Always a great shopping experience. Fast and efficient service even with all the pandemic precautions. Well Done to ALL the team.

Some years ago this was a very good computer shop but since they moved to new premises it has become somewhat chaotic and focusing on other items not related to I.T.

Great service and prices. A large array of gadgets, laptops, cameras, sound systems, smart watches and much more

One week after taking a printer we had tor eturn it for the same reason

A bit slow to get served, but otherwise a good choice of IT equipment.

The best computer and electronics shop in Malta, may be crowded at times, also check website for offers.

During these trying days of the pandemic, I was reluctant to visit a shop where there will definitely be a lot of customers.
My fears quickly evaporated : on the entrance to Scan's Centre in B'Kara we were met with a very polite gentleman who asked us our requirement and quickly direct us to the appropriate venue withing the large shop, with floor marked within 2 metres of each customers. It only took us 15 minutes to get served, paid and we were out.

Well done SCAN Malta: you live up to your name ''excellent service and very helpful and polite staff.'' To all at SCAN Centre a big thank you and may the new year 2021 bring you peace of mind and prosperity.

Large electronics store. You have to follow the discount days

Waiting for service for ages. I bought a phone with old wire that can't be connected to the router...And other disappointments.

People skipped queue twice in front of me and pointed out at salesperson what's happening and got fully ignored

.On the 22nd November I visited Scan B'Kara outlet and was given an excellent service by James the sales supervisor. James is very well versed on the products on sales and went into all the details necessary to explain to me. I would also like to thank the Manager Alan Camilleri who also went out of his way to help me. Thank you so much and up the good work. I will certainly visit Scan again.

WORST SERVICE! DO NOT USE - Placed an order online for 2 Phones for Christmas presents for family - paid for my order - received confirmation via email. Then my order was Cancelled and they upped the price on the website before I could re-order!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. HONOR YOUR PRICES!!!

Had a build to get a quote on, an employee contacted me when he was not on his work hours. got a quote exactly the day after. I recommend to ask for Adrian Xuereb as his service is spot on unlike few of the employees. I didn't give a 5 star review as scan themself don't get specific parts to their customers if they don't usually get them unlike few other stores I bought from.

Quick service, just what i was looking for. Went in, told then what I was looking for, they showed me the product, paid, left. And, it has a very convenient car park. All the staff are very nice

I had a problem with my laptop. Went to scan several times and they told me it was working fine. I went to another company close by that also sell computers. They detected what was wrong and fixed it in a week.

It was great but there weren't enough employees to help customers

So, they didn't have the phone I wanted but the guy who helped me was super nice.

Update: just to be aware, right now due to the coronavirus, you're not allowed to actually look at a product with a sales assistant. You need to walk up to a desk after a really long wait and a person just tells you about products you cannot look at. Then if you want to see the product you need to go back on the shop floor, look at it, and line up all over again. It's kinda weird and the only place that's using this system. A real time waster when staff can just stand a little away from you on the shop floor and serve you as usual. Quite a shame about the system coz the guy who served me was really nice.

Scan are very popular in Malta. I'm not surprised. The staff is professional and well trained and moreover very helpful. Obviously the wait may be long, but that always depends on the time of the day!

Told me the camera came with an SD card, and on arriving at home, found it did not, annoying! Within the hour of this message being posted, I was contacted, and an hour later I had had delivered an SD card! Superb Customer Service, all is forgiven!!

I was crazy enough to go during Black Friday sales, knowing already what I wanted. I was served by Adam Peter Fretwell who was exceptionally helpful and patient even if everything else around was crazy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
