Update: After posting this 1star review, I got a call from a guy at Scan Malta to apologise for the service and he asked me for advise to improve their service. I value this. It shows they want to improve and offer a good service.

Some of the products they stock are of poor quality. I found the after sales service to be very slow and poor.

I bought an extension power lead that I ordered from the counter. When I arrived home I checked the unit which felt very cheap. The unit is extremely light and the plastic looks poorly finished. After two days of very light use (plugging lights and the internet router) the unit failed, making the electricity in the house tripped. I went to the shop twice to get a refund but both times I had to wait for over 30 minutes in the service department. The first time I left the store after 30 minutes, tired of waiting. The second time I had to wait for 40 minutes. The service department was extremely slow. I was very surprised they didn t take my word for it that the unit was faulty - they had to check it. After they checked it was faulty I got a credit note, but not a refund.

Overall very poor customer service.
