while prices and goods are average to somewhat higher than AMAZON, EBAY etc., , there is poor customer orientation.
SCAN Malta is difficult to reach by phone. Website is slow.
Shops are more like warehouses and quite disorganised, leading to long queues of dissatisfied customers .
After you decide what you want, you have to join a long queue and eventually you get to the desk where someone goes to a warehouse looking for your stuff, coming back after a short or long delay.
Online orders might be for items NOT AVAILABLE and though they claim 3 day delivery time, this is often not the case, not only because of poor logistics or industrial action, but also because weather can severely disrupt expected deliveries to the island.
Strange collection e.g. they stock the (XIAOMI) roborock s6 pure which is a downgraded s6, and the roborock 6 max v, which is 150% of the price of the roborock s6 pure, but not the roborock s6 itself.

Waste of precious time. Waiting for more than half an hour only to be told they do not stock what I went on for.

Couldn't tell how the shop worked. It seemed very inefficient to me.
All items were pretty much locked down so I couldn't pick what I wanted and take it to the cash. There was a long queue at the cash and other staff members were occupied. I didn't want to queue up and ask for what I wanted, just to be told I need to ask someone else on the floor.

If you're looking around for the latest tech,gadgets,smart home accessories,sound equipment even white goods,a/c and tv,look no further,Scan is your destination. Their large store,inclusive of elevator and underground parking,has an array of choices with top brands like Apple and Samsung with a tempting price range,and you can also pay monthly installments. Good customer service and they also have their own repair shop in house. This one I can easily recommend. Thumbs up

Went in the shop to buy something quickly. I knew exactly what I wanted and was in a hurry. The staff was quick, easy and super efficient. Got the item for me, explained some basic things with great clarity and I was on my way in no time. Scan and it's staff members never disappoint, highly recommended!

Quite a wide range of products for Malta. Always check prices on site online. With an SD card the price was ok. The viewed PC, however, is outdated and overpriced. Service is efficient and friendly. However, with a system that is unknown to me. You have to draw a number to be served. Just go in and rummage, especially with small parts, not possible because they are only in the warehouse or behind the cash register.

I was really impressed, for Malta. Friendly and really quick. Asked several times if I needed help even though fairly busy. As soon as you come in, you get a ticket. Really fast! The price I paid for a Samsung mobile was lower than Amazon and the guy who wanted to sell for cash. Very happy. Will come again!
