Love the positive atmosphere in this office. I started with some experience in other marketing firms but this has been my favorite job I've had so far. The people at Allure are amazing and make me feel like I come to work with my family. The manager and HR Manager were extremely helpful in getting me adjusted to the new office environment !

Applied yesterday and they tried asking to interview me on Christmas Eve. Very fishy....

I m not saying it s a good marketing group for big clients. It probably is for those clients but my little bro s experience with applying for jobs is a scam. They don t know the difference clearly between marketing and sales which is a huge problem with these marketing agencies . The internships and full-time jobs they offer they falsely advertise are for marketing but you re clearly going for sales. Also heard environment is completely unprofessional.

Everyone here knows how to have a good time. I've had jobs where I literally sit on my phone all day and actually hate the people I work with. This place has done such a 180 for me in terms of my expectations for how fun an office can be. Just understand that if the client wants to wine and dine your team for the evening, you still need to be in the office the next morning at 8AM OR ELSE!

Fast paced environment with more coaching/mentor ship than I ve ever had at a job. Great place for someone looking to learn.

This place is a scam. They contacted me for an interview, but I had never applied to their company. I haven t even applied to positions similar to what they were offering. They continued lying and insisted that I did. They also said they sent me emails I never received. It doesn t take long to do some research and find out that this place is not legit. I told them to stop contacting me and they did not listen!! I would not trust them as a client or as a potential employee so please be careful!!
