Called => waiting time is 4 minutes => 15 minutes later a woman answers => my question asked => I can't tell you I will forward it to you => alleged waiting time 10 minutes => 30 minutes later there is still no answer then I hung up I have other things to do like calling the juice shop afterwards ...
Very very bad customer service with supposedly 24-hour availability .... hahahah I'm not laughing
I have understanding for the current situation but something like that is not possible!
