Troy was able to schedule an appointment quickly and completed his work at my home in a professional manner. The report that he provided was very thorough and well thought out. It did work out in my favor but more than that, I think it did accurately reflect what is going on in the NOVA home market. The report has helped me more accurately price my home for sale.
