cashier rudely stood in front of us, had her conversation and looked right at us, but also was making Us and others in line wait to order. So after 5 minutes or so of waiting we left! Rude! Really.....so I can call and chat and get priority vs going in and stand in line. I think it was the manager and that's just wrong!! Dining room a Mess! Behind counter was a Mess too.
Guess it will be a while before I go into this location again. Maybe

The cashier was nice!! I ordered my Whopper of the broiler instead it came from North Pole.The burger was not even wrapped in paper HOT MESS

It was the worst Burger King I had went to I know in 10 years, we had to wait in the Drive-Thru line for at least 12 minutes to get an order and there was only two cars in front of us bad service I will never go there again. Not even a whole star

This location for Burger King was okay. They were very busy and it took them a moment to get to us though. I didn't have all night to get our food!!! The whopper was worth it though, it was only $0.01!!! Lol!!!

Bad food and even worse staff. Don't waste your time... Plenty of more fastfood restaurants around them to choose from.

I don't care attitude slow and when standing in line waiting was like u weren't even there .stay away from this place

Dirtiest burger king I've ever been in. All the tables were dirty, floor was dirty, no napkins to wipe the tables overall a bad experience for me and my family.

Staff moves at a snail's pace, with no sense of urgency, whatsoever. I ordered at 12:26, and didn't get my food until 12:45. I heard a staff member ask about my food 3 times and no one answered her until the 3rd time, then it was still 2-1/2 minutes. When I got back to work, the sandwich that I ordered that took so long was cold and greasy. I work 4 minutes away from this BK.

Poor management. Only two people in line ahead of me. About 5 cars in drive through. Not real busy. Been standing here waiting on my food more than ten minutes. Everyone working here is slowly moving around. No sense of urgency.....

Very disappointing.. used to like the big fish sandwich. For almost $5 I got a greasy, hard piece of fish with no receipt. Then the cashier drops my change on the ground into a dropped milkshake without any apologies !

After waiting well over 20 minutes in the drive thru I was given cold food. And an attitude when asked for fresh food. I dont understand how hard it is to serve hot food to folks.

The new crispy chicken sandwich was significantly overcooked.

Always nice and friendly service. Get the order right and good prices. Fast checkout

I ve been waiting 7 mins in the drive through no one says anything. But when I say hello, there is an attitude saying it s going to be a few moments and then no explanation as to what is taking so long. There were only 2 cars in drive thru my car being the second.

I hate this location omfg. it s always something with them. I stopped going here for months decided to give them a try again this morning and after I repeated my order to her more than once she still managed to give me the wrong sandwiches. Ask for drink with no ice and had it remade twice. So annoying for people in a rush. Won t be returning.

Terrible Service. My sandwich looked exactly like my service. There was some type of shift change happening between the cashiers and thereafter the comouter froze. No one said, "I'll be with you soon" (acknowledgement) to myself or the person behind me. ...I was seconds from walking out and finally someone began to just ask what I needed off of the menu.

It was okay but the works need to be a lil bit more clean and wash there hands more

Every time I go there my Orders Never Right I end up with What I Didn't Order please check your bags before leaving. Smh

Came in waited in line for 12 mins. Cashier went in back hung out left us in line then ran through said she would be back. The work area had trashcans tipped over on floor. The lobby was filthy tables were dirty trash on floors.

Ordered a whopper with bacon & cheese. Got home, bacon was way old and found a long strand of hair, so couldn't eat the rest. So gross

Really bad..cashier walked out, (after working 30 min over..off the clock according to another customer) I was 2nd in line at that point...25 min later..after 1st in line left..a cook came and took my order..really need some employees that will show up and do the job.

Order took to long because they forgot to put in the order of chicken fries. And by the time we got our food it was cold and the fries were raw!

Friendly cashiers but a bit of a wait in drive thru.

Staff is friendly, and the impossible croissant is delicious!

This BK has a history of selling and serving poor quality food. About six months ago, my mother had a coupon for a chicken sandwich, BOGO free. We went though drive thur, upon getting home she realized her chicken was cooked in old cooking oil. We returned it. Six months later, I returned to experience the same thing with onion rings.

25 minutes of waiting to order food. There were 3 customers in front of me. Got the food quickly and correctly after that but still

Always liked Burger King! The food is great! The people that work there are very nice!

Go when it s slow or you ll regret it.
Needs new Management. She was the worst.

The last 2x I've been here it's taken at least 20 minutes to get my food (to go) because they just don't care about order numbers. At least 1 thing wrong with something ordered as well. Management is sorry as hell too.

the people that work there are nice and happy pretty quick on my order was clean, was a good experience!

Service is average, be sure to double check your order going through the drive thru they leave items off orders

Food always good, drive through line sure is slow lately.

Food sucked. Service was horrible. Store cleanliness was extremely poor. Saw employees drop tongs on the floor then proceed to pick up and continue using on good. Very disgusted.

Fries were too salty. The whopper was sloppy. This is my 2nd time I have been to this location and there is never anything stocked for the customers such as: No ice in the machine, certain sodas are empty, sweet tea urns are empty, no condiment packets. Very dirty, water everywhere. Employees running about everywhere around the building, and on their phones. I was meeting a friend, and almost missed the place due to the lighting. Both times the Burger King Sign was not on. Not a place I recommend.

this burger king needs to learn customer service. the workers dont sound pleasant in the driver thru they rush your order the food is always made sloppy never hot cheese is slapped on the burger not melted. they are horrible wish my son wasnt set on burger king that day....just horrible...

OMY, I'm not one to complain, but give me a break from all the grease. I ordered the two whopper deal (no fries), and, as usual, I took five napkins to each side of the meat, and three to the bread. When I got rid of the grease, there was not much left of the meat. Apart from that, I like the whopper and Burger King.

Did give me half the food I order in aunt answer the phone in two hours
