Have been doing my purchases this afternoon.
I was browsing in a few departments and nobody didn't approached me. Went directly asking for an items I am looking for and been helped with, but no more or less. I have spent nearly 700 euro for multiple items, no discount have not been offered and nothing more offered.
Does the company really don't care about extra 30-100% extra which could come out of lead sales? If someone buying camera 100% they need information, accessories and device care tools.

Its an electronics store where prices are good and service is ok

Toilet was unexpectedly locked, which doesn't sound great even given COVID-19. The pandemic is probably the reason why attendants have stopped walking around, which also doesn't make much sense as they wear masks, and restaurants still have waiters. Their VR demo setup wasn't ready at all, and took like 20 minutes for them to get working, resulting in a boring Room demo, which my friend that wanted to buy a set was super unimpressed by. Of course, it means that they lost the sale

Finally, the reason I went there was to buy a cooling stand for my laptop. The best thing they had for a 17" laptop was a cheap 25 plastic thing with 2 slow fans, and not much else. Of course, I was expecting the best computer shop on the island (I really have had this opinion for many years) would have some more quality and selection to offer.

Had a hard time getting an appointment e security system, the technical guy didn't even turn up , spoiling a half day off work, or an phone to explain. Not good.

A day after Christmas i decided to visit Scan and get myself a laptop. When i entered the store i thought to myself this is going to take forever since it was overcrowded. Fortunately, the staff there is so extremely helpful and thorough, that i managed to leave in less than 30 mins with satisfaction and a laptop. I highly recommend you to visit Scan if you want to get yourself a new electronic device, and a HUGE SHOUTOUT and a BIG THANKS to one of the emloyees, Ben, thank you for your excellent service!!! They don't have some things. If you are european is better to buy in your city than here.

One of the best IT shops on the island both to huy electronics and also for repairs. Big shop with many different brands and a very good repairs department upstairs. Usually has very competitive prices.

SCAN has all the things that you need for your home and office IT related equipment.. always nice to go and have a look at the items on display.

Service is very good, selection is very good, parking for customers but prices are not the best, although you can price match if you find with cheaper. They had a Redmi Note 7 listed at 270 euros and with price match I managed to get it down to 200 euros! They changed it immediately on their website.

Don't bother to preorder anything. Takes a day to process it. When you turn up to collect it, their single pickup desk runs slower than the 4 other retail desks.
Waited 30 minutes plus to pick up.the order. During this time, the other service positions were empty but "couldn't help"
