Location - Very accessible on the road side. Staff - Very Cooperative Rooms - Very Comfortable Food - Breakfast was good, Dinner was not upto the mark.

Ambience was cool but the quality of the standard was very poor, the towel kept there for after shower was dirty and looks very old. Access of restaurant also went difficult while having dinner in the top floor. We have been denied for ordering the food from other restaurant in first floor and after several discussions a nice manager helped us to get what we need to have. Hope to see the better quality and maintain the standard of Sheraton soon in this campus.

Great place, nice view from our room. I loved the location at it is very convenient with bus and taxi services to all the places. We had a single night stay and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Not upto expectations. Sheraton needs to train the people for seamless checking, great service and others.

Excellent hotel. Gr8 team. Overall a wonderful experience. Right from the check in to check out everything was simply amazing. Special mention of the kitchen team who pampered us like anything especially with their welcome dessert & also thank you cake. Buffet spread was superb both at dinner & breakfast. Also exceptionally tasty as well. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for a wonderful family stay.

I am a regular visitor to this restaurant. quality of food need to improve and variety as well. It's disappointing that being big restaurant they don't have good cook. Same menu every buffet. Need to improve.

Went to office party organized at rooftop of hotel, very disappointed by quality of food. Could be they don't serve well in buffet party or this branch is not good. The ambience was below average look at the floor how it looks and compare it with reception area of same hotel so much difference.

Good place however the AC of room 5005 we stayed in was not fun tioning properly.. took forever to cool the room

Rooms are spacious... Small hotel... Does upgrade if you are SPG gold and above... Breakfast is OK..

The staff was not helpful at all when faced with an emergency situation. Lost phone, cabs delayed and a chaotic situation met with a staff who were least interested. Very bad experience.

Business hotel with Good facility and located near ITPL business park making it easier to reach work place.

Right from calls for making reservations, early check-in, helping out to the chefs and people waiting on us at the restaurant are extremely courteous, helpful and eager to be at your service. The variety and taste of food at the breakfast buffet is brilliant. Will definitely come back

The food was really delicious and top notch. But they have very limited items compared to other buffets at that cost. This place is only good for the elderly people due to its ambience and service, and definitely a no for youngsters and party minded people .

Four points by Sheraton is good for corporate lunches or dinners. They have wide varieties of indian(sount n north), Chinese and continental food menu, and also buffet lunch & dinner. They have bar also which has various schemes like happy hours, happy 90 mins etc. Food taste is mediocre and ambience perfectly suits for corporate or family functions as they have function halls.

Buffet food is good... check out for offers before you go too save some money. . Friendly staff nice ambience

Everything is good except the eatary. Food is good but the place is congusted. Other than that, the hotel is really good

Very good stay. More like a 4.5. very good service. Comfy beds. And a good spread in food. South Indian chef makes good dosas. Try their rawa dosas and Spanish omelettes. And they have office transfers as well which is good for the location. Good hangout places nearby as well. Do try their coyla restaurant. They have an interesting vodka panipuri :)
