Scan Computers Malta Review

This rating is due to their horrible parking management system. What's the point of having traffic lights in your parking area, when not even the employee follow the rules?! (29/12/2020 around 1535-1555). Also, the company will hold no responsibility to any damaged vehicles (which is fair), so if I damaged my vehicle because of this ignorance not to follow basic rules, I highly doubt I would have been compensated for my damaged vehicle, neither from the company nor from the employee involved.

Great variety of products + excellent customer attendance.

I was very happy with the service although due to COVID19; restrictions I could not browse around the extensive range of products as much as I would have liked to.

Good service but basic universal charger for laptop was out of stock

Great choice of products, only problem is the system they use which make you queue for min 30min, many times I choose to shop else where as I don't have the time to queue. It's not becouse of to many clients, just the system!

overall had a good experience at scan. I like the layout of the shop and allows you to try most items which is brilliant and very spacious. Only downside is that the person assisting with the payment wasn't I would say very friendly, but ultimately got what I needed.

To apply for a monthly payment you have to owe the property in Malta!!! Unbelievable! Product that cost 700 EUR equals to a property that cost 200k+

Basically a technology superstore. Probably the most stocked computer and tech store in Malta. Has its own carpark.

Unfortunately, you have to be prepared to wait for quite some time to be assisted, and to pay for your puchase and get out. Avoid if you're in a hurry.

Expensive pricing when compared to local I.T Technicancs.

Well stocked store and plenty of staff on hand. Logically avoid on weekends as it's a lot busier but that's expected like any store. Highly recommended for cables and monitors on Malta as they provide excellent customer service.
