Good place ti stay fir a business stay , good food and good service

Good food and buffet. But no games for kids birthday party

Food quality is awesome if you are looking for 4 star this is a nice place near hopefarm.

We went for lunch buffet,Food is average, variety is limited, hospitality is fine.

Really peaceful and quiet... The stay was a relaxing and refreshing one... A roof top swimming pool with a good view of the city... Good room service and a wonderful spread for breakfast...

I had a great stay there. F n b staff were always ready to help us . They took good care of us. Like to thank Siddharth for his hospitality.

Nicely located on main whitefield road just before Whitefield police station
U can identify the place from traffic itself
Very fragrance at entrance and reception
Ambience of the reception is good as well as staff greets you by namastey is really pleasant and feel good
They actually tells you tariff and all the complimentary benefits to you
They charge you while check-in itself it's their policy
Don't worry if you reduce your stay timing they will give you your money back
No cancellation charges as they told me
Rooms are pretty good and bestly very hygienic too
Good points for TV and channels available I like bus they were limited news and world

Best part of I say 7 starts for food and beverages team
They have taken care a bit special to me n my friends
Once you enter the buffet a lady greets you with Namastey again it makes us happy a hindi greeting
Tasty food and good variety in buffet of breakfast as well as dinner

Good hotel in Whitefield.It also has various rooms to conduct programs. It is just located near to Hope farm junction and has good surrounding. Staffs are friendly. The interior is beautiful.Services are excellent. Whitefield is a crowded place, but you will feel peaceful once you are in the hotel. Didn't try dining , so not idea about the food. All in all, services and facilities are good.

The Hotel charged 2800 for 8 hours local taxi.
The dal ( pulse )served by in room dinning was bitter in taste and not fresh.

We have good time and quality of food was good though they didn't wide variety of buffets.

Let me start of by saying that this is in no way shape or form a 5-star hotel. Not sure why google has it listed as one.

Pros: Incredibly cheap

Cons: Just about everything else

1) The master switch fell out to where I couldn't use any lights in the room
2) The hotel laundry didn't actually clean the clothes.. they came back with more stains than when I sent it in
3) Room service food was very inconsistent and they constantly ignored requests
4) This is just a shortlist... thinking about my time there makes me sick. I ended up moving to The Waverly Hotel because I couldn't take it anymore.

A nice place to stay when on Business. has all the basics in place which a business traveler needs such as comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, High Speed internet. The staff here makes the difference who is very courteous and forever smiling.
The Eatery which is the only restaurant the hotel has serves one of the best buffet in the area .

Amazing Hospitality, During Breakfast Chef personally came asking me if he can make anything special for me. I was new to Banglore, but never felt out of place, they always found a way to help me, Especially Binimoy, he even arranged cars for me for short trips. Will recommend any day.

Decent rooms and food, very cozy and warm place especially if you have work in eastern parts of Bengaluru like Whitefield, Hoskote, K R Puram. However, it takes over two hrs to commute from Bengaluru Internatinal Airport. Not at all convenient for travelling to other parts of the city.

Very courteous, good and tasty food, office drop are some highlights.

It's about the restaurant only.. The buffet is not offered with much menu.. it's neither tasty nor served hot.. Couple of items in chicken and fish.. There are very less starters and not served in desk.. Prawns, any biryani, are not part of buffet.. The deserts aren't sweet, Nothing is spicy and all the items is so blunt.. Pasta tasted yuck and fish in the curry was old one.. I will never recommend this to anyone as this totally disappointed us..

It's a good place to stay in Whitefield but it's far away from the main city. Transportation takes a lot of time.

There's something a little quaint about Four Points. It isn't as huge and important looking like the big Five star hotels and yet, if you go inside, it has comparable features and facilities. For example, car parking isn't in a sprawling basement but there's adequate neat, well-spaced parking space provided in the compound. The inside looks good, is kept spick-and-span, and the flooring kept highly polished etc. but it isn't imposing like a high end hotel. What's the difference, I thought? ... then it struck me that it must be the great balance between 'style' and 'substance' in this hotel that attracts. And maybe, the outward appearance has been deliberately kept that way so that the hotel appears informal and friendly from outside. I went for a family birthday buffet to the highly rated 'Eatery' and am happy to say that both the service and the food were excellent. Needless to say, ambience and cleanliness were also the best. The hotel's team is young, friendly and happy to serve you as best as they can. They take pride in serving you and they attempt to please. There are a lot of good reviews/ratings about Four Points floating around and I agree with them. I only hope Four Points continues to keep the present level of excellent service and don't allow it to slip like many other hotels that start excellently but go down soon afterwards. Poor customer service. Staff is not trained and barely understands any concern raised. Hotel is old property and needs a complete makeover

Loved the food here at the EATERY in four points by Sheraton.
Loved the kalan porichathu here as well as corn and asparagus phyllo pastry. Chef deena has done magic with food here. South indian spread was great and my favourite was biryani and kothu curry. Bhatti da murgh was succulent and tender. Loved foxnut cashew sbzi, something so unique and different. Dal makhaani was great, something difficult to find near to authentic in Bangalore. Chinese spread was delectable too. Desserts definitely won hearts and were beautiful to look at. Beautiful fine dine space and great soft live music.

The hotel is brilliant. We had gone there for New year's Eve and the party was spectacular. There was a wide variety of food, drinks and music. There was Indian, old English, Bollywood DJ, pub, etc. The food was really good and the service was commendable. The rooms too are really comfortable, clean and correspond to it's 5 stars.

Good place for staying. All staffs are more polite and good. But food items need some more improvement.

The rooms feel like they're in need of a refreshing.

But the staff are very attentive.

This place is a hidden gem. The room was always well maintained. The room service and food was good but I'd recommend doing the buffet over room service as the a lacarte, while lengthy, can really underwhelm.
If I were to give 5 stars it would be to the staff. Right from Ritu & Abhi at the front desk, to Aruna, Sashi, Rana and the others, they always go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have travelled quite a bit and can say that the hospitality that the staff showed had been absolutely world class.
