Attended a Birthday Party here...
Nice Ambience...Food & it's arrangement, both pretty thoughtful. Location is just awesome, right on the Whitefield Main Road (easy to locate)
Visitors parking is optimal...(could be more)
I think this place is a go-to venue for a small party/gathering...I would definitely recommend it.

Very clean hotel, excellent facilities with very friendly staff.

One of the best places in Whitefield. The staff with its warm service makes the stay worthwhile.

I just visited the auditorium hall which was really good. Can easily accommodate a 100 people comfortably. The food was okay. Clean well maintained place.

I always come back for the food, very tasty and reasonable priced. They have banqet hall to host parties. There is a bar as well. I haven't stayed here so can't comment on the rooms. Hospitality of the staff stands out.

Worst experience. We had booked for lunch buffet for team of 15. They had interchanged the boards for veg n non veg soup. All vegeterians ended up having chicken soup!! Cutlets in veg starters were not baked properly. Time taken to serve starters was huge. There was no lemon flavor in lime soda...desserts n main course was good.

Had a great stay. Breakfast area has scope for improvement. All are focused on cleAring tables instead of focusing on Customer needs.

It's about restaurant only. Although it is saying it serves north indian food, i didn't find anything like north indian food and taste was horrible. The buffet was having only 2 starter in non veg and veg. I am sorry but I personally feels like going to this restaurant is waste of money.

Located as Google maps shows, service is good need to more attentive.

We held a new year party on the roof top. There speakers were not working. And food was pathetic to the core. Biryani was Ghee rice with boiled chickens in them

Had expected more from this one as it's part of Sheraton group. Was disappointed with the menu and the items.
Very less options especially for veggies. Even the few dishes made where kind of local snacks..
With less dishes atleast if they had served something different kinds would have been better.
Only thing I liked about this place is the rotisserie are made really good.

Hotel staff gave a very warm welcome. I was surprised to receive a note along with choclates on my entry to room. I like the food very much. Really copperative staff. Recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Ambience and Great Service. However at the time of check out I got charged for an additional day and I was kind of embarrassed when my Manager checked my invoice she was the one who pointed that there was an extra charge and consider she and the company approves all my travels I was shell shocked and could not explain her that failed to verify the charge before checking out. Not sure if it was a human error or a machine error but it surely caused a lot of embarrassment because I trusted Sheraton and its brand and I do not expect them to make such mistakes which would bring bad name to the brand. I will still recommend this Hotel but before you check out do validate your invoice thoroughly.

Stayed here for one week and absolutely loved the experience. The service is quick and good. Especially, kudos to the restaurant team who will see to that that you will have your stomach filled with happiness . The room service is also quick and good! Totally loved it!

Revisited review:
Reduced the rating from 5 to 3stars cause of recent experience. Even Guaranteed rooms as per booking itinerary are not available, amenities are not checked and replenished, room phone doesnt work, all services are available only via front desk. You can't connect to room service or housekeeping directly. Billing had some issues, mini bar consumption was included in final invoice without even any consumption.

Staff is super.. Services are great.. Breakfast is great.. But the room had some smell as well as glass pieces and while we complained the same to the hotel manager he did not acknowledge it at all.. Thus cutting one star..

Good rooms, ambience. Lacks good quality and spread of buffet dinner.

Location and all other amenities are the best.. Food items could be improved. Andore it's could be added..

I went to eatery for a team dinner. Ambience is good and clean. Very less variety in food. Service is also not good. Delayed service. Taste is average.
