Buffet /food taste is really bad. Rooms are okayish. Parking space is just fine.

We went to the restaurant for dinner on Diwali. The service was dead slow and the veggies were not cooked properly. Perhaps they weren't expecting poeple to come for dinner on Diwali!

Being a premium hotel the ambience is nice,but when it comes to food and services it's no good .

Coyla is a fantastic place to have food with friends, family and colleagues. Their jababa are worth every rupee. Great buffet spread and a la carte choices.

The room was top notch and the comforter was of the highest quality I have seen in a hotel. Got a really good sleep.

They have a super breakfast spread as well and service is quick and hospitable.

The ambience is fantastic.... Varieties of food especially the salads and the candied ginger... The non veg food has no varieties... They just have 4 dishes where as the vegetarians would find a lot of options... Dry fruits can also be picked by the guest... Kool service.... The non veg buffet menu could be 1000times much better...

A nice hotel with a pool in top floor and a restaurant beside it. The food is good especially the fish varieties. The deserts are above average with gulab jamoon and kheer above average. All put together its a good hotel to visit with family. there is punjabi festival currently going and people who love punjabi food can enjoy it

Location is quite beautiful and very pleasant to stay... And easily reachable from any place in bangalore. There is a very good pool and the restaurant has a very good ambience. It has very nice auditorium to conduct business meetings

Good hotel, buffet lunch need to be improved, I felt less items were available for wat we paid.

The management over booked the hotel and put you to a tier 1/2 hotel, with those stained walls and blocked washbasin sink, which Sheraton staff think is equivalent to Sheraton's property.

This was even after requesting the staff that i am coming after a long flight and tiring Bangalore traffic at 10 at night. The selected hotel was further 30 mins away.
I felt that I was left at the mercy of the hotel and their staff.

Helpful staff and very hygienic rooms! Will definitely come back next time I m in Bangalore
