The place where everyone works for people and their needs. I like it.

Great day at the Pal Tiya workshop. Such a shame that this wonderful resource is going to be turned into student flats.
There are many artists and people from all over the world.
An excellent space for artists of all kind, St Margaret's House is a treasure among Edinburgh's art scene, brimming with creativity. The inside is decorated with many works of art, whilst rooms and studios are available to hire.
Very good song writing workshop.
Good teacher plenty facilities.
Good space, good facilities, good location. Lots of parking available but watch for the huge speed bumps and even bigger pot holes in the car park.
Great facility and fantastic use of an old office building. Plenty of parking at ground level around the building
A brilliant arts complex with loads of things to do, classes to take and the occasional craft supplies fair. One of my favourite places in the city.
Amazing creative space - Local artists and small businesses can rent a space here. Occasionally there are open days and maker's markets - Well worth a visit!
An amazing place full of creatives. Always interesting exhibits on, great events, a lovely social scene and I always make use of the swap shop. A great idea and lovely addition to the area.
A very good place for artists. ideal for conducting artistic workshops for young children.
Definitely one of the better venues in Edinburgh and some great exhibitions. Right now they have the Grays school of art painting pre degree show, something I'd highly recommend. If you are looking to have an exhibition you can contact them and book one of the spaces as well
I been going here for about 12 or 13 weeks to see paul for my autpucture he help my saction is lot better now hope it way for good but the autpucture is worth getting i go paul again thank you.
I attend here for a singing group lovely place helpful staff they do lots of different things here I really like it
Very interesting place, there are various types of classes for each age group. Classes are in Polish. I highly recommend this place.
I went to an excellent refresher aewing xlass with Jen at Artisan Stitches. Really enjoyable
Upmo great place would definitely recommend this place.supporting young people with additional support
Edinburgh Judo (second floor) is great. I'm a super beginniner but made to feel welcome and learning slowly. Excellent facility and world class (literally) staff.
It's worth noting that there is an entrance on the front of the building (on London road), even though Google's directions send you around the back.
Great supporter of local artists with studio space available fairly cheaply
Good place for artists and other creatives hire a space for their work
A very interesting place, various activities for every age group are held here, as well as interesting exhibitions
Very interesting place with a variety of services, not only artistic but also therapeutic and social care services!
Very clean and look well cared for
The rooms available to rent for office work spacious and for donations. No issues but the place could do with a fix up, which I think they are doing.
It's fine for what it it is, art studios and gallery spaces. The lifts are slow to arrive and clunky. It's improving, I remember thinking it was dark and delapidated a few years back, the lighting has improved and it doesn't have quite such a brown interior nowadays.
Absolutelly amazing Art centre right next to Arthur's Seat with the views over to Fife and beyond, conveniently located pretty central with loads of parking around and on the main bus routes, filled with artists' studios; workshops of all sorts from jewellery to stained glass, sewing, felting, pottery, photography; with galleries, library, yoga, pole dancing, judo, meditation classes; extra spaces to hire for temporary use for starting up businesses; with several charity projects run from there; fantastic community and friendly poeple working here. Feels like home, cosy, friendly, welcoming and dog friendly too. Easy to get around as it's really clearly signed and coffee is always on. Real hive of creative minds!!!!!
Fantastic place! lovely atmosphere! Everyone is very friendly! So many fabulous creative people in one place! Excellent location for public transport! Also has parking at evenings & weekends! So many activities! Love Vox Stars new singing home!
The building is a little bit dogged around the edges but the wonderful eclectic mix of people and arty and social activities make it work. Anything from yoga and feltmaking to clothes swapping and language classes.
Went to view Margaret Ramsay's Art exhibition, absolutely amazing xxxx
Fantastic landscape embroidery workshop with Ali Webster . Excellent teacher working with the different skill levels of the group(small) . Highly recommended.
I am partially disabled and have difficulty with steep stairs. Unfortunately the street entrance to the building is down some quite awkward steps (c20 of them). However, the artists inside are wonderful people and we saw a couple of brilliant exhibitions there.
Been to several classes from different artists now and I absolutely adore this place.
It a brillant art venue so close to wavely station very good place to hold the transgender support course
Lots of arts,crafts studios(groups,clubs,coarses) yoga,meditation.
Absolute hub of local business. A great asset to this community and always under threat by big corporations wanting to buy out the development space. Grrrr. Leave it alone!
This is one of the best communities for art people in Edinburgh! Every artist has its own studio, mastering their work and doing what they love in a beautiful workplace.
I went here for a photo shoot and the building seems to be leg it to various businesses its seems like a great community hub and seems to offer affordable rent for small businesses and groups in the city centre the area we used was clean and tidy and easy to access with lifts etc
Incredibly inspiring warren of activity. So many tens and tens of artists, small businesses and charities all working together in old government buildings. Huge public art galleries with regular exhibition openings. Catch it before it turns into flats (boo hoo!)
