An all round excellent service. Would recommend this website anyone interested in building computers or upgrading them. Super fast delivery (rather pricey though) and well packaged goods! Prices were competitive and the range of products were fantastic!

The ticket system works wonders as you don't have to stay in the queue. Take a ticket when you know what you want and keep in shopping around in the meantime until your number is called!

Good place with a lot of technical things. However it is a bit in organised when it comes to getting assistance. If they say something takes 1-3 days, the products are not ready by this time, takes longer.

I was always well served here. Good selection of goods and staff that can help.

Large shop with a quite good variety of products, I don't believe that one would have any issue to find whatever needed unless it's something very specific - although even then they might bring it in for you, if possible. Delivery is offered as well although not for the same or next day, in average takes 3 days minimum to get your stuff delivered.. You may collect your online order from the main outlet in Birkirkara however, on the same day.

Scan is the biggest IT and electronic store.in Malta. Very professional service throughout. The shop is very well laid out and very modern. After sales service is very renowned.

Friendly and helpful staff contribute to quick but great customer experience. Offers are genuine. Got a Cannon printer for about 50% of when comparing prices even abroad.

Thursday I went of their website. You want to search for something, the profuct doesn t exist.
So I went in the afternoon to ask, and I was told that I didn t know what I was doing and I m not searching properly so I showed them on my phone and I was right.
I know many people that do not like the website and have trouble using it to search in the search bar.
Anyways I have to say the customer service isn t great.
