The new get a ticket and roam around the shop while you wait system is very convenient. Customer service was good. Probably the best selection of electronics in Malta but not necessarily at the best prices.
I just bought a mobile from their and he gave me the mobile that people could try and they ruined something from the settings and they broke the sound touchbutton. I gave it 3 stars because it's a good place

30 minutes to buy a small item which I had preselected from website. First had to wait in line to be served, and than in another long line to pay.. avoid shop around 6pm.. More ideal for anyone needing assistance and who s in no rush

Ordered an iPhone online and called the store to check if it was ready to be picked up and they said yes, but after making the trek to get there, they said they didn't have any of the model in stock. The manager arranged a refund but still incredibly disappointing and inconvenient to have so much money deducted from your account and having to wait for it to be returned. Needs a review of their catalogue and ordering system.

Quite well stocked in diverse items. Before going, I would suggest you check out what they have through their website, so that you can do your research before going there. If you are not a techie, you might get overwhelmed otherwise.

I think this is the biggest scan store in Malta. They have a live overview of their stock. They take too much time to attend their customers.

Best place for everything tech, i mean they have so much there, from gaming laptops, monitor's, electric tooth brush, phone cases, so you know i am a gamer and they were able to help with a lot of questions, seems very knowledgeable, check the site maybe before going so they have stock
Worst experience ever! You check online and the product is available. You spend 1hour in traffic to go there just to tell you oops we don't have the product and it will be available tomorrow. You place the order online and the product is available and they manage to send the product to a wrong address!! Not serious, not professionals at all!

Very wide range of stock, with top of the range stock and also affordable price range too, so something fir everybody, great location with there own car park and also parking located at the front. I have been many times and yes the staff are friendly and very well trained in all facets of there work, however sometimes in peak times it is a bit of a wait to speak to a customer rep, so definitely feel they need a little bit more staff in peak times, other than that highly recommend to anyone especially those shopping fir electrical or technological goods!!
