I bought one of two phones that were supposedly unlocked. However, I later found out it was not globally unlocked. I went to return the phone and the techs insisted that it was unlocked. To avoid the hassle I just left with the phone. While in Europe I am still using the phone but with a few issues..the screen freezes and battery life is very poor. I am wholeheartedly disappointed. On a positive note, the service was great from the sales team.

Bought a 700 euro mobile,asked to buy a screen protector and obviously to stick it for me and was told that they do not provide this service!! This is rediculas! What do you pretend to go to another seller to stick the screen protector for me?

I'm only giving Scan four stars because they close early on a Saturday, 2pm at the time of writing. Staff are helpful and they have plenty of tech goods on show and on offer. If you're a tech head, a gamer or a casual tech user there's something here for everyone.

Have been buying from Scan for years and never been disappointed. Also the staff are always polite and courteous.

This is the go to place if you need any type of item for your office/home or whatever need. You may find anything ranging from Gaming chairs, to Laptops, to TV's.

Their customer service is also impeccable. I highly recommend Scan for anyone's future purchases.

Scan is the only place i go for tech needs. Web page always up to date and prices are generally better than competitors.

Lots of great product on display to check out BUT couldn't find a single person to help. So busy! I guess that is good for them but you may as well shop online and just go there to try out product on your own or check out klikk or another place to get advice and buy something.

Couldn't find replacement cartridges for Brother Printer :(

Update: After posting this 1star review, I got a call from a guy at Scan Malta to apologise for the service and he asked me for advise to improve their service. I value this. It shows they want to improve and offer a good service.

Some of the products they stock are of poor quality. I found the after sales service to be very slow and poor.

I bought an extension power lead that I ordered from the counter. When I arrived home I checked the unit which felt very cheap. The unit is extremely light and the plastic looks poorly finished. After two days of very light use (plugging lights and the internet router) the unit failed, making the electricity in the house tripped. I went to the shop twice to get a refund but both times I had to wait for over 30 minutes in the service department. The first time I left the store after 30 minutes, tired of waiting. The second time I had to wait for 40 minutes. The service department was extremely slow. I was very surprised they didn t take my word for it that the unit was faulty - they had to check it. After they checked it was faulty I got a credit note, but not a refund.

Overall very poor customer service.

I do very much like this store. It is my first choice for technology. The staff are really busy but they always seem to find the time to give you the advice you need to make an on the spot decision. It is difficult to choose the right computer, monitor, phone or TV with all the variety there is. We also like the fact that they offer support after the purchase.

Panasonic air conditioner
I recently purchased a Panasonic air conditioner (12000btu) from Scan Malta and would like to take the opportunity to praise the service offered on the online purchase. However I was very disappointed by the installation of the product, done in an unprofessional way by what I deem to be unqualified personnel. In my opinion, Scan subcontracts the installation of air conditioners to personnel who are not up to scratch to do the job well. So if you want to avoid bad surprises it is better to contact your trusted installer for the installation of these products.

Ordered a warmer online, got totally different product, x3 cheaper option with the delivery for the same price, my neighbor was receiving the delivery, so I couldn't verify it. Always check what the courier brings you. Have to wait another 3 days now to change the product.

Quick service however the queue management can be better
